Emily and Gabe were in bed together it was the middle of the night when Emily felt discomfort she woke up immediately felt the urge to throw up she threw the blanket off her body and ran to the bathroom just in time to puke in the toilet while gabe turned around to wrap his arm around Emily but felt her spot empty he woke a bit confused
"Em?" He called out for her but heard someone throwing up in the bathroom he got up walked over open the door to see emily puking her brains out he got a hair tie and held her hair back while he rub her back the pain was overwhelming she started to cry and sob
"Emi emi i got you okay" she nods once she knew she was all done she got up flushed while gabe went to get her a cup of water and a mint when he comes back up emily has wash her mouth and walked back to bed
"Emi i got you water and a mint" she smiled a little
"Thanks baby" she took the cup and took a sip from it then took the mint
"How about we go to the doctor and see what's wrong" she nods
"Come on i wanna cuddle" he smiled they climb back to bed and go to bed the next day
emily asked Reina to come and babysit the twins once at the doctor Emily was worried but gabe held her hand
"Hey everything will be okay I'm here for you"

"Ms. Torreto were ready to see you now" spoke the nurse the two walked into the room and Emily sat down on the bed while gabe held her hand rubbing his thumb over her back hand
"Well ms. Torreto how long have you been feeling the sickness for?"
"For a couple of weeks now" after checking my vitals and doing some tests she comes back emily was nervous so was gabe

"Nah I'm good just a little bug in my stomach but that all" Gabe walked over with a plate of food for emily placed it in front of her

"Thanks baby" they kissed lightly he went over back to the grill with his brother as the guys sat down next to their girlfriends
"Damn Emily Gabe treats you like a goddess serving you hand an foot" said sirena eating a grape from the tray
"Well girls boys their something we want to confess" they all listen
"Girl what's up?" She smiled over to gabe who has a big smile on his face still looking at the grill

"Baby I'm sorry" emily glares at him and chased him up stairs

"Fine" he smiled then everyone gather around them and a big black balloon filling with the confetti of the color of the gender of the baby and they got each of the twins in one of their arms
"Okay everyone ready"
"Just pop it already!" Said sirena in desperation of wanting to know the gender they laughed
"Okay 1..... 2...... 3" they popped it and pink confetti came out
"It's a girl!" The girls squealed as the guys congratulate gabe the girls hug Emily then gabe walk over and hugged emily with his free arm

"What will we name her?" She asked him then he though of the perfect name that made Emily smile
