Itsuki: So, we're going to visit (Y/N) at the hospital after school, right?
Me: Yeah.
Ichika: I can't believe he hide about the brain tumor from everyone.
Me: Dr. Asaki said that he already asked (Y/N) to ask his friends' help, but he still hide it from everyone.
Miku: Maybe he don't like to talk about his personal issue...
Itsuki: But brain tumor can cause death. He shouldn't hide it from everyone. He should at least talk about this to us or someone else.
Yotsuba: But I don't think he have anyone other than us.
Ichika: Yeah, you're right. I never see him hang out with anyone. He just hang out with us.
Me: He should be more sociable.
Itsuki: Well, at least he survived the surgery yesterday.
Yotsuba: We should bring something for him when visiting him!
Ichika: That's a great idea.
Miku: Should I cook something for him?
Nino: Go ahead if you want to make him stay longer at the hospital.
We stare at each other eyes.
Ichika:*smile nervously* Calm down, you two. It's not a big problem.
Me: Let's have a little contest.
Miku: What?
Me: Both of us will cook something for (Y/N). He'll decide whose cuisine is better.
Miku: Okay.
Me*thought*: What the hell? All of us know that my cooking is better than Miku. So what I'm trying to prove actually?

(Y/N)'s Treatment Room
(Y/N) POV
Me: Ichika, what those two are arguing about?
I ask while looking at Miku and Nino who are arguing about something at the corner of the room. Ichika laugh nervously.
Ichika: Maybe because you said that their their cooking are pretty good.
Me: Well, I just telling the truth.
Yotsuba:*smile* So, how are you doing?
Me: My headache is now gone, thankfully.
Itsuki: So... When will you be able to go back to school?
Me: I don't know. Dr. Asaki will inform me after he confirm my condition.
Ichika:*smile* We hope you get well soon.
Me:*smile* Thanks.
Itsuki: Oh, before I forgot...
She show me a medium-sized box.
Itsuki: I bought some desserts for you. Don't forget to eat it.
She put the box at the table beside my bed.
Ichika:*nervous smile* I don't have anything to give. I don't know what to give actually. Sorry.
Me:*smile* It's okay.
Yotsuba: (Y/N)-baka! I have something for you!
She show me a white bracelet.
Me:*smile* What? A lucky charms?
Yotsuba: Exactly!
She help me to wear the bracelet.
Me: Thank you.
Yotsuba: No problem!
Ichika:*look at Nino* Hey, stop arguing already. Nino, you have something to give (Y/N)-kun, right?
Nino: Right.
She walk to the table beside me and put a shopping bag on it.
Me: What is that?
Nino: I don't know what do you like, so I just buy you a hoodie.
Miku:*nervous* I-I'm too focus on my cooking... Until I forgot to buy you something...
Me:*chuckle* It's all right. Well, enough about me. How are you guys doing?
Ichika:*smile* Pretty busy with my movie.
Nino: None of your business.
Miku:*smile* I'm fine.
Me:*smile* I guess Yotsuba is active like always?
Yotsuba: You're right!
Itsuki: Well, I'm fine.
Me:*smile* Glad to hear that you guys are doing great.
Ichika: I wonder will you be able to join the school trip?
Me: Depending on my condition, I think.
Dr. Asaki then enter the room.
Dr. Asaki: Oh, sorry for disturbing.
Me: It's nothing.
Dr. Asaki: Well, I just want to inform you that you can go back to school starting from the day after tomorrow.
Yotsuba: Oh, that's great! (Y/N) will be able to join the school trip!
Dr. Asaki: Well, I leave now. (Y/N), I'll check up on you again in an hour.
Me: Got it.
He walk out from the room.
Itsuki: Oh, I forgot to tell you this...
Me: What?
Itsuki:*slight blush* Well... I need to staffing the haunted house during the trip... But I'm afraid of ghosts... So can you...
Me:*smile* Yeah, I can handle it. Just leave it to me.
Itsuki:*smile* Thank you.
Ichika: Welp! I think it's time for us to go. Take care, (Y/N)-kun.
Nino: Just get better soon.
Miku:*smile* Goodbye, (Y/N)-kun.
Yotsuba: See you in school!
Itsuki:*wave* Bye
They get out from the room. I look out at the window beside me.
Me: It's funny... Because the ones that visit me when I sick is my students and not my family.

Nino POV
Ichika: I'm glad (Y/N)-kun is doing fine.
She said while walking away from the room. All of us start to follow her.
Miku: Me too.
Me: He is doing fine because I paid for the surgery.
Yotsuba: I'm little bit surprised actually when Nino said she has paid for the surgery.
Itsuki: When she gave the money to Dr. Asaki, she said-

The three others: Huh...?
Me:*smile nervously* I-It's nothing too important, right Itsuki?
I pinch her hand a little using my other hand.
Itsuki:*remove my hand* Y-Yeah, it's not important. Not at all.
Ichika:*teasing smile* You guys are acting pretty weird, you know. Moreover you, Nino. Since when did you care enough to make foods for (Y/N)?
Yotsuba:*smile* Not just that, you also bought a hoodie for him!
Miku: Yeah... That's pretty suspicious...
Me:*red face* Wh-What's so suspicious about making foods for someone and bought someone a hoodie...?!
Ichika: Well, it's not something suspicious for anyone but you.
Suddenly she bring her face closer to me with her teasing smile.
Ichika: Do you like (Y/N)-kun?

e:*blushing like crazy* N-No, I'm not...!!
All of them start to laugh. I look down at the ground.
Ichika: Hahaha. I'm sorry, Nino. I just teasing you. Don't be sad.
Me: I'm not sad. I just-
???: Ummm... Excuse me.
All of us look in front. There is two men, a woman, and a little girl in front of us. One of the man have same face like... (Y/N) while the other one have black hair.
Beside the black hair man is a white haired woman.
There is a little black haired girl holding a teddy bear standing beside the woman.
The man that have face like (Y/N) speaks.
White Haired Man:*smile* Are you guys friends of (Y/N)?
Itsuki: Yes, we are.
Me: Who are you guys...?
Black Haired Man: I guess (Y/N) never tell you guys about us.
Woman:*smile* We're his family.
