"Senpai, what gives you the idea I have any connections with the baseball club?" You ask for the nth time as you walked behind your senior in the photography club
"You have a brother there," She said a matter of factly
"And don't even try to say anything, I see most of them talk to you during break times," She cuts you off even before you could say something
"Checkmate," You mumble
"We're here! Let's go (First name)!" Your senior cheers and pushes you towards the third year's room
You sigh and knock on 3-B's door
"Excuse me, is Miyuki Kazuya here?" You ask the nearby third year who nods and points at the captain
"Miyuki there's a 1st year looking for you!" He calls out and you feel yourself blush as almost everyone in the room turns to look at you
"Huh, (First name) actually came here," Kuramochi says and turns to Miyuki who also looks a bit shocked
"Excuse me senpai, May I talk to you?" You ask as Miyuki walks toward you
"Heh, do you need a favor?" He smirks and you feel your eye twitch, you had respect for him as a captain, cleanup, and catcher but sometimes he really can get on your nerves
"I-yes." You grumble before turning away from him
"Oh? What might (First name)-chan need with this senpai?" He teases while you scowl at him
"...We have a project at our photography club..." you trail off, "and we were wondering if you could help us with the coach."
Miyuki remains silent for a few minutes, if he was to be honest he already agreed to help you out but he just wanted to have a little fun and tease you
"Well if you don't want I can ask Kuramochi-senpai or Zono-senpai or onii-." You nod, you would've added your brother but he might go overboard with asking the coach favors
"I'll do it," He says before you could finish your statement, he almost forgot how close you were with the other members because of Sawamura

You remain silent as you fumble with your camera, you look around the team and saw all of them listening to the coach, who was informing them of the project, you caught sight of your brother who waves at you with vigor, a wide smile on his face while Kuramochi and the other third years makes devil horns behind him
You couldn't help but giggle and wave back at Sawamura. Aside from your club members, he was the most excited one when you told him about the project, 'He would finally show his coolness to his little sister.' He said
"Did all of you get it?" The coach's voice stops your train of thoughts as everybody's voice booms in answer to him
"Omg omg, we're actually doing this!" Kou, a fellow first-year gushes as you walked alongside her
"Right? We're actually going to be surrounded by good-looking boys with great bodies!" Fuyumi, another first year, says excitedly as she stares after the baseball club members, "Ara look at those great asses," She sighs and Kou giggles
"You forgot to add sweaty to that Fuyu-chan," Tomo, a second year, snickers
"Jeez, that just adds to their charms senpai!" Kou defends
"You wouldn't be saying that once you smell them," He continues to tease the other first years
You couldn't help but crack a smile, whatever your senior said was true, the stench of sweat and dirt is sometimes overwhelming, you, out of all people knew that after all the times Sawamura hugged you after training
"Is Miyuki-senpai staring at us?" Fuyumi asks, you followed her line of sight and indeed saw the captain looking at you
You pull a face at him which he laughs at
"Don't mind him, he's a weirdo." You place an arm around Fuyumi and Kou to pull them towards the other photographers

"You'll be with us today?" Miyuki asks as you enter the bullpen, holding your camera up to get ready to take a photo
"Yep," You reply, "Please take care of me." You bow at everyone
Miyuki chuckles, but he couldn't deny the fact that he was feeling excited
"Keep up (Nickname)-chan~" He says while you glare at him
"Believe me, I will." You huff, already starting to angle your camera
'First years this year are really interesting.' Miyuki snickers, stealing a glance at you, 'Really really interesting.' He thinks before focusing on Furuya
Maybe, he just had a bit of favoritism towards one of those first years

You check all the photos you took, "Uwa it's so annoying how he still looks good." You mumble as you pass by a photo of Miyuki in his catcher outfit
"Who is?" He hums behind you, making you jump in surprise
"Shouldn't you be with the others?" You scoff, trying to act cool to hide the fact that you were blushing
In your defense, it was because he surprised you
"It's break time." He replies, "Don't you wanna eat something?" He asks
"I'll get something later," You say absentmindedly, returning your attention to the camera
Miyuki frowns, he just hopes Sawamura figures it out that you weren't in line for food
"(Nickname)-chan!" He hears Sawamura's voice
'Talk about timing.' He snickers as he watches Sawamura hand you a bunch of snacks, scolding you for trying to skip meals
"WAH MIYUKI KAZUYA!" He exclaims and stares back and forth at you and Miyuki before deciding to push you behind him
"Is he bothering you again (Nickname)-chan?" Sawamura scowls
"Oi oi." Miyuki sweatdrops
"Not really, we were just talking." You reply, chewing the onigiri your brother got
But Sawamura continues to look at him as if he already figured out what Miyuki wants with his younger sister

"Senpai, you really owe me one." You say to your senior who was on the other line
"Yeah yeah, but anyways, it's easier for you since you know most of the people on that team."
You look up at the sky as your senior continues to talk on the other line, "The moon looks so pretty," You say in awe as you aim your camera above
You smiled as you stare at the photo, you clearly got a good shot of the night sky
"Maybe these fields would also look good," You say in wonder, already clicking your camera
Your pupils dilated upon seeing a figure on your camera, you gulp and look up but you couldn't even tell anybody was there
'Let's just continue towards the dorm...' You think to yourself

'I'm an idiot.' You say to yourself, walking around the hills as you tried to look for the figure, you heard the bustling of leaves and decided to follow the sound
"Oh, it's just you." You reply without any energy, "Evening Miyuki-senpai."
"Is that how you and your brother greet your senpais?" He asks while you shrug
"I'm going to take photos of you training at night, mind if I start with you?" You ask
"Do I look that good that you always take pictures of me~"
"Annoyingly enough, yes you do look good." You grumble, from day one in the bullpen, him batting, and maybe even the next day where they play games, you couldn't even find a photo where he looks bad...and you looked through it a lot
"Really...you're too honest," Miyuki sighs but he really couldn't deny the fact that he was flattered
"Yeah yeah, now continue." You order, holding up your camera
Miyuki chuckles but follows your request nonetheless

"Hah really, this is bad." Miyuki thinks, watching you take pictures of the other members. Miyuki wasn't an idiot, he knows it when he feels something and he definitely feels something for you
The problem is, he didn't know how to act, especially when he's showing interest in someone so dense
'Does this run in their genes?' He couldn't help but ask himself, he remembered all those times he made it so obvious but you never understood it and your brother thought he was messing with you
"What's bad?" Sawamura asks behind him, almost making him jump in surprise
"Hey don't do that," He sweatdrops but Sawamura ignores him
"You're always staring at (Nickname)-chan." Sawamura crosses his arms
'Oh did he figure it out?'
"...Do you want her to pitch for you?" Sawamura finishes his question and Miyuki's hope soon deflated
"...She knows baseball?"
"Of course! She's our manager at home you know!" Sawamura laughs loudly, "She also helps in planning for games!" Sawamura exclaims proudly
"Seriously?"

"(First name) continue with your job, please." A third-year orders as you blink and stare back at her
"Senpai..."
"Yes?"
"He did a really cool slider," You comment, staring at the opposing pitcher
"We didn't come here to watch,"
"-The batters are also really good on our team! Uwa as expected of Kuramochi-senpai, he can easily steal those bases! Senpai did you see that? They hit a home run!" You continue
Your senior sighs and flicks your forehead, "I get that you want to watch, but we need to get these pictures of them while in an actual game," She scolds you while you pout
"It's just a few minutes..."
"(First name)," Your senpai warns and you immediately hold your camera in your hands
"Batter Miyuki Kazuya." The commentator says as the ones watching in Seido starts singing that song whenever Miyuki's batting
"Senpai give me a good one." You mutter, already ready to take a shot
"I-it's gone!" Everybody cheers as the ball fly towards the fence, you included
"Uwa he looks really cool," You comment as you stare at the photo of him hitting the ball, the longer you stared at it, the more you blushed
'And Tomo-senpai kept on insisting that sweating is a turn-off.' You huffed but immediately shake your head, 'I-it wasn't like I thought he's really attractive right? Maybe it's just the Summer heat!' You nod to yourself and once again focused on your camera

"(Nickname)-chan did you see me earlier?" Your brother asks as he jumps in front of you
"Yes oniichan, you looked cool." You grin at your brother, making sure to let him see the photos you have
"Oh, why's there so many Miyuki-senpai?" He asks and your eyes widen
"Huh? There isn't too much!" You deny, stealing back your camera but alas, what your brother said was right, there is too much Miyuki Kazuya in your camera
"I knew you liked taking pictures of me," Miyuki says as he placed an arm around your shoulder, "Am I your favorite subject (Nickname)-chan?" He grins while you huff
"It just happens that I ended up having to be placed where you always are," You made up an excuse, it wasn't entirely a lie but isn't true either, you were a great photographer and you have good baseball knowledge so your other club members let you have your freedom to choose where you want to be
"Oi Miyuki-senpai, what do you think you're doing?" Sawamura growls and attempts to push his hands away from you but Miyuki was faster
Miyuki laughs, "Don't we look good together?" He teases and you feel your cheeks heat up
"No!" Sawamura continues to try and remove his hands on your shoulder while Miyuki laughs but you were still staring at the floor with wide eyes
'Do I have a crush on him?' You ask yourself in disbelief, 'Miyuki Kazuya? This Miyuki Kazuya? Did I always push to be around him cause I like him and not just because he's photogenic? Is this the reason why I'm always blushing? It isn't because I get annoyed by him?' You continue to ponder
"No way!" You almost shriek causing the other two to stop and stare at you
"Wah, did he hurt you (Nickname)-chan?" Sawamura asks, "Did he touch you anywhere? MIYUKI KAZUYA YOU PERVERT!" Sawamura yells but you shake your head
"N-no...I just...thought of something that I li—didn't like," You correct yourself, "I need to think..." You trail off as Miyuki removes his hands around you
You feel disappointed at the loss of contact but immediately shook your head
"No way...no way no way no way no way...." Miyuki hears you mumble
'I-is she okay?' Miyuki sweatdrops

"I can't believe it!" You yell on your pillow, days have passed since the game and your project with the baseball team finally ended
And as those days passed, you finally figured something out
You have feelings for Miyuki
At first, you didn't understand it, mistaking flatter with rage and affection for respect but as time passed...you started to understand it
And you weren't sure if you liked the outcome
"Wah! What am I supposed to do?" You roll over your bed, "Out of everyone! Why him!" You continue to roll until you fell over your bed
"Amazing! I always thought you and your brother were the polar opposites but you actually act like him sometimes," Your senior comments
When she hears you comment nothing, she sighs and walks over you and kneels
"Boy problems?" She raises an eyebrow
"...Yes," You reply before sitting up, "I like someone, what should I do?" You pout and your senior snickers and pat your head
"You're such a cutie pie (First name)," She chuckles while your frown deepened
"Yes yes I'll give you an answer", she rolls her eyes, "Confess, tada." She says without energy as if it was the most obvious answer out there
"But..."
"But what if he doesn't return my feeling yada yada," She cut you off, "Girl, who cares? It's his loss." She crosses her arms, "Now, don't be a coward and confess, alright? If anything happens I'll bring a bat along with your brother."
"For what?"
"For hitting a ball he has," She winks and finally you let out a giggle

"Here we go," You take a deep breath and once again went down the path in the hills, looking for Miyuki and hoping that he was both practicing his batting and alone
"Oh came to visit your favorite senpai?" Miyuki raises an eyebrow upon seeing you, he might be teasing you but he really couldn't deny the fact that he was glad to see you again
"Shut up," You grumble, tightening your grip on his photos
"What's that?" He asks, noticing you holding something
"Yo-your..." You stammer before deciding to just close your mouth, choosing to walk towards him and hand it yourself
"Are these my pictures?" He asks, taking a break from batting and looking through them
"This is a lot, I knew you enjoyed taking my pictures," He teases, looking at you to see that you already have a red face
"That's right!" You say loudly, "I-I like taking your photos and you're my....you're my fa-favorite subject cause I...I really like you!" You say, looking down at your hands as you felt your whole body heat up in embarrassment
Miyuki remains silent, still processing everything he heard and trying to come up with a clear answer to you
But before he knew it, he was already laughing
"What's so funny?" You ask
"I never expected this," He says in between his laughing, "This is so unexpected that I'm glad," He finally calms down and smiles at you, not his usual shit-eating grin but a genuine one
"What?"
"I like you too, (First name)." He raises his hands to pat your head, "For a long time too." He says as you finally smile, even before you knew what you were doing, you jump into his arms to hug him tight, completely ignoring the fact that he was sweaty
"Oi oi, you're going a bit too fast aren't you?" He teases while you punch him lightly
"Shut up."

Sawamura continued to swing his bat with vigor, "Miyuki Kazuya make sure you take care of my sister!" He yells as your senior follows his movements, waiting for you to return from your trip to the hills
Asada watches from the sidelines, completely lost on how he was going to go near Sawamura and your senior who both had an aura around them
While Kuramochi waits by the entrance, already ready to tease the hell out of the two of you
