The bright Sun hit jee's eyes making her eyes flutter and annoying her by the sudden brightness "princess wake up" said nari as she shook jee "no I want to sleep more" jee murmured irritated from the shaking "The king said he wants to meet you" nari whispered in jees ear as jee shot her eyes wide open rushing out of her bed
"Princess I have your gown ready" nari pointed to the gown she was holding in her hands
"Why does the king want to meet me did I do something bad" jee pointing to herself worried thinking its something bad as she has done some "bad suff" before" I dont know why he wants to meet you princess" nari tightened the corset on jee's waist "ah it's too tight" jee yelled hitting Naris hands "sorry"

After getting dressed jee quickly went to the kings work room
"Father I heard u wanted to meet me" jee knocked slightly"come in" she heard her father speak from inside
"Ahh yes daughter I wanted to meet you because I have something to talk to you about" the king answered not leaving his eyes from his paper work "and that is" jee asked curiously as he never calls for her
"I want you to marry the prince of the moon kingdom I know its sudden but its some important business deal with them which will make both the kingdos stronger" king looked at her for her answers as jee was shocked and disappointed in him she's young ,"shes just 17 how could he just sell her for some business deal" she thought but she had to agree as if she didn't he would find a way to marry her off anyway and she didn't want to want her energy fighting him.So,she slowly nodded
"They are coming this afternoon for the meeting and agreement" "okay father" jee said as she left the kings room walking to the library to relief her anger like she always does reading some fantasy or romance books.
Jee is well versed in many literary works, spanning from long poems to short tales. Despite being born a princess, she understands that the expectation to always excel can be very burdensome, as any slight imperfection is deemed a disappointment to the whole royalty.
As a child, she was enrolled in numerous classes covering various subjects, which ultimately led her to discover her passion for books.
Walking into the library she made her way to the last aisle looking for books which she could read.There she found one called "The hymn of the death" (this just came in my mind) it was a tale about a normal girl and prince who had been caught in love.Tho,they were destined to never be together
"Do you remember," she asked, gazing out at the deep sea, "after our last show in [place name], we went to a ballroom together?"
"I remember, of course," he replied, his gaze shifting to the girl. "There, you danced with another man that night."
"I'll dance with you tonight," she declared, extending her hand to the boy before her.
Accepting her hand, the boy joined her in a dance under the dark night sky on the boat. This was their first and final dance together as they leaped off the both together for their own happily ever after.
Jee closed the book, tears streaming down her face. "This book just broke my heart into so many pieces," she murmured, placing it back on the shelf while wiping away her tears.
"Why are you crying?" she heard a voice, and she immediately recognized it. "SUNGHOON!" she exclaimed, running into his arms for a tight hug, which he returned. They stayed embraced, neither wanting to let go of that hug.
"I really missed you" she said as she pulled out of the hug "well I didn't" he said while giving her a big teasing smile "well then bye" she said as she walked away making her way to the royal garden as sunghoon followed behind"Did you know my dad wants me to marry the prince of the Moon Kingdom?" she said, turning to take a glimpse of his reaction.
"Well, isn't that a good thing? He's probably really handsome and caring," he replied, giving me his usual expression.
"Well, there goes my thoughts and dreams about him liking me back," she thought, looking ahead again as she walked away from him.
"I guess he is handsome, but I think I'm too young to get married. But what can I do? I have to agree to my father, or else there will be a big mess in the castle
"He's comming this afternoon to meet me. Oh!it's almost time I am gonna go get ready now ba-bye!" jee said as she turned her back to sunghoon " umm..well just wanted to tell you that i came here to stay a month in this kingdom" he said as he looked at the princess in front of him who had a huge smile on her face "really?" jee said making sure as he always teases her "yes I just wanted to stay here I just want to explore the kingdom little more ,I never actually did ,they didn't let us out of the castle when we were small so"
"Well I can show you around with the prince of the north tomorrow father said to take him for a tour around the kingdom" jee said walking to her room to get ready. She didn't notice the face of the prince that was watching her as she was leaving ,his face was the exact form of how u would describe jealousy,oh jealousy"tsk the prince"he said mocking the princess as he walked to the kings room to inform him as he will be staying here

"Well you look happy don't you" nari looked at the princess through the mirror as she was doing the princess's hair for the evening today "sunghoon said he's gonna stay for a month here" jee said also look at nari through the mirror "ooh I have noticed that you have a little crush on prince sunghoon aren't I right princess" Nari said placing the necklace on jee's neck
"Oh is it that obvious" jee looked at nari with a shocked and slightly worried face
"Well to me it is and don't worry I won't tell anyone" nari said chuckling at jees reaction "done your all ready to go princess and I think the prince is here too" jee looked outside the glass window sighing "well then here I go then ba-bye" jee said waving as she walked out the room.
"Oh..It must be hard living your life as a princess you can't even marry or like a person you want or learn things you want to learn, I just hope the king would understand her even just a tiny bit" nari thought looking at the disapearing figure of jee walking away

Jee walked to the entrance of the palace standing next to the king as the royal cart entered the palace
"Welcome prince jungwon" the kind said bowing down at the prince as a mannerism of respect" well I am thankful to you for inviting me to this kingdom" jungwon said bowing back at the king then he turned to jee giving his hand out "nice to meet you princess" he bowed a little as jee took his hand letting jungwon kiss the back of it
Well standing at the other side of the king was sunghoon who was glaring at jungwon for how he kissed jees hand "and this is "jungwon said looking at sunghoon" this is prince sunghoon, prince of the south"the king says looking at sunghoon "nice to meet you prince sunghoon" jungwon offered his hand for a hand shake as sunghoon took it gladly"nice to meet you too prince jungwon" he said as his piercing gaze not leaving jungwon

At night in the castle, Jee was in the library, reading some books when someone entered, causing Jee to jolt up in surprise. "Oh, sorry for startling you," Jungwon said, looking at Jee. "This library is much larger than mine," he remarked, scanning the books in the shelves. "Do you also enjoy reading?" Jee asked, looking at him in surprise. She had never met anyone in the palace who shared her love for books.
As Sunghoon her only friend was always into sword fighting and riding horses, he replied, "Uh, yes, I am really into books as well. I have nothing to do; books have always kept me company," as he sat next to Jee.
"Oh, is that..." he trailed off, looking down and pointing at the book Jee was holding in her hands.
"Oh, yes, this is my second time reading this book. It's really good," Jee said, handing the book to Jungwon.
"Thanks, I was actually reading this at my palace," he replied, taking the book and placing it on his lap. "I'll read it, thanks."
Jee then stood up, gesturing towards the end of the library. "Wanna go look for some more books together, maybe?" she requested, to which Jungwon gladly accepted, walking beside her.
As they walked to the end of the library, Jee found a book that caught her attention. She walked over to the ladder, placing it in front of the shelf. As she reached for the book, one of the books next to it fell onto the ladder, causing it to move and making Jee lose her balance. She slipped off the ladder, closing her eyes, anticipating the impact of the floor. Suddenly, she felt someone's arms around her waist. She looked up to see Jungwon, carrying her . Jee stayed like that in Jungwon's arms, feeling awkward about the position.
"Oh, looks like you're both having lots of fun together,doesn't ?"
