"Oh!! So today's your last day in Paris?" Meenakshi asked Jiya. "Haan. Last day hai and Pari bachha is so sad na, main kya bataun aapko bhabhi." Jiya gives her a small smile. Meenakshi smiled back but her eyes stopped at the red marks on her neck. She giggled mischievously making Jiya smile in confusion.

"Kya hua?" Jiya asked. "Lagta hai kal ki raat bahut hi romanchak thi." Meenakshi exclaimed while holding herself from bursting into fits of laughter. Jiya still couldn't understand anything. After a while, she remembered that she still hadn't concealed the marks on her neck. She had just taken a bath and came out when Meenakshi entered the room. She didn't have the time to cover her red marks. "Koi baat nahi. No need to get embarrassed. I understand." Meenakshi smiled and assured her.

"Bhabhi, aap jaisa soch rahe ho, ye waisa nahi hai." Jiya tried to explain Meenakshi. "Mujhe sab pata hai." Meenakshi raised her hands in the air and exited the room while still smiling and laughing like a maniac. "Idiot! Now, I have to get embarrassed 'cause of him." She took out her concealer and began applying it on her marks.

"Ohh, covering my marks on you, wife?" Samarth chuckled as soon as he entered the room. "I just wanna kill you Samarth. Aapne zabardasti ki thi na kal mere saath?" Jiya made an accusing face. "Zabardasti maine ki??" Samarth questioned with a shock on his face making Jiya rethink if he was the one who forced himself upon her or was it vice versa. "Whatever." Jiya dismissed the topic while applying the concealer. Samarth sighed in annoyance and went to pack his bag.

"I am so excited for swimming, Maya." Pari exclaimed while putting on the rubber ring around her waist while Maya smiled and mirrored her actions. "Pari, aap please zyada door mat jaana bachha. Okay? And, Maya aap bhi." Jiya instructed and touched both of theirs cheeks lovingly. "Okay Jiya Mamma." "Okay Jiya Aunty." The girls exclaimed and rushed to the pool.

"Let's swim." Meenakshi said with a smile. Jiya looked at her in awe as she looked beautiful in the two piece swim suit. "Nahi nahi." Jiya refused politely. "Arey, don't be a spoil sport. C'mon Jiya." "Ahh! I am not comfortable flaunting my body in a swim suit in front of men." Jiya raised her insecurity while glancing her surroundings filled with men. Meenakshi smiled. "Ohh babe, it's Paris. No one gives a damn." She waved her hand dismissively.

Jiya hesitated but later succumbed to Meenakshi's pleas. She went to the dressing room and wore a two piece swim suit that Meenakshi gave her. She looked at her reflection in the mirror. "Hey Bhagwaan, kahin main moti toh nahi ho gayi. Everyone out there is so slim and fit. Wouldn't I be an odd one out? Umm---so what? I shouldn't be insecure. I am not going to impress anyone. I am going to have fun and that's what I came to Paris for." Jiya came out of the dressing room and went towards the swimming pool.

"Wow Papa. Aapko swimming kitni achhi aati hai." Pari splashes the water on Samarth's face and he chuckled. "Is it?" He splashed the water on Pari's face too. Jiya was lost seeing the duo enjoying themselves with each other. She silently prayed for Samarth and Pari to not have any conflicts and be like this forever. Her eyes then moved from Pari's giggling face to Samarth's.

She gasped seeing the water droplets cascading down his well built body. She knew he had a hot, okay, very hot body but with water droplets on it, it looked 1000 times more better. Jiya seemed to have lost in Samarth's mesmerizing physique, his ultra handsome face with chiseled jaws, cute dimple, attractive eyes and messed up hair. She unknowingly licked her lips as her eyes traveled from his eyes to his kissable lips. "Why is he so hot?" Jiya whispered to herself.

"Who Samarth? Your husband?" Meenakshi asked teasingly. "Ohh did I say that out loud?" Jiya sounded embarrassed. "Yes, you did." Jiya's eyes widened in second hand embarrassment while Meenakshi laughed. Jiya ignored the blush that crept up to her cheeks and walked forward in a confident manner.

Samarth felt someone's heated gaze on his back and turned around. His mouth opened wide seeing Jiya in the revealing swimsuit. His eyes traveled from her face to the most forbidden parts of her body. Jiya gasped as she felt wetness between her legs by just a mere gaze from him. She diverted her gaze and looked at Pari and Maya who were happily playing with all sorts of toys in the swimming pool. She smiled at them. Her eyes again swept from them to Samarth to notice him now glaring at her with anger. He came out of the pool and held her hand tight enough to leave marks all over.

He dragged her to a secluded place. "Yeh kya pehna hai?" He growled angrily. Jiya flinched at the tone of his voice. "Kapde!!" She retorted. "Ise kapde kehti ho tum? Huh?" Samarth raised his voice. "Mr. Samarth Saxena, maine aapse shaadi kari hai, koi slavery ka contract sign nahi kara ki aap mujhe kapdon ke basis pe judge kar paayein." Jiya folded her hands and said each word slowly for him to take in.

"Change these clothes right now. Yahan bahut log hain--" "Aapka private pool nahi hai ye, ki yahan sirf gine chune log hon. Mujhe apni raksha khud karni aati hai, samjhe aap?" Jiya pushed him back and started walking ahead. She stopped midway and turned around, narrowing her eyes. "Ek second, kahin aap jealous toh nahi ho rahe ki main aise kapde peheni hui hun 'bahut logon ke saamne'?" Jiya chuckled.

"Jealous aur main? Woh bhi tumhari wajah se, tumhare liye? Ohh stop it, I have many more tasks than being jealous. I was just warning you for your own good." Samarth stated. "Just Chill. It's Paris. No one gives a damn." Jiya flipped her hair after repeating Meenakshi's lines. Samarth just shrugged and followed her.

"Hi there, beautiful." A man in his late 20s approached Jiya as she was doing a butterfly stroke in the swimming pool. She turned around to face the man, with a smile. From his French accent, she guessed the man was a native. He was a fair looking man with hazel brown hair and ocean blue eyes. Jiya greeted him sweetly. "The water in this pool usually is cold but today it's feeling hot 'cause of someone's presence." He made a gesture towards her while she awkwardly smiled.

"Where are you from?" The man asked. "India." Jiya replied instantly. "You are a native, I guess." She questioned to which the man showed his most charming smile. "Yes, I'm from Bordeaux. It's another city here in France. So basically am French." He introduced himself. "Ohh, well then, Bonjour umm---" "Louis, Louis Laurent and you?" "Jiya Math----Saxena, Jiya Saxena." She corrected and introduced herself.

Samarth was seeing the exchange from a long time now. He was worried what that foreigner would do to Jiya. She was literally looking inviting in her clothes making Samarth extremely restless. But, he had somehow controlled himself remembering Mihika. But, he didn't know why he was getting the same feeling he used to get when Mihika would be around males. Was he----was he falling in love with----. No!! He quickly brushed of the thought and shaking his head he resumed to play with the kids.

"My elder brother is also a doc." Louis said making Jiya smile widely. "Ohh that's great. And, what do you do?" "Am a fashion designer." He flashed his 24 carat smile and talked some more. Jiya was enjoying her time to the fullest. Earlier, she had perceived Louis to be the flirtatious kind of guy but he was really sweet making her change her notions about foreigners, especially males.

"Bachha, aapne apne saare toys pack kar liye?" "Hmm." Pari hummed absent mindedly making Jiya look at her with concern. She came and sat beside her on the bed and side hugged her. "Kya hua bachha? Why you so sad?" She spoke in a childlike voice. "Mamma, mujhe Maya ko chhod kar jaana padega. I don't wanna go." Jiya smiled seeing the love the girls had. "Aw---mela bachha---Hmm, toh ye problem hai. Meri beti ko apni Maya se door nahi jaana? Okay, so let's do something. Ham log aapki school ki har chhutti par Maya se milne jaayenge. And, we will play a lot of games with her. And, I've something for you."

Jiya picked up a rectangle shaped thing around which a shimmery glitter paper was wrapped. Pari's eyes widened in surprise and excitement when Jiya presented that gift to her. She unwrapped the gift rather hurriedly and her eyes shone with glee to see a picture of her and Maya around the swimming pool, having fun. "This gift, this picture can be with you and you can look at it whenever you miss Maya. Okay?" Jiya asked with motherly sweetness dripping from her voice.

"Thank you, Mamma." Pari hugged Jiya and chuckled with happiness while Jiya did the same. "But, if Maya will miss me?" She asked in concern, pulling back. "Then, we will give a same kind of picture to her too, fine?" Jiya quickly solved the matter. "Okay!! Yayyyyyy!!!" Pari stood on the bed and started jumping.

--------------------

"Hey, Jiya? Good morning." Varsha, Jiya's colleague greeted her as Jiya gave her fingerprint on biometric machine. "How was the honeymoon huh?" She asked with a glint of naughtiness in her eyes. "Kya honeymoon yaar---it was nothing." Jiya boringly said. "Why? I thought you were gonna profess your love for him, this time." Varsha laughed while Jiya glared at her in anger.

Varsha, being one of Jiya's closest one and confidant, was one of the very few people who knew the deal behind the wedding. Varsha usually teased Jiya on her relationship with Samarth but she knew her limits. She liked Pari and totally understood why a kid like her should be gifted a loving and caring woman like Jiya as her mother. Varsha was Jiya senior in University but they shared a bond of besties without being formal with each other.

"Achha, wait wait." Varsha rushed to stop Jiya from going any further. "You know there's a good news--" She was interrupted by Jiya. "Ohh My God! I am so happy. So, finally you and Vikram planned for a family haan. Aur, party kab de rahi hai?" She nudged her a bit. "Jiya!!!! That's not what I meant. I mean to say something else, related to hospital." Varsha blushed which didn't go unnoticed by Jiya.

"Hmm, toh kya hai hospital se related good news? Tera promotion ho raha hai?" Jiya's eyes widened as she raised the question. "Galat!! Maine suna hai, ek naye doctor aa rahe hain BLK mein." She emphasized on the matter. "Hmm toh?" Jiya questioned while sitting in her chair. "Toh? Arey, aren't you excited? I have heard he is very hot and sexy." Varsha screeched in Jiya's ear making her laugh at her friend's excitement.

"Doesn't matter, Varsha. We can't have him. Remember, we are married?" She showed off her nuptial chain making Varsha's face fall. "Arey yaar. I am married for 4 years now. I guess I should think about a new addition now." Varsha laughed. "The new addition should only be a baby now, not some hot and sexy doctor, my girl." Jiya chuckled too. "When is he coming?" Jiya asked raising her head from the file that she was going through. "Any time around now. Heard he is very very strict and a bachelor!!!!!" Varsha screeched yet again this time making Jiya cover her ears. "Who is giving you all these information huh? From whom are you hearing these stuffs?" Jiya asked out of curiosity while Varsha simply shrugged. "I have my own resources darling."

--------------------

"Call the doctor who was at the senior post before me." The man ordered his assistant who bowed and left. The person was looking out of the window of his cabin. He looked at the time on his watch. He raised his eyebrow and looked at the phone which was ringing continuously since his assistant had left this cabin.

"Yes, dad." The man spoke in a voice softer than he ordered his secretary with. "Yes, I have reached BLK. Haan, I'm fine. Yes, I've called for the senior doctor here, let's see who she is. Yeah, I understand. Don't worry, she is a woman and women are replaceable. I can replace her very quickly 'cause after marriage, she can't handle all the responsibilities." The man smirked.

"May I come in Sir?" Jiya asked in a polite voice making the man smirk wider. "Haan dad, aa gayi. Let me make some formal introductions." He spoke in a low voice and hung up. "So---" He turned around and his breath hitched in his throat. "Jiya Mathur!!" He raised his eyebrow and smiled. "Remember me?" He took long strides towards Jiya and stood in front of her.

Jiya looked at her surrounding awkwardly trying to remember if she had seen him somewhere. He for sure looked familiar. "My junior, you were in the first year and I in the fourth. Rahul Oberoi. Do you now remember?" Jiya recalled her seniors from 4th year and that's when it flashed. He was Rahul Oberoi, the student who was good at everything, be it academics or extra curricular activity. She recollected to having shared a dance with him on one of the occasions.

"Yaad aaya?" His smile grew wider making Jiya to smile in return. "Haan, Rahul Bhai---" "Ohh do not call me Bhaiyya. No personal relationships on work." His face suddenly grew serious but he again broke into a big smile. Jiya smiled nervously. "Okay, Rahul Sir."

"Dr. Jiya, nice to meet you. I had always thought of working with you." Jiya took his outstretched hand and gave it a slight shake. Rahul's firm grip on her hand prevented her from pulling it back. She looked at their hands and then at Rahul. "Sir, mera haath." Her voice was barely audible as his grip on her hand was tightening comparatively.

"Ohh am so sorry." Rahul pulled his hand back and gave her an apologetic smile which was returned by her polite one. "You wanted something Sir?" "Umm no, just wanted to meet you. Mil liya, ab we can start working I guess. It would be a pleasure working with you." He smiled sweetly while Jiya bowed and left. "It would be a real pleasure in working with---oops, I mean in replacing you, Jiya Mathur." He growled ambitiously and broke into fits of dangerous laughter.
