After Rias explained to Issei what a stray is, they went into an abandoned something (honestly i forgot where Viser was hiding) to hunt a stray Devil named Viser
Rias: Alright Issei. Watch carefully as the others show you their skills and abilities.
Issei: Yes Buchou!
Rias: Kiba, open the door.
Kiba then grabbed the door but it was suddenly blown away by something crashing into it
Rias: What the heck!?
The smoke where the thing landed has been cleared to reveal the stray they are targeting is already dead with lots of stab holes and bullet holes as well
Akeno: Isn't that, the stray we are meant to kill.
Kiba: looks like someone beat us to her.
Rias: Whoever it is, he or she is powerful enough to kill a stray devil.
The ORC then faced the building preparing for who ever comes out
Rias: Whoever is in there! You better come out! That stray was our target!
They suddenly heard metallic footsteps coming towards them
???: What's this! A bunch of young devils thinking they have authority over me!
A voice of a man said inside the building
Rias: Show Yourself! I'll have you know that this is Devil Territory and if you are from another faction, i will be declare you as a trespasser!
The mystery man then showed himself and he seems to be releasing a very powerful magical energy
Issei: What the hell is that!?
???: Ya got a lot of nerves claiming this is your territory! As far as I'm concerned Japan is the territory of the Shinto Faction! Your just renting Kuoh!
Rias: Who are you and tell me what you are doing in here?!
Rias demanded the armored figure
???:Don't fucking order me around like I'm your slave! But since I'm in a good mood after killing that chick. I might as well say that what I'm doing here is nothing much. I'm just having fun with my boss.
Rias: What do you mean by-
Before she could finish her sentence a gunshot was fired and Kiba pushed Issei out of the way
???: Aww! Damn it! I missed!
Another voice said behind the Armored man
Rias: Show yourself!!
the armored figure then pointed his spear towards the ORC
???: Hey! You don't get to tell my boss what to do, you bitch.
This angered Rias and the ORC
Issei: Hey! Don't you dare call buchou that!
???: What are you gonna do about it little man!
Issei then summoned his Twice Critical and ran towards the armored figure attempting to punch him
Rias: Issei don't!
Kiba: Issei No!
Akeno: Hyoudo-kun stop!
Koneko: Stop you pervert!
Issei ignored them and went for a punch but he was suddenly sent back when another gunshot was fired
ORC: Issei/Hyoudo-kun/Pervert!!!
The ORC ran towards Issei and the other figure finally step out of the building
???: Nice I hit someone this time! You devils aren't as strong as I thought.
The mysterious female voice revealed herself to the ORC and she seems to be radiating powerful Demonic Energy that could be equal or more powerful then a Satan and Ultimate Class Devil
(With this mask as well)
Akeno: Rias.
Rias: What is it akeno?
Akeno: Could that girl be the one that fallen angel told Issei.
Rias: hmmm, she is wearing a red cape like the one Issei described the fallen told him. She also seems to be wearing the same looking mask the man we encountered in that werehouse
Rias and the ORC got prepared to Attack but before anything could happen she asked the Caped Girl
Rias: Hey! Are you the person that told the fallen angel about Issei being alive!
Caped Girl: What makes you think that.
Rias: The fallen angel told my pawn here that a woman with a red cape told him about Issei being alive. And you clearly are wearing a red cape.
Caped Girl: He said woman, meaning an adult girl. As you can see I'm just a young teenage girl.
Kiba: She's got us there.
Rias: If it wasn't you then it could be an associate of yours.
Cape Girl: What's makes you think I work with others and not just my body guard right here.
She said while patting the Armored Man's shoulder
Rias: It can't be a coincidence that two females are wearing Red Cape are here at Kuoh.
Rias then pointed her finger at the 2 and started to charge her PoD with her peerage preparing to attack as well
Rias: You better tell us who you two are or we will beat you.
Rias said threateningly which made the 2 look at each other and started laughing
Armored Man: Hahahahahahahahahaha! thats the funniest shit that girl has said! Hahahahahaha!
Caped Girl: Hahahahahahaha! She actually thinks we would be afraid of her little finger ball, hahahahahahaha.
The two laughing at her just made Rias even more mad
Rias: Thats it! I'm pissed!
Rias was about to fire her PoD but it suddenly exploded in her finger sending her and the ORC flying
Koneko: Ugh, what the fuck just happened?
Akeno: Rias! What happened?
Rias: I don't know?! I was about to fire my PoD, then it suddenly blew up I'm my finger.
The Caped girl then whistled at them while a gun was floating behind her with a smoking barrel
Kiba: I'm gonna guess she shot the PoD.
Caped Girl: I think we are done here.
The girl then looked at the armored man
Caped Girl: I'm satisfied for now. Lets go home.
the armored man nodded and they were about to leave until they heard the red head scream
Rias: Hey!
Caped Girl: What now?
She said annoyed
Rias: are you two part of the Shinto Faction?
Caped Girl: We don't have time for them.
Rias: Then I have an offer for you.
Armored Man and Caped Girl PoV
the Armored Man then started whispering something to the caped girl
Armored Man: She's gonna offer us the same thing she offered Lord Kipoushi.
Caped Girl: I know.
Armored Man: Then I guess your answer is the same as him.
Caped Girl: damn right it is.
ORC PoV
Rias: Koneko, can you hear what they are whispering to each other.
Koneko was trying to listen in to what the two are talking about but the caped girl suddenly summoned some guns started firing them at the sky which startled the ORC and started to hurt koneko's ears due to being too noisy
Koneko: I'm sorry President, but the gunshots are too loud.
Kiba: I guess they were expecting one of us to have sharp hearing.
No one PoV
Caped Girl: OK Red I think I know what you're offer is.
Rias: and what would my offer be.
Caped Girl: You gonna tell us some shit about the devil faction, then you gonna try and recruit us into your peerage, after that you gonna say some Shit about why getting reincarnated is great.
Rias: So you already know how us devils work. So then what do you say.
Caped Girl: I don't work for weaklings.
Issei: Hey! We are not weak!
Caped Girl: Didn't me and my body guard just whooped your asses without putting any effort. Hell I even made you fly back with just one shot from my gun. Sure I hit her PoD but I still did it.
Armored Man: Boss we should leave now. I'm getting real bored.

Before they leave, the girl summoned a bunch of guns and started to fire at the ORC but only warning shots to their feet
Caper Girl: next time we meet, I will let him go all out on you guys.
A symbol then appeared in the ground and fire consumed the two and vanished
Akeno: That's the same way the Man we saw a few weeks ago used to get away.
Kiba: Then they really are connected.
Rias: Koneko: did you managed to get their scent?
Koneko: I couldn't get the armored Man's scent but the girl, she smells like someone we already know.
Akeno: What do you mean?
Koneko: She smelled alot like Oda-San.
Issei: How?!
Koneko: I don't know how but she and Oda-San have the same scent.
Rias: Could they be related somehow?
Issei: Is it because of the Long black hair they both have and I remember Oda saying he likes guns. And that girl is able to summon guns.
Rias: Since Oda-San is probably still pissed at us for trying to make him go to the Club Room. We can't ask him to come there tomorrow.
Akeno: Rias, you already told us that earlier.
Rias: Oh right, sorry I forgot.
Issei: We gotta get him to the ORC somehow.
Rias: Don't worry issei, we will. And once we get him there, we can finally ask him for some answers.
Ria's thoughts: I should tell Sona about what koneko told me.
At the Nobu Mansion
Kipoushi is currently waiting outside while sitting in the shirt stairs of the mansion, until a symbol appeared in the ground in front of him with the caped girl and armored figure coming out of it
Nobu: So I take it you guys had fun.
Female Nobu: It was OK. The stray was pretty weak tho. Right Mori.
The armored man now known as Mori nodded in response
Female Nobu: The Gremory Girl did appear BTW.
Nobu: Oh, and then what happened.
Female Nobu: we didn't really put much effort but we did technically beat them. Right Mori.
Mori: Yes we did beat them up boss.
Female Nobu: You are free to do whatever you want now Mori. Until I need you again.
Mori: OK boss. I'll just be in the living room watching the TV shit.
Mori walked inside the house leaving the two Nobu outside
Female Nobu: She hasn't come back yet has she?
Nobu: Nope.

The same symbol that Female Nobu and Mori used appeared again only this time with an adult looking Female Nobu with a Red Hair.

DKN: I found a letter. Is that good.

DKN gave Nobu a letter and he read it and started to chuckle
Nobu: Yup, I'm right. Those 3 Crows are being tricked. This is clearly not his hand writing and signature.
Female Nobu: So they actually though that letter belonged to their Adopted dad. Also, how do you know what his hand writing is?
DKN: Yeah how do you know?
Kipoushi then took out another letter but this one was opened
Nobu: I kinda have the original letter his kids were meant to get. I was exploring in the forest one night then, I suddenly saw a fallen angel getting shot down by other fallen angels. They didn't notice me there, so i waited after they finished calling their boss that the messenger is dying on the ground. And I killed Them and took the real letter with me.
Female Nobu: When did that happen?
Nobu: A month ago. But i didn't bother opening it cuz it didnt look important, until i saw her kill Issei. And i went back.to the letter and oepened it. But i needed more proof. BTW, what took you so long?
DKN: I had a run in with a crazy priest. But don't worry. He won't be bothering us for a while. Alongside his followers of magicians and fallen angels.
Female Nobu: How many kills?
DKN: I killed over 20 goons. And then I beat up the crazy priest.
Nobu: How did you beat em all.
DKN: Obviously I shot most of them, the others I just burned. The priest wasn't so lucky. After I beat him in a sword fight, I grabbed his right leg and started to slam his body to the ground and threw out of the church, I think he survived tho?
Nobu: Well, we can worry about that Crazy priest later.
DKN: BTW I also took another letter. It says something about a former nun that was exilded for healing a devil. It seems she wields a sacred gear named Twilight Healing. She will be in Kuoh tommorow.
Nobu: Meh, she ain't our priority. What's important is, I can stop the ORC when or if they try and kill Raynare. I wouldn't want a war between the Devils and the Grigori while I'm here. If they start a war here we would get caught in the crossfire.
DKN: Well good luck with stopping them, I'm going to bed now. And in case they do.end up having a war, I'm gonna kill them for destroying my land.
Female Nobu: Yeah me too. Imma fuck them up! But yeah imma sleep now too. Night night.
The 2 Female Nobus went inside the house and into their respected rooms leaving Kipoushi alone
Nobu: Kuoh just keeps getting more and more interesting.
(There is something wrong going on with wattpadd, it keeps putting chapter 5 next to chapter2 even tho I have deleted and rewritten it 10 times just to fix it, so if u guys are weirded out, I'm weirded out as well and I just can't seem to stop it so I just decided, fuck it if thats how u wanna play then fine)
