'a cursed spirit is here' y/n thought with a grim expression on her face.
she was currently running down the hallway, searching for the pinkette. despite kento and ijichi forcing her to stay, she couldn't help but her guts told her to ignore them.
her gloved hands touched the wall, sensing some energies in the building. the auras was getting bigger meaning she was near. she was about to turn to the right, a huge ugly hand grabbed yuuji and pushed him against the window.
y/n widened her eyes, frowning at the scene. she noticed junpei was there too, but with a shocked look on his face. y/n sense the danger and decided to stop it before someone will die.
"you b!tch-!" she exclaimed once she arrived, slicing off the ugly hand, deformed hand and grabbed junpei before the blue haired b!tch could do anything.
m@h1t0 couldn't even blink when the female was in action just now. y/n was holding junpei under her arm while she was pointing one of her katanas towards m@h1t0.
"y-y/n.." tears threatened to fall due to him overwhelmed by the female.
"there's no time to cry right now. be glad that i saved you. you owe me one, junpei" y/n glanced down at junpei.
"y/n-chan! thank goodness you came" yuuji coughed out.
"sakusa y/n, am i right?" m@h1t0, stfu.
y/n just looked at him with an unamused expression on her face. she glanced at yuuji and gave him a quick nod, signalling for them to leave the place.
"as much as i'd like to have a little chit chat with you, i need to leave now. bye" yuuji punched the window with a good amount of strength and the teens jumped out of the building.
both landed safely along with junpei who was still in y/n's hold. she placed him down and brushed off the dust on her uniform. great, another cleaning session after this.
"i'll bring him to somewhere safe. call me if you need to" yuuji nodded at the female as she dashed with junpei to somewhere.
『a very short time skip』
junpei leaned his body against a tree while y/n was cleaning her blade she used to cut the hand off from yuuji. a comfortable silence filled the atmosphere.
"...thank you for saving me, y/n-san..." he murmured out, unsure if she heard it or not.
"no problem" y/n replied.
both then engage a normal conversation while a fight was happening away from them.
"you're not going to help them, y/n-san?" junpei spoke as they were watching the fight at the distance.
"i was about to, will you be fine here? i mean, you can protect yourself, right?" y/n stood up, grabbing her katanas to join in the fight.
junpei just nodded and flashed her a small smile. y/n nodded back and dashed towards the fight. junpei watched her figure getting smaller as she was getting farther away.
for unknown reason, he covered his face as soon as he turned red, letting out a flustered noise. he couldn't help but being honest to himself.
