"omg ...Mattia ?" she said shocked as i was, my heart was pounding out of my chest
"N-Nova" i said under my breath, there was a bit of silence.
"uh yeah its me ...hi" she said with a slight smile on her face
I couldn't believe she was standing right in front of me. i haven't seen her in like almost 6 years. i never thought i would see her again ...or hear her voice
"its nice seeing you, i never thought i'd see you again" she said in a soft tone
"uh yeah me nether, how have you been ..." i said in a low tone
she turned red and smiled worried
"ive been good ...you ?" she said looking into my eyes "uh yeah im fine"
i said trying to act like I wasn't just crying seconds ago "thats good um so who's ears pierced are getting done" she smiled like nothing
i looked over at Blue
"she is" kairi pointed "aww she's so cute" nova said smiling at her
"thanks uh ...shes my daughter" i smiled a little
nova's eyes widen in shock
"oh wow, congratulates ...who ever the mother is, she has to be the most luckiest person ever" she said in a soft tone
my heart warmed
"thanks" I said as i felt my cheeks heat up
"alright come on ...sit her over here and hold her hand because it might hurt a little" she said bring the needle out
i did as she asked
"aww Blue its ok" kairi said worried "oh hey kairi" Nova chuckled
"wassup" kairi said really having his focus on Blue
i laughed and thats when she brong the needle up to Blues ear. the other lady came and had her other ear so they can do it at the same time
"ok ready pretty gurl 1....2...an !*PINCH*!"
i looked at Blue to see if she was fine "omg are you ok!" Kairi said worried picking her up
Blue smiled clueless "omg you did so good!" Nova said smiling at her
Blue giggled
the earings looked so good on her
"thank you so much" i nodded "no problem an nah its on the house" she nodded
"no here take it" i said handing her some money "no mattia its ok" she chuckled
i looked at her and nodded a little putting it back in my pocket.
"ok well ill see you around" i nodded "yeah same" she nodded
i then got Blue and we left from the store. my body felt relief. me kairi was done shopping so we decided to go to the food court.
to eat
"broo that was her !" Kairi said covering his mouth "yeah i know" I mumbled under my breath
"she still look that same ...i thought she moved" kairi said confused "same i guess she came back" i said
we went into the chick fil a line
"do you miss her ?" he asked me in worry "um nah not as much as i used to" i nodded a little
"do you think you loved her more then Nelly ?" he said making me glare at him
why is he asking me this
"no ...Nova was my first love and when we broke up I didn't know how to love again until Nelly helped me realize I could" i nodded
kairi smiled a bit
"how do you feel now ...that you too are yk?" he said "I don't know man its like ....even when she didn't talk to me or show me no love the passed week, i still feel it (the love) because I can't stay away from her"
kairi nodded
"well thats a sign that you should try again, especially if she feels bad now then that mean she's willing to still talk to you" he nodded
maybe kairi was right, maybe i should try again.
but this time something better
minutes later we was eating talking, kairi was giving me advice the whole time, on what i should do.
i felt more confidence and i for sure i knew i was gonna do this
sooner or later,
we left the mall then he took me to the place and helped me set everything up.
AT HOME !
I finally made it home. it was almost 7. i started to feel kinda nervous but thankfully i already knew what i was gonna say
i pulled out my phone and texted kairi before i got in the house

i turned to see Blue sleeping, that was good knowing the babysitter was on the way.
i got out of the car and i took her out, then walked up to the house and unlocked the door.
when i stepped in
everything was the same. the lights was off like nothings been touched. i then took Blue to her room.
i then went back down staris and went straight to my room.
I exhaled an opened the door, it was dark as well.
i was confused at first but when i walked farther in
i heard the toilet flush.
i realized it was her, i smiled to my self feeling more excited. i quickly took off my clothes and changed into a shirt and shorts so i be comfortable before she came out.
then thats when the door opened.
my stomach felt like ...butterflies.
i turned around and saw her, she looked sad and like she had been crying all day ..almost like she was drained
it kinda made me sad tbh
thats when I realize we've been staring at each other for a while now.
"hey" i said in a soft tone
a tear rolled down her cheeks, then all of a sudden she ran to me and jumped in my arms.
"i-i dont know what else to do, i wanna fix this" she cried
see i cant leave her
"come on, im taking you some where" I told her
she let go of me and look up at me confused.
aww she was so small lmfaoo
"where t-too ?" she said in her raspy sad voice "just ride with me ok" i said not showing alot of emotion like kai said
"ok um s-should i c-change ?" she said worried "no your perfect just come with me" i nodded
she sniffed and nodded as well.
I grabbed her hand and we walked out of the room. then perfect timing, the babysitter had showed up. we said our goodbyes and headed to the car.
i closed the door for her and went back around the car and got in.
i turned on my music so there wasn't just silence in the car between us, then i was on my way.
if this aint good enough then I don't know what is.
