"Baby girl After finishing Ice-cream you can go home. Take leave of three days and enjoy these three days as much as you can with your family and friends. Because after three days you are going to be just mine! I won't share you with anyone. You will shift with me." He said and I look at him and sighed. What did he just said? I must be hearing things right.
“Wh... Wh... What?” I asked. He look at me as his grey eyes seems to be red in anger.
“I said after three days you are shifting with me in my house. You will live with me. You will be mine, just mine.” He says in cold and very dangerous voice. I gulp in fear as he touches my cheek and caresses my lips in very dangerous way.
“But Sid how can I...” I tried to say it but he put his index finger on my lips and shut immediately.
“It's Sir for you. And you are shifting with me and it's final. You have three days enjoy.” He whispers just in my ears in very dangerous way. I couldn't help but push him away a little.
“You are getting feisty, aren't you? But no worries, live your life in these three days as much as possible because after that your life will be worse than hell. It's better if you behave.” He says.
“Sid but at least listen...” I again tried to explain him. But he is in no mood to listen I guess.
“Tonight is my success party baby girl as I recently got ‘Best CEO of the year award’. I want you to be my escort in the event. So be ready and wear something appropriate. Don't insult me by wearing anything slutty, like the whore you are.” He spat. A tear roll down my eyes as he used those words for me. He never did that, even when I hurt him so much.
“Stop crying slut and I will pick you by 7:00 pm. Be ready, I don't like to wait. Or else consequences won't be good! Understand?” He asks spitting venom. I wonder how can someone change emotions so quickly. In this 20 minutes he showed me so many emotions I can't even believe.
I felt something burning on my cheek as I realized he just slapped me. I massage my cheek and look in his eyes. He then clutched my hair in his fist pulling them very hard.
“Never ever ignore my words. When I ask you something you must answer, Understand?” He asks again I nodded.
I earned another slap from him and so many tears from my eyes.
“Words babygirl” He says.
“Yes Sir.” I muttered and he jerked my hair.
“Now get out and be ready on time.” He says. I didn't look back and stormed out of his cabin.
My whole day went just like that, thinking about past, crying, feeling lots of guilt, and thinking about whatever happened in his office. And other big question, How will I bloody shift with him? What will I tell my parents? How will I handle everything? What if he get to know.... No! Nothing will happen. If he tortures me, than its OK! I deserve it anyway. After whatever I did to him and his friends I deserve the worst in this world.
“Hey Avni, office time is already over! What are you doing? I was waiting for you in parking but you are here!” She says while barging in my office. I quickly wipe my tears before she see them and also bring a fake smile on my face.
“Oh! Nothing. I was just too busy in work. I didn't keep watch on time. Let's go!” I say while taking my purse. She look at me all confused.
“Avni you never told me you have boyfriend!” She says.
“What? Are you crazy? I don't have any boyfriend. Why would I lie to you?” I said.
“But what I am seeing is telling me different story. You are still lying to me right?” She says.
“What? No!” I almost shouted.
“Then What is this?” She asked as she gave me her phone starting front camera pointing towards my neck. I gulped as I saw a hickey. I almost forgot how he neck tortured me! I look at Reem who is giving me teasing looks.
“It's... Uhm.. Uh... Yes, Mosquito bite.” I said nervously.
“Yes, I totally believe you girl.” She says.
Why do I feel like she doesn't! OK, I am stupid for giving such bad excuse.
“Uh... Let's go, I will be late. I have to go to party too.” I said.
“Oh yeah, Mr. Nigam's party right. Even I am invited. Let's go together then.” She says excitedly.
No! No! No! If I will go with her he will kill me with his bare hands. I don't know why but he is jealous from girls too.
“um... No actually I have escort.” I said. And her eyes almost bulged out.
“Who is he? Spill the beans right now!” She says.
“S... S...Sid” I said stuttering. Why the hell I always stutter his name.
“Who the hell is this Sid now? Don't tell me he is another moron who wants you in his bed. Let me tell you Avni just break his legs, chop his arms off and feed his dick to dogs if he tries to touch you.” Reem says kicking and punching in air. Overprotective bestie be like-
“I suppose you are talking about me!” I heard a voice, His voice which made me gasp again.
“Hey Mr. Nigam, No we are talking about some Sid guy who is escorting Avu to your party. I was just advising her some tips if that guy tries to misbehave.” Reem says proudly.
I saw Sid's smirk grow bigger and he look at me with that devilish grin. And this Reem is looking so proud someone tell her to shut her mouth before he rips off her tongue.
“Reem shut up!” I said pulling her closer to me.
“But why? You know right we girls need to protect ourselves. If that Sid guy tries to harm you or touch you against your will than don't hesitate to kick him where sun doesn't rises. Anyways I don't trust him whoever the hell he is. We never met him God knows what intentions he has. He was not even in your friendslist till tomorrow and today he suddenly is escorting you. Don't you think it's suspicious? Right Mr. Nigam!” Reem asked looking at him and I gulped looking at him dangerous look towards me. He seems amused at the same time angry at Reem. I pleaded with my eyes to not do anything wrong where he broke the eyelock and looked at Reem.
“You are right Miss Reem. Girls should be able to protect themselves. If that Sid guy tries to do anything wrong with you don't hesitate attacking him or kicking him where sun doesn't shine. Except the fact that Sid is me.” Sid said and smirks even more. Reem looked at me like 'Why didn't you tell me before' and I gave her helpless look.
“Um I am really sorry I didn't knew. I was just... I really didn't mean it Mr. Nigam... I am really sorry! I was...” She was apologizing to him when he was giving me glares and looks which I am not able to understand.
“Miss Reem, it's definitely alright. You were just wishing best for your friend. And please don't be formal call me Sid.” He said still smirking. Why? I don't know!
“No.. Sir it's you know... It will get little awkward.” She said.
“Oh come-on! You are my girlfriend's best-friend. You can call me Sid!” He said and winked at me. Reem looked at me like ‘What the hell’ and I just gave her ‘sorry’ look.
“Avneet is your girlfriend?” Reem asked.
“Yeah, we have been together for 6 years now, Right Avneet? I wanted to have some lone time with my girlfriend. If you please excuse us.” Siddharth asked looking at me as he clutched my waist tightly and I gasped and just nodded to Reem. Reem was looking at us with confusion and she is little hurt too I guess.
“Wow! Congratulations, I guess I should leave you two alone then.” She said and walked out. I feel so bad right now.
“Siddharth you didn't have to hurt her like that. If you want revenge then hurt me, please don't do this!” Avneet said.
“That I will definitely. But right now you have to get ready for party. I changed my mind, you will come with me and get ready at my house, everything is ready no need to think about dress and stuff. Just call your mom that you will come late.” Sid said in very authorative tone without even looking at her.
Avneet sighed in defeat. She called her mom and told her she will go home late. Sid escorted her till his car their whole ride was totally silent, no one said anything nor they looked at each other. More like they were trying to stop those feelings which were blooming in their hearts seeing each other after long time and trying to grow the hate for what wrong things they did to each other.
It was surely going to be a long night because Sid had thought something very big which Avneet had no clue of, which is going to erase the little but she had left for him and fill her with just hatred.
