Narrator's POV
"My name is Obelius, son of the Moon Goddess. This is my second visit to this planet. Our species will face difficulties sooner. Wolves will be misdirected and manipulated. Strong and promising forces will emerge and cause great destruction. The Alpha and Luna of this pack are meant to lead this pack to success and great achievement. Trust your leaders and differentiate between your enemies and companions. Farewell, brothers and sisters."
Every word felt like a dagger to the new Luna. Karter struggled to comprehend such heavy and groundbreaking information uncovered by Joanne. The woman wasted no time to reveal the piece of paper she had clutched tightly in her hand after she ignored the looks on everyone's face after she said that Karter was the son of the Moon Goddess herself.
Silence.
No one dared to speak any further. Joanne looked relieved though.
Silence.
Arthur's and Ronald's faces were stunned and their eyes wide open with shock.
Silence.
William and Lucas looked at each other with disbelief and concern. The Elders mirrored the expressions because this was probably the most unbelievable claim they have heard.
Silence.
Alex had his mouth wide open as they shifted his eyes from Joanne to Karter to Ivan and vise versa.
Silence.
Karter's face was stoic, his mind didn't dare to process such implausible information. Ivan was the only one who showed complete concern and worries for his poor mate. Alpha Ivan looked at his mate and noticed he was a second away from breaking down. He could feel the overwhelming emotion through the bond and wished the universe will give Karter a break from this madness. Too much had happened today. Too much.
Silence.
Karter repeated the words he supposedly said a few hours ago. This is just...
"This is not true!" The Omega finally shouted. "There must be a mistake!" Karter desperately said, pleadingly looking at Ivan's parents to Joanne. "You are mistaken." He said to the woman.
"I'm not mistaken," Joanne exclaimed with a sympathetic expression on her face. "I have studied Greek all of my life and this was easy to translate."
"No." Karter looked down at his hands his eyes stinging. "I'm not.. that." Tears fell on his tightly clasped hands which soon started to shake from the intense shock. Everyone felt sympathetic towards him, while Karter was being crushed under the immense pressure of not only leading the pack but guiding the whole werewolf species. Ivan felt hopeless in this situation and wanted to free his mate of this great responsibility, but he could do little. Karter started to sob and
Ivan felt a tremendous amount of fear and sorrow from his mate and knew he has to do something.
While this was taking place, everyone came out of the shock and felt the need to get their opinion out as soon as possible.
"This is absurd!" Ronald's bitchass shouted. "This can't be happening! This much power for an Omega? They are weak and can do nothing without help! We need to look for a way to transfer this power!" He exclaimed.
"Are you out of your mind? You want to reject the Goddess and punish the whole species? I knew you were stupid but you are totally insane!" William replied while glaring at the Elder who honestly didn't deserve his position.
"I agree with Luna William, this is a great discovery and opportunity for us to-" Arthur said calmly.
"Stop right there!" Ivan cut off Arthur and everyone was shocked by the sheer dominance and authority emitted by the Alpha.
"I have heard enough." He said while pulling Karter even closer and started patting his head as a form of relief and protection.
In Karter's mind, there was only one thing that was repeating.
"Omegas can't do anything! they are weak! What can he do!" things that were said by an ignorant Elder not too long ago. "I'm done with this!" The Luna shouted angrily while standing up.
"Do you even have a little amount of consideration for someone who is going through all of this? I'm trying to make sense of everything but you are all trying to belittle me, someone, who is the center of this madness?! Show some concern and fuck off somewhere until I ask for you!" Karter's left eye started to glow bright silver while the right one was shinning bright yellow, indicating everyone about the presence of another being. Normally for a wolf, their eyes will glow the color yellow or golden to show that their wolf is present. Karter's eyes were telling a different story. These words were obviously coming from the mighty wolf.
"Please do forgive me, Luna! I have been disrespectful towards you through all this ordeal. I have committed a grave sin" Arthur admitted and bowed down. Karter said nothing but he was kind of relieved that he didn't take offense to his outburst earlier. The Omega didn't know what came over him but something inside of him couldn't stand the discourtesy.
"Everyone leave." Ivan took charge and glared at them. He realized that his mate needs a break. Now one knows what the mighty wolf can do if provoked. Everyone knew not to oppose him now that he seemed so protective over his mate who looked exhausted and ready to dropped down.
Slowly everyone hesitantly left the mansion, hundreds of questions in their minds and the desire to answer them all. They all left the couple alone, but the pack Beta Alexander. The couple was plastered together, the Alpha was omitting claiming phenomes to the anxious Omega.
10 minutes passed away and the pair was still in that position but they were clearly put together. Alex was sitting with his head thrown back and his eyes shut close. The Beta male sympathized with the Alpha and Luna but couldn't help being excited but the events. This was obviously the rarest opportunity and their pack was blessed by it even if the reason behind it was not clear.
"I'll contact other packs to see if a similar event happened anywhere else." Alex sighed as he stood up from the seat. "We can have a meeting tomorrow after collecting our thoughts." The Beta suggested as he looked at the two with a tired smile. "I'll leave you two to relax." Ivan smiled gratefully at his best friend. Alexander stayed with him almost every day even though he had his own house but now that Ivan was mated, he knew that he has to make his house, a home.
"Thanks." Alpha Ivan muttered and looked down at his sleepy mate. "I can smell Soph is making something really good right now. Let's go eat." Karter rubbed his eyes and slowly nodded at him mate.
"I'm scared." No matter how much he tried not to cry, Karter's eyes would automatically fill with tears at the scary thoughts.
"I know, love." Ivan sympathetically said as he put his chin on the other's head.
Ivan still couldn't get over Karter's new appearance. Whenever he looked at his silver bright eyes, he gets the reminder that his mate is a unique and powerful being. It doesn't disturb him in any way that Karter is probably stronger than him, being the son of the Moon Goddess and all, on the other hand, he feels proud and wants to support him.
"How about you talk to your mother?" Ivan suggested as he pulled away to cup Karter's face. "I think it will help." Karter nodded slowly but still looked unsure. "What's wrong?" Ivan question as he saw the dubious expressions on him.
"How will I tell them?" Karter quietly asked. "They'll think differently of me." Ivan thought that he should've seen it coming. Karter's identity has completely changed in the last hour and the thought of getting rejected because of it is painful even to imagine.
"Do you think I think differently of you?" Ivan asked. Karter looked up and narrowed his eyes and didn't answer. "Of course I don't!" The Alpha said, not believing that Karter would think otherwise. Karter softly chuckled when Ivan playfully glared at him. "I met you days ago and your family has been with you for your whole life. Not to mention they love you so much. The thing you found out today is nothing in front of their love for you." Ivan said and forced Karter to look him in the eye. "I'm going to call them here and you will tell them everything," Ivan stated and stood up.
He grabbed his phone and invited the family over after assuring the worried parents. "I'll tell Sophia to make dinner for five." Ivan grinned and left Karter alone in the huge sitting room.
Some will think that in this situation Karter would want to have someone around but this Omega doesn't work like that. He needs alone moments more than anyone else and it was amazing how Ivan just assumed it.
'Do you still feel it?' Karter asked his wolf as soon as Ivan left for the kitchen.
'Yes, I still feel him.' Percy answered, his voice laced with discomfort. "It's so weird."
'I can't feel him the way I feel your presence inside me.' Karter wondered and placed his head on the arm of the sofa. 'Can you believe it?' He quietly asked his wolf. 'We are supposedly the offspring of the Moon Goddess.' The Omega still refuses to believe it.
'I think it's possible.' Percy said calmly.
'What? Why do you think that?' Karter said, not expecting that response from Percy.
'I mean, we don't know anything about us before coming to this pack.' Percy responded.
'We were hurt in the head which resulted in that.' Karter argued.
'You know it's true, don't you?' Percy said after a while. 'You just don't want to believe it.'
'It's going to change everything.' The human replied quietly. 'I just want to live a normal life with Ivan and our family.'
This was a deal-breaker for the Omega because all of his life he had imagined living a calm life with his mate without any complications. Of course, Ivan being the Pack Alpha did change the vision but this is a whole level of difference.
'C'mon.... the Moon Goddess' son? You can't deny it's cool as fuck.' Percy replied, the seriousness in his voice disappeared in an instant.
'Seriously?' Before the wolf part could defend and reason himself, he heard commotions on the front door.
Ivan probably heard it too from the kitchen because he entered the seating area while cleaning his hands with a white rag. "They are here." Ivan said but they both understood that it doesn't answer the disturbance. Ivan dropped the rag and hurried to the front door. Karter instantly followed him and when his mate opened the tall door, they were met with Kayne arguing with Peter, the guard of their mention.
"I can't let you in without per-" Peter had his hand on Kayne's shoulder who looked way too annoyed. Anne and John were standing behind their oldest son and the both looked desperate to get out of this situation.
"I'm telling you for the la-"
"Peter?" Ivan got everyone's attention. Peter looked back and relief covered his face. "I'm so sorry for not informing him that you are arriving." He looked very apologized and sincere. "After everything happened, I doubled the security." He gestured them to the gate where Karter was nervously shifting his feet. "From now on, they don't need permission to enter." Ivan strictly said to the guard and slightly bowed his head.
"My apologies, Alpha." Ivan nodded and smiled at the small family. He gestured his arm towards Anna who instantly gripped it.
Her eyes found their youngest and a watery smile covered her face. The woman had been so worried and desperate to break into the mansion but her mate successfully calmed her. Their oldest wasn't a different story. The instant he heard that his brother was taken to the hospital, his protective wolf fought two guards at the hospital before he was taken home by his parents. Everyone in the family was on edge and worried sick for Karter. So watching him with just a few changes to his appearance was relieving.
Ivan walked the three two the door where Kayne instantly scooped Karter in his arm and raised his body off the ground. Ivan's hands twitched at the closeness of the two but he held his wolf on a leash to prevent a scene similar to what happened a few hours ago.
"Thank Goddess you are okay." The big Beta placed his back on the ground and tried not to stare at the obvious changes. Karter's dad took his place and hugged Karter tightly, muttering words of thanks to their Goddess.
"You are not hurt anywhere?" He worriedly asked as he briefly heard from his mate that the boy was taken to the hospital.
"No." Karter sniffed, thankful to have familiar faces around him. His eyes went to his mother and he hurried into her arms, instantly breaking out.
All of his life, he knew that they are not his real family, he isn't their blood-related. But these thoughts came to him rarely because they were closer to him than anyone. The thought of not being blood-related sometimes bothered him but it didn't affect him much because he could just pretend that they were because of his unknown past.
Now that he has a vague understanding of his 'heritage', nothing seems real. The boy didn't know what was real and what was an illusion. Right now, he didn't completely feel like a part of the family, his small and warm family. He felt like he was so different and far from his sweet and crazy brother. His calm and wise father felt like he was standing with a long distance between them. The warm arms of his mother felt too good to be true like he doesn't deserve them.
Karter felt alone.
Ivan's heart ached at his sobbing mate. He could feel the emotions the Omega was feeling through the mating connection they had. Even though they haven't 'completed' the mating, the emotions are way too strong to ignore.
"It's gonna be okay, baby." Anna kissed his curly hair as her blouse slowly got wet by the constant trails of tears. The female Beta didn't understand what was going through her son's mind but she was confident that nothing is stronger than the bond they had. Their family went through difficulties before and they can do it again.
"Let's head inside." Ivan pulled his mate back when he calmed down and bit and let him lean most of his weight on the older wolf.
Sophia had already placed refreshments on the small table in the middle of the seating room when they entered the place. She politely smiled at the five and headed back to the kitchen to finish the meal. Ivan had helped her as much as he could when he left Karter alone.
Karter sat in the middle of the sofa and his mother and brother sat at the sides. "I'll leave you guys to talk." The pack Alpha said after he made sure that everyone was seated comfortably.
"No, stay." Karter said with a hint of panic in his voice. "Please."
"Okay." The man instantly sat beside John and saw Karter's mother give her son a weird look. She detected that Kater was nervous but at a point where he wasn't comfortable with his family alone. She didn't expect that.
"So..." The Omega tried to start but his words got lost. "I- we foun-" Karter spoke terribly spoke, with so much stuttering.
He took a deep breath and all of the depressing thoughts started to seep into his mind, clouding his ability to comprehend anything. Karter sneaked a glance at his mate and pleaded with him to do the talking. Ivan actually wasn't keen on being present when his mate's family was having such a vulnerable conversation. He wanted Karter to do it himself, so he could express his feelings better. But by the looks his small mate was giving, Ivan couldn't say no.
"We found out that Karter is the direct offspring of the Moon Goddess." The Alpha finally broke it down. He watched as the three Beta's faces showed, what was expected, shock.
Ivan furthermore interpreted what the mighty wolf said on the field and that they didn't have more information to answer more questions. But one thing was confirmed for sure, Karter was related to their Goddess and had strong but unknown powers, which uncovered the fact that he was very different from everyone.
Karter had his eyes trained on his tightly clasped hands. He didn't know what he was anticipating. The Omega knows that his family loves him and that they won't show any negative reaction.
"That's amazing." Kayne broke the silence. "I thought it was something way worse." The hunky Beta let out a relieved sigh and placed his head in his hands. "I thought you were dying or something." The parents wanted to shout and scold the silly man but stopped themselves as they saw his emotional expression. He was close to crying.
"I'm not dying." Karter slowly explained. Okay, that wasn't what he expected.
"As long as you are safe and healthy, nothing matters," Anna said after carefully constructing her words. "The day I met you, I knew you were special. You are kind and gentle without even trying. Whatever good will happen in the future, you deserve it. No matter what difficulties you face, you won't be alone." Anna gently tucked his hair and caressed his soft cheek.
The doubts and the emptiness Karter had been feeling went away as the words left her mouth. Never mind his biology, Karter is the son of Anna and John Starr and the spoiled brother of Kayne Starr.
"Mama." Karter whimpered and tightly hugged her. He felt Kayne drop his head on his shoulder and then later felt his father hug the three of them.
Anna pulled away and extended her arm to Ivan who was watching the four crying wolves with a sincere and happy smile. Ivan politely shook his head, wanting them to have their family moment. But when he saw Anna playfully glaring at him, he awkwardly joined them. Anna patted his head and release claiming motherly phenomes.
Ivan timidly pulled away which made Karter let out a wet laugh. The pack Alpha felt warmth spread in his chest at watching him so carefree after such distressful hours. "I hope you all are hungry." Ivan said and clapped his hand.
"Starving!" Kayne shouted while wearing a grin. The grim and worried looks on everyone's faces lifted after the needed communication.
--------
"Mattew found him by the river after searching for hours," Anna said as she wiped her mouth with the napkin. "Karter has always been a free soul. He would wander off every day and get lost. We had a hard time with him but then everyone figured out a few of his designated places." She continued telling the Alpha. Ivan grinned as he looked at Karter's flustered face.
"Mattew is..?" Ivan said, also wiping his mouth and pushing his plate away.
"Oh, that's Karter's childhood friend." Anna replied. The five wolves ate the delicious food made by Sophia and Ivan and complimented the two repeatedly.
At the mention of Mattew, Kater gripped the fork in his hand, remembering the last encounter that happened with the Beta. Ivan noticed the change in his expression.
'You okay?' He asked through their link.
'Yeah.' Karter snapped out and answered. This was not the place or time to bring that incident up, Karter thought.
"It's a relief you can cook, Ivan." Anna started. "If you couldn't cook as well and didn't have Sophia, I'm telling you guys would've starved." She joked and Kayne's face turned to a horrified expression.
"Oh Goddess," Kayne said, looking uneasy. "I remember the time when mama and dad went out of the pack and Karter cooked up a disaster."
"It was a decent meal of mac and cheese!" Karter said defensively, feeling quite offended by the comment. It literally took him hours to cook two bowls.
"Don't call it decent! I think I still have diarrhea from that shit!" Everyone on the table scrunched their noses at the statement and laughed at Kayne who looked genuinely pained.
"Whatever, be ungrateful." Karter huffed and folded his arms, pouting like a child who got embarrassed by his annoying family.
"We should get going." John said and patted Ivan's shoulder. "Thank you for inviting us." He stood up.
"So soon? Stay for a bit longer." Ivan stood as well and placed a hand on John's shoulder as he offered.
"No, son. We already took a lot of time. Today you two were supposed to bond but most of the day was spent worrying." John sighed as he helped his wife up.
"Yeah, we'll leave you guys alone." Anna went to Karter as she looked suggestively at him. The Omega shifted his gaze but hugged his mother, totally ignoring the look.
"I'll see you out." Ivan and Kayne exchanged a few lighthearted laughs as they existed the place and Karter helped Sophia clear the table. As Karter placed the dirty plates on the counter, he noticed the dark clouds covering the blue sky out of the window.
Weirdly, Karter loved gloomy weather. He loved rain and thunderstorms, it oddly calms him and makes him happy. So looking at the weather outside, Karter took in a deep breath and felt a soothing sensation.
"You seem to enjoy this kind of weather." Karter snapped back at Sophia's comment.
"Yes, I really love it." He replied quietly and proceeded to help the housekeeper with the dishes.
"Weird kid." She muttered and showed him a small smile so he'll know she was just joking. "It makes me depressed." She scrunched her nose as she glanced out of the window. Karter hummed at the statement and picked up a rag so he could dry the dishes Sophia finished cleaning.
"How about you go to the garden with Alpha Ivan? I'll bring you some tea and biscuits." She took the rag from his hand. Karter wanted to argue but the offer was too tempting. He knew it would rain soon and this was the time to enjoy the light sprinkling with the cold wind brushing on the skin.
"Thank you." He sincerely said and walked out of the spacious kitchen to the equally spacious hallways and sitting area.
As he neared Ivan, he noticed that the man was on a phone call so Karter sat on the other sofa until the call ended. He placed his head on the arm of the sofa and looked at his mate with a smitten expression. It looked like he was talking about trading goods with someone since all he could understand was that the paper factories in their packs are not working well recently.
Ivan hurriedly ended the call as he saw Karter and place his phone on the side table. "I should just turn it off." He picked up his phone again and turned the device off. "Today was the deadline for the offer." Karter wasn't sure what he was talking about so he just nodded and stood up from the sofa.
"Let's have some tea in the garden?" He murmured while climbing up Ivan's lap and straddling him. Karter cupped his face and brought it close to press their foreheads together. The Omega felt Ivan grip his small waist while one hand gently rubbed his back. Slowly, Ivan got his face closer until their lips touched with a warm sensation. Karter pressed his lips harder and followed his mate's lead. Ivan swiped Karter's lower lip to ask for permission to enter. Karter opened his mouth and they both rubbed their tongues together. The mood was quickly heating up as Ivan gripped Karter's nape and squeezed it lightly. The Omega moans as his whole body shook from the electricity of being so close to each other.
Ivan tried to pull away but Karter's mouth followed his which resulted in the continuation of the intimate activities.
'Soph is almost done.' Ivan said through the link after he heard the housekeeper walk out of the kitchen.
Karter instantly pulled away, lowkey embarrassed at his action and the thirst he felt for the gorgeous man under him. Ivan smiled at Karter's flushed face and kissed the red cheeks before he helped Karter down and towards the garden.
-------
"Here you go." Sophia placed a tray of various types of biscuits on the white table.
"You can go home in the evening from now on, Soph. I think we can manage." Ivan said as he pushed the tray towards Karter.
"Okay Alpha." Sophia smiled at the couple gratefully. "Have a good day." She respectfully bowed her head and walked away.
"Sophia apparently knew about you." Ivan said before bringing the cup of tea up to his mouth. "Said something about her mother helping you at the hospital." Ivan didn't want to talk about the complicated subject so he just grazed it lightly.
"Yeah. I kinda remember her since she visited me frequently after I was sent home." Karter smiled at the memories. "I'm adopted... I'm sure you know." The Omega focused his gaze on the dark clouds as he enjoyed the cool wind on his skin. "I was found on the border and brought to the pack hospital due to head injuries." Ivan stroked his thighs gently as they both ate the treat while talking.
"I lost my memories..." His expression turned confused from calm. "Why?" He looked Ivan in the eyes as he spoke. "Where was I before I came here?" A panicked feeling brewed up inside of him Ivan put back his cup and fully turned to his mate.
"Hey, look at me." Ivan forced Karter's face so their eyes would meet. "Let's not talk about it. Don't even think about it. We were talking about the time 'after' you came to this pack. Let's continue talking about that. We have all of the time in the world to figure that stuff out." Ivan said and let Karter go after he was sure that he understood.
"I-"Karter hesitated as the shadow of reality still roamed in his mind. "Dad and mama adopted me instantly, said I wouldn't talk to anyone except mama."A small smile appeared on his face which relieved Ivan to see that Karter was back to his normal self.
The pair talked about their childhood, weird habits, how they would get in trouble, and everything. They talked until the rain started to pour which made them grab the dishes and run inside. Both wolves felt closer due to the mating bond but talking and getting to know each other was magical.
As Ivan went to put the dishes back in the kitchen, Karter decided to go to Ivan's- now their- bedroom since it was the only place he was familiar with. He placed his hand on the handle and opened the door slowly. The sight inside made him feel so many emotions.
The room was slightly decorated with rose petals on the bed with candles everywhere. The rose petals were artificial since Ivan's scent was strong in the room. Werewolves rarely use scented products because it hides one's real scent and they don't like it, especially when their mate's scent is covered.
Karter's heart started to beat a mile faster than normal as a chill ran down his spine. His hand tightened and the boy didn't know how to feel about it. He took in the beautiful and warm environment of the room, perfect for some intimacy. Karter totally forgot that today is also his wedding night with his newly found mate and that he's probably going to lose his virginity. The Omega's breath became unsteady because, to be honest, he was not prepared for it. Just hours ago he was questioning his identity and now he has to worry about sex.
"Hey, why are you st-" Karter flinched with surprise as Ivan's hands suddenly landed on his shoulder. "Oh." The man took in the scene in front of him and nervously glanced at Karter. "I completely forgot about that." He said to his small mate who was avoiding his eyes. Ivan felt Karter feel uncomfortable and embarrassed.
"Yeah." Karter's eyes were trained on his feet as his hands fiddled. Despite the fear and discomfort, Karter made the first move to step inside the room and roam around to properly assess the decoration. "It's beautiful." He nervously looked at Ivan who was leaning on the doorframe with a smitten smile on his face.
"We don't have to do anything if you're not comfortable." The Alpha softly said because he could make out that Karter was showing confidence on the outside just to make the situation, dare I say, less excruciating.
"I know." He muttered as his hands dropped from caressing the soft petals.
"You can tell me anything, love." Ivan slowly walked towards him and embraced his mate from behind. His hand rubbed Karter's soft belly, trying to make him less tense. The Omega slightly swayed until he settled with most of his weight on Ivan.
"I know." Since he met Ivan, Karter believed that he completely knows what kind of person Ivan is, which of course isn't true but kinda is... Karter knows that Ivan won't make him do anything that he isn't okay with. And that is partly the reason Karter wants to do 'it' with Ivan because he trusts him.
"What do you want to do?" Ivan kept himself from snuggling his face in Karter's neck and kissing his skin lightly because the Alpha wanted him to make the decision with complete control.
"I want to..." His word got lost before he could utter them. He was still conflicted with the choices he had. He could either wait until he's mentally prepared or just go for it. The thing is, he's okay with both possibilities but considering the mood, he might choose the latter option.
"You have time to think." Ivan backed off and turned Karter so he facing him. "I'll prepare a bath for you. Until then, get your thoughts together. Just remember I'm okay with anything. It's important that you consider every aspect before deciding, I don't want us to regret anything in the further." Ivan made sure that Karter understands his feelings and knows that there is no pressure. He leaned his head forward to plaster a kiss on his forehead before giving him an easy smile.
Ivan took Karter's hand and made him sit on the bed which had red and white petals scattered around. He walked towards the bathroom and froze. Karter tried to sneak a glance and noticed that the bathroom was in the same state as the rest of the room. He smiled with delight and walked to Ivan.
"They thought of everything." The sink counter, and the place around the huge bathtub had white and red candles, and the tub had some water in it with red rose petals in it.
"I think Sophia lit up the candles before leaving. I thought I heard her move around the house." Ivan brought Karter closer and the latter wrapped his arms around his waist as they just stood there and stared at the beautiful scenery. "I'll bring your clothes." Ivan slightly pushed Karter into the bathroom as he exited to open one of the suitcases in the corner of the room.
Karter's mother packed some essential stuff for him until he decides what stuff he'll move to his new home. The Omega walked towards the tub and pushed the candles away a bit to sit at the edge. He dipped his hand in the slightly warm water and brought one of the scentless petals to his nose. Thankfully, everything smelled of Ivan's mouth-watering scent which made his inner wolf swoon with delight.
Even with the nervousness and fear, Karter felt happy with the setting and where the events were leading. Ivan wanted him to make a choice with which he was comfortable. Thinking about everything considering that today is the day they're supposed to complete the mating, he made the choice.
Ivan came back with a shirt, too big to be Karter's, and a pair of briefs in his hands. He placed the clothes on the towel holder being careful with the lit-up candle. "Here you go." He stayed for a minute to stare at Karter who looked gorgeous under the warm light and had a cozy expression on his face before he made a move to exit the bathroom.
"Join me?"
