004 :: import your faceclaim / png.
005 :: add a layer above the faceclaim.
006 :: color the layer black.
007 :: clip it then change the blending mode to "soft light".
008 :: adjust the opacity to your liking.
009 :: duplicate that layer and set the blending mode to "normal".
010 :: add a layer above the background and color the whole layer black.
011 :: adjust the opacity to your liking.
012 :: adjust some things if you're unsatisfied.
013 :: add another layer and clip it.
014 :: change the brush to "Airbrush (Normal)".
015 :: get a color around the faceclaim ( from the light source ) and tap on the side of the face claim ( just tap ! )

017 :: add another layer and clip it.
018 :: set the blending mode to "add".
019 :: repeat the process !
020 :: adjust a few things if you're unsatisfied.
021 :: change the brush to "Felt tip pen (Hard)".
022 :: add another layer and color the whole layer black. adjust the opacity to your liking.
023-024 :: rearrange the layer.
025-026 :: erase the part of the eyes ( forget to screenshot ) then change the opacity to your liking !

028 :: add another layer then change the blending mode to "color dodge".
029 :: change your brush to "Airbrush (Trapezoid 40%)
030 :: color their eyes to make it glow ( get colors from their eyes ! )
031 :: adjust a few things if you'd like.

033 :: add a layer below the faceclaim !
034 :: set your brush to "Airbrush (Normal)". Then get color from the side of the faceclaim and tap their side to make a glowing effect.
