"I don't want you to go."
"I know. But I have to."

"It's not that long...."
"Luke, it's 6 fucking months. That's half a year!"
Luke was hushed into silence. He didn't know what he could say the would comfort her, or make it better. There was probably nothing he could say.
"I wish you could come with."
"Me too. What am I supposed to do without you?"
"Take up knitting?"
"I'm 18, not 80."
"Sorry."
Silence erupted with a loud boom around the couple.
This was the seventh time they had had this conversation. It always ended the same way. Silence, or sex. At the moment it looked like it would just be silence. Also given the fact that they were in an airport, so having sex would be frowned upon.
"Can you at least give me a kiss before you jump onto the plane?"
She said it as lightly as possible, but her voice cracked with an eteranl sadness.
Luke didn't speak. He wrapped his arms around her and planted his lips on hers. It was a furious kiss, both of them angry at the other.Passion flew from their bodies and clothes were nearly ripped off.
