"Favourite constellation?" Donghyuck asked, his hand entwined with Sunchan's.
"Hmm" the taller thought for a second, tapping his chin, "Orion" he answered as Donghyuck tilted his head in curiosity.
"Why?"
"Honestly...I don't even know, I don't have a thing for constellations' ' Sungchan jokes, holding his laughter.
The older rolled his eyes and scoffed, "well mine is Gemini" he said, smiling sheepishly.
"Because it's your sign, huh?" Sungchan swung their arms while walking the dark streets together, it felt so sweet seeing the both act like a couple oop-
"Yes and...because I heard they're the brightest stars in the constellations" he said, hiding his growing embarrassment.
Sungchan threw a playful glare at the boy and tickled on the waist, "We both don't know anything about constellations, admit it" he said as the other laughed his ass out.
Nodding, Donghyuck covered his mouth and tightened his clasp on Sungchan's hand, "I just don't know what to talk about" he confessed, looking shyly at the tall guy.
"I have a question"
"What?"
"Who was he?" Sungchan asked as Donghyuck furrowed his eyebrows, "who was Mark to you? Why did you suddenly feel like leaving when you saw him with his girlfriend?" he added.
Heaving a sigh, Donghyuck wet his lips and thought of an answer, he can't tell Sungchan about what Mark really did to him, he's not ready to be that open to Sungchan, can a simple lie be okay? "He is my best friend turned enemy" he lied and showed a forced smile to the younger.
Nodding, Sungchan massaged the hand of Donghyuck's using his thumb and looked up at the sky, "you know it's only been a day that we've known each other but it felt like we are close for years now" he chuckled, "I like being with you, hyuck" he admitted.
Donghyuck's face showed an unknown expression, he was plain blank while his cheeks glowed in a pink color, his heart was gradually pounding as his entire atmosphere felt like it's all focused on Sungchan. Did Sungchan just make him feel some type of way? Yes he did, bitch.
Not knowing what to answer, Donghyuck stuttered through his texts causing Sungchan to let out a short laugh, "I just want to let that out, but really, you are someone that is so fun and sweet to be with" he smiled causing Donghyuck's heart to pump more.
Donghyuck slowly nodded and blinked, the sides of his lips tugging upwards forming a smile, "s-same" he said.
Sungchan faced down and smiled to himself, he can't help but feel the heat from his cheeks too, "tsst, glad that we both like being together"
Donghyuck shyly approved and giggled, he looked in front seeing the tall building where he lives in, "oh, it looks like our walk ends here" he said and giggled again, "bye, Sungchan...see you...tomorrow" he waved his hands and waited for Sungchan to say his farewell too.
Humming, Sungchan placed his hands back at his hoodie pockets and bowed, "see you tomorrow, sunflower"
Sunflower, Donghyuck is Sungchan's sunflower now.
"Sunflower?" Donghyuck asked, jokingly.
"I want to call you that now" the younger answered, "bye sunflower" he said and ran from the older.
Chuckling as he entered his apartment, Donghyuck couldn't help but to keep on giggling at what Sungchan just called him, not gonna lie, he likes the name and all but...damn, that was quite unexpected. He was literally slapping his red cheeks inside the elevator, trying not to keep smiling like a maniac. As he found himself in front of his apartment door, he got his keys and opened it, arriving at his dark shared apartment with Jaemin.
Sighing, his best friend isn't home yet, he couldn't tell him his night with Sungchan and how weird he felt when he was with him. Weird in a good way though, like such a good kind of way. But at the end of the day, he knows Jaemin is not at his best right now. He found Jaemin all gloomy after he came back from the bathroom, he wondered that the boy probably had a talk with Jeno which made him all sad, he also found Jeno trying not to stare at Jaemin, and to be honest, he found it cute to see Jeno still checking on the boy.
Going inside their kitchen, Donghyuck went to drink some water till his phone rang, he opened his phone seeing Sungchan calling him. His eyes widened and immediately gulped the remaining water in his mouth before answering the call.
"Hello?"
"Hey, I just wanna know if...you got home safe" Sungchan shyly said, you can hear the awkwardness in his voice.
This literally just sounds like Sungchan is Donghyuck's boyfriend now, I mean who knows, the younger probably developed feelings for the older already.
"Dummy, of course I did" giggling, Donghyuck held his phone using his shoulders as he cleaned the glass he used to drink while talking to Sungchan about things. He held the phone in his hand again and was about to go to his room until his doorbell rang.
He furrowed his eyebrows in confusion but had a thought that it's probably Jaemin, smiling in happiness while he chats Sungchan, the tanned male happily skipped to the door and opened it, his smile now fading.
Mark Lee.
"Uhm, Sungchan...I gotta call you back, I need to do something" he lied while his eyes stared directly at Mark's strong glare.
"Bye" was the last thing he said before ending the call. He gave an exhausted breath to the older in front of him and slouched, "what do you want?"
"Having fun with that Sungchan guy?" Mark asked with his arms crossed, "are you both like a couple now?" he added, his voice sounded stern and demanding which made Donghyuck a little furious.
"Excuse me? But who the fuck are you to say those?" He fought and left Mark standing on the door, going inside the room.
Mark followed him and closed the bedroom door, "Donghyuck, don't ever fucking hang out with that guy" he said.
"And why would I do that? You think I'm yours? Mark, may I remind you that Mina is your girlfriend not me, and by the way, that whole pretend boyfriend shit we did has already ended so how about you get the fuck out of my face and not mind my fucking business!" Donghyuck raised his voice.
"Just don't ever hang out with that asshole, stop fucking laughing at his jokes that aren't even funny and stop blushing like an idiot everytime he flirts with you, it's disgusting" the older said and went close to Donghyuck.
The tanned male felt offended by what he said and couldn't help but to strike Mark on the face, it wasn't that strong but it did make a loud slapping sound (I'm sorry, what the fuck?) Why would Mark care about his emotions and feelings for Sungchan? Why does he want him to not fucking act like a madman in love with a guy who is literally the sweetest? Donghyuck felt his eyes becoming glossy and his face was heating in anger, he formed fists in his hands to prevent him from breaking down.
"You know what fuck you! At least Sungchan isn't some guy who used me just to get back for a girl! At least he isn't someone who didn't feel bad for me just because I only have one best friend! At least he is the type of man to even hang out with me even when I am studying! Let me tell you this, Sungchan is better than you and you will never be like him!" he cried out and started hitting Mark's chest only to get caught by the older's hands trying to stop him from attacking, "I can't believe I fell for a fucking guy like you!"
"Donghyuck, stop!" Mark said and avoided every single hit the boy was giving him, "Donghyuck I said stop!" He had enough with the boy's effort of punching him, so he threw the younger's arms to the side and cupped both of his cheeks, and immediately smashed his lips on Donghyuck's.
And that was when Mark felt a hint of happiness, he had this thing inside him that lit up when he kissed Donghyuck again, it's as if he was longing for the boy's lips. He deepened the kiss and placed his other hand at the back of the boy's head and moved his body closer. He was obviously taking control while the younger was just there...standing.
Donghyuck froze from what Mark just did, he slowly placed his hands on the guy's arms and leaned closer. Mark knows how to kiss that's true and he is enjoying it but something bugged Donghyuck. The thought of Mark kissing him right now and then kissing his girlfriend later was building inside his mind, he suddenly remembered that day where Mark kissed him on the bed, that was very passionate but wrong, but it did feel very good. But another thought came to mind, and it's what Mark said about him. Gently placing his hands on the boy's arm, Donghyuck leaned back but Mark's lips were still attached, he had no choice but to push the older away and stare at him with teary eyes.
"You..." he pointed, his heart aching, "you keep hurting me" he said and went inside the bathroom.
"Donghyuck, please...i'm sorry" Mark pleaded as he followed the boy to the bathroom only to get caught with the door loudly shutting in front of him, "Please Donghyuck...forgive me" he said, swallowing the big lump in his throat as he banged on the door continuously.
The boy in the bathroom didn't respond but instead slided down on the floor with his hands covering his face, crying. He sobbed for a good minute till he recognized that loud banging noise disappeared, indicating that Mark probably left already.
"Why do you have to do this to me, Mark?"
Y'all I don't know about this one ;-; I'm kinda in this trance where all of my ideas are jumbled up and I can't seem to write properly. I'm trying my best to satisfy y'all :DDD
