You have to be kind to your own self.
Don't be harsh and blame everything you did wrong in the past.
You live and you learn.
Someone once wrote; " Be kind to the past version of yourself, that version didn't knew the things you know now "
When I think about my life, I've blamed my self for being stupid.
I didn't knew much about life and simple thing as I thought back then.
But now that I'm older and wiser, I've learned that you learn things as you go.
So live life and enjoy little things, and you will learn from the experience and people around you.
Be kind to yourself.
