Jinzo: Hahaha anyway like I said there are no quirks but there are people with powers not a lot but a good amount, In this Izuku is a scientists working with gamma radiation when It accidentally goes wrong it turns him into the Hulk, and whenever he get mad he turns and the thing about the Hulk he is unstoppable he is stronger then All Might in his prime and he gets Stronger the angrier he gets.
Everyone was shocked that this Hulk that Izuku can turn into is stronger then Prime All Might and can get Stronger the Angrier he gets
Izuku: So I'm still a Hero in this world right
Jinzo: Well yes and no you see since Powers aren't normal people fear it especially you since when you turn into the Hulk you lose yourself you pretty much destroy whatever pisses you off, but you do save the world when you have to
Izuku: Oh so people are scared of me
Jinzo: Not just the people you are also scared of yourself
Izuku: Why is that don't I have control over my powers
Jinzo: No you don't you have to think of the Hulk as a Split Personality that takes over when your anger and when you come back all that is left is destruction

Jinzo: In this there are a couple things that keep him calm the First is classic Music like Beethoven and others, when his mine is at peace when he is alone, and the other is his Girlfriend

Jinzo: Well first some Multiverse aren't long but we could probably see more of this one later, second you are his Girlfriend but you are somewhere else trying figure out how to help Izuku control the Hulk
