Marie was seen running as following behind her was Minette.
Marie: Where could he be!? That idiot running off like that!
Minette: *Huff* I didn't think Y/n... *Huff* could run that fast!
Marie: Yeah, given how lazy he is, it's shocking! But come on we need to keep looking!
Minette: R-Right!
???: Marie?
Marie stops on her tracks as she quickly turns to the person who called out to her it revealed to be none other than Filia, who looks confused while holding groceries in hand.
FIlia: It is you, what's wrong? You look troubled.
She asked looking worried and seeig this, Marie needed help, so she begins to tell her everything that had just happened an hour ago.
This day has been nothing but trouble as something bad always happens to this city,

As everything went in slow motion for Cerebella, her death lowly inching closer towards her.
Is she gonna die here?
She couldn't believe it..

Nadia scream in horror which made Cerebella curious, especially when there was no pain, slowly she opens her eyes, only to widen it in surprise but most of all, in horror.

She stuttered out as a chuckling was heard followed by coughing.
Y/n: Heh... Crap.. now I've done it... Ugh!
Y/n vomits a bit of blood as he has been stabbed straight in the stomach as Eliza pulls away, looking slight surprise as Y/n collapses.
Eliza: Oh my..
Nadia: YOU BITCH!!
She charges at her as Eliza jumps away and Nadia stood in front of Y/n as Cerebella cradles him close, looking still shock with now tears flowing down her eyes.
Cerebella: Y-You save me?.... W-Why?.... WHY DID YOU SAVE ME!?
Nadia: Y/n!! Y/N!! Hold on, hold on! HOLD ON!!
Nadia was panicking as she tries to stop the blood from oozing out of his wound, all while Y/n consciousness is slowly seeping away.
All he can hear are the muffled voices of the two girls, trying to save him but....
it was futile...
He looks at both of them, seeing Nadia calling out to him while Cerebella just holds him close, her tears hitting his face.
All he can do....
..was just smile at them..
Nadia: N-No....
Her voice broke as Y/n closed his eyes. Cerebella too was shock as she looks at the blood on Y/n.
His blood smeared onto her.
There were tears brimming from their eyes as they stood still, wide eyed but..
Eliza: Now that was unexpected! who would have thought that he would jump like that? Oh such a shame, he was cute too~
Then she looks at the blood in her hand, there was an odd scent in it as she licks some of it and she widens her eyes.
Eliza: (What's this? His blood... The scent of it... It's the one from Little Innsmouth! It's smells that of a corpse.. Almost the same as the Feral but more foul.. Although his blood still taste fresh, it's strangely delicious~)
She licks the rest of the blood before sighing in ecstasy before frowning in disappointment..
Eliza: Mm.. It's too bad now since I killed him.. Hmm or maybe not, it's not too late to-
Nadia: You......
Eliza: Hmm?
Nadia: YOU BITCH!!!!
Ms. Fortune charges at her with her claws ready as Eliza dodges.
Although Nadia doesn't stops as she was blinded with overwhelming rage as tears continues to drop from her eyes, obscuring her vision as Eliza easily dodges again.
Eliza: Awe, too slow dear kitty~-!?
She instantly moves away when Cerebella came crashing down on the spot where she stood before, tears with brimming rage as she glares at her.
She couldn't help but feel angry right now, she doesn't know why but she feels so angry.
Not only at Eliza but at herself.
Because of her.
Y/n had died from protecting her and he would have been alive if she wasn't so, vulnerable..
So prideful!
So pathetic!
So weak!
And so stupid!
Cerebella had took away Y/n, putting his body in a safe place as another fight is about to begin.
Eliza: Y'know, both of you might work together but you still won't defeat me- GAH!
Both Ms. Fortune and Cerebella had quickly did a combo move together, managing to hit Eliza head on from being caught off guard, literally.
Cerebella had used Nadia's head like baseball with her Living Weapon as Ms. Fortune headbutts Eliza hard.
This attack stunned her before Ms. Fortune's body came closing the gap between them and did a high kick to her jaw, kicking her high in the air as Cerebella then grabs Eliza, spins around before slamming her down on the ground, destroying it.
Both Cerebella and Ms. Fortune stood next together as they remained vigilant.
Right now, both girls were filled with unyielding rage, hatred for their enemy as both of them would now even work together despite their dislike towards each other.
Both of them have one common enemy and it's Eliza.
For she will pay for hurting no... Killing their friend!!
For as the saying goes.
The enemy of my enemy is my frenemy....
Eliza: You... Both of you.....
Eliza slowly and groggily gets up from the ground, looking down as her hair covered her eyes but she slowly looks up, showing her face who's other half is exposed of her skull, looking enraged.
Eliza: ..Are pissing me off!!!!!
All three were about to charge at each other's throats but..
*BOOM!!!!*
Before the fight could escalate more further, an explosion appeared right on the pool as water went showering everywhere as they look to see.
Both Cerebella and Nadia had their blood run cold while Eliza could only look in surprised.
Eliza: What? How the-!?
Before she could finish, a familiar Draconic Skull went bashing itself towards her, sending her crashing to a pillar, breaking it.
Nadia and Cerebella could only watch as a new Challenger approaches...
The Skullgirl.
Nadia: W-What!? What is she doing here!?
She looks at the Skullgirl fearfully as Cerebella did the same. Both of them are in no condition to fight the Skullgirl as it's basically a deathwish for them now.
Before they knew it, the Skullgirl appeared right behind them, not reacting fast enough both got hit on the head, falling unconscious.

Agatha?: Hmm it seems that trouble once again found you my dear child..
Just then, half of her face morph into something a bit grotesque.
Agatha?: Things keep getting more and more chaotic now it seems, especially for you my dear child. So....
She giggles as she covers her mouth for it.
Agatha?: ....That's why you'll need all the help you can get...

Blue flames spreads around as another raging battle has started.
Eliza was seen running around, blocking and dodging bone attacks thrown at her.
The attacker was none other than the Skullgirl.
Her figure was still a mystery as she was covered in a cloak of flames, her bloodred skull eyes is seen following Eliza as the latter then charges at her.
Nadia and Cerebella were seen lying on the floor, still knockout.
The Skullgirl blocks Eliza's staff with her Scythe as the latter struggles to push her.
Seeing she wasn't budging, Eliza pulls away and sent some Pharaoh's shaped blood attack at her but the Skullgirl easily burn it all away before charging.
Eliza quickly made a shield but it was broken as the Skullgirl easily punches through it, hitting her in the gut, knocking the air out of Eliza.
She was then sent crashing to one of the Egyptian statue relics there, coughing blood.
Slowly she pushes herself up as her eyes went black with golden pupils.
Eliza: It seems you're more stronger than I thought you would be,. but no matter, you will fall like the rest of your Predecessors! Skullgirl!
Her arms then turn into blood, exposing her clawed skeleton arms as she lunges at her fast, going behind the Skullgirl.
As Eliza was about to drive her claws in, the Skullgirl measly dodges away and did a bitch slapped her as she was once again sent flying away crashing through an Pharaoh statue.
Coughing up some blood, she glares at the Skullgirl, gettingmore and more vivid in rage, Eliza roars out in frustration as her whole body exploded into blood, turning into that of a blood made Sarcophagus.
Her Parasite, Sekhmet which was her own Skeleton comes out of it, her golden eyes glowing menacingly as the Parasite lunges at the Skullgirl.
Seeing this, the Skullgirl dodges but the Parasite doubles back for a slash but the Skullgirl seemingly teleports out of the way making the Parasite shock.
She tried to attack her once more but the Skullgirl kept dodging until she had enough of it.
The Skullgirl's flames burst out and rages on into a shockwave attack hitting the Parasite as she was sent crashing back to the Blood Sarcophagus as Eliza reverted back to herself, looking more beat up with bruises and burnt marks around her.
Eliza: H-How....
She coughs profusely as she covered her mouth,
Eliza: H-How.... HOW!? HOW ARE YOU THIS POWERFUL!? THE POWER OF THE SKULLHEART ISN'T SUPPOSED TO BE THIS HIGH! SO HOW ARE YOU DOING THAT!?
For the first time ever, Eliza was experiencing FEAR, as the Skullgirl in front of her gazes down on her trembling body.
Black Dahlia: Do not underestimate the Skullgirl. Unlike the previous ones.. This one... is even more dangerous and full of surprises.. I've seen her power first-hand...
Remembering the words of Black Dahlia.....
The Skullgirl slowly levitates to her, her Skull Mask in the shadows making her more intimidating as the left eye socket burst into blue flames.
Eliza could feel the Skullgirl's power rising as this made her more terrified..
The Skullgirl threw her arm in the air as bones and Dragonic Skull blasters appeared behind her and started charging up for the final attack.
Eliza couldn't help but realize what a fool she has been.....
Horace/Albus: Mistress Eliza!!
The doors was barged opened as both Ferals who had regained consciousness look in horror of the Skullgirl's presence.
Seeing their Boss in danger, both took immediate action as they run towards her as she remains frozen.
She just sat there, eyes dilating, fully regretting in underestimating her.
This Skullgirl.

Back outside, the streets was quite peaceful if you could say.
With all the citizens of this city going by their daily lives but although, many wondered to what was the noise being caused around the famed Night Club Bastet's Den.
Surely it wasn't from Eliza's singing as there shouldn't be exploding sounds around.
Many of them wondered what really it was and unfortunately....
....their questions have been answered.
*BOOM!!!*
An explosion went off from Bastet's den as a blue beam erupted to the sky!
Screams filled the air from the people who were near the vicinity as every one of them runs away.
All while Agatha?, who's face now back to normal, watches them all run and cower in fear, giggling a bit as she crosses her arms under her bust.

Everyone in thewhole lab were in extreme panic!
Especially with the whole place shaking madly and all of their equipment in Theonite reading is going haywire as almost all of the machines were smoking hot with sparks here and there along with their alarms loudly blaring!
Scientist: DOCTOR AVIAN! THESE READINGS!!
Dr. Avian: I KNOW! I KNOW!
Scientist 2: ALL THESE READINGS ARE WAY OFF THE CHARTS!!
Scientist 3: IT'S SLOWLY SPREADING AROUND THE CITY!!!
Scientist 4: WHERE IS IT COMING FROM!?
Scientist 5: I DONT KNOW!? BUT IT ORGINATED IN DOWNTOWN MERIDIAN!!
Just then Peacock and her crew came in, looking shocked from all the panicking.
Peacock: What the!? WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!?
Dr. Avian: SOMEBODY PLEASE CONTACT PRINCESS PARASOUL!

They look to see the same Redheaded woman from before on chapter 7-8 rushing over with the along with few Egret soldiers.
Dr. Avian: Princess Parasoul!
Parasoul: What's the situation!?
She ask looking concern as more of the machines around them exploded a bit into smokes and the place continues to shake.
Dr. Avian: YOUR HIGHNESS! THE READINGS! NO DOUBT ITS THE SKULLGIRL ONCE MORE!
Parasoul along Peacock goes wide eyed as Parasoul then panics.
Parasoul: What!? WHERE!?
Scientist 5: IT'S IN DOWNTOWN MERIDIAN!! THE ENERGY SOURCE IS THERE!!
Parasoul: ADAM! MOLLY! TELL ALL EGRETS TO QUICKLY GO THERE NOW!! EVACUATE ALL THE CIVILIANS!
Adam/Ma'am: YES SIR!!
Parasoul: AVIAN! CALL ALL THE AVAILABLE ASG AGENTS AND SEND THEM TO DEAL WITH THE SKULLGIRL NOW!!
Dr. Avian: ALREADY DID! LAST HOPE ALREADY WENT FIRST! FOLOWED BY BIG BAND AND PAINWHEEL ON THEIR WAY!
Parasoul: GOOD!! I'LL BE HEADING THERE IMMEDIATELY! PEACOCK WITH ME!
Peacock: RIGHT!! KEEP US INFORMED ON THE WAY DOC!
Dr. Avian: RIGHT! ALSO SOMEBODY SHUT OFF THE ALARMS! MY EARS AND THROAT ARE KILLING ME!!

The light continues to beam high in the sky before slowly it shimmers down as slowly showing a now large crater with debris all around Downtown.
Some buildings miraculously survived with only cracks and shattered windows as well as the streets.
In the middle of this destruction...
Was the source of the chaos being spread around.
The infamous Skullgirl.
Surrounded with Dragonic Skulls that attacks with charged up beams, orbiting around her.
She looks at the remains of Bastet's Den, with water all around, colored with red spreading into it as blue flames surrounded her in a swirl.
Once again she had caused utter destruction in her path.
Adjusting her Skull mask on, she looks behind her, right on top of the buildings as there she sees them.
Last Hope.
The group of Nurses were there looking at her.
All of them were wide eyed from the destruction before they all jumped off and started to make their way down, quickly surrounding the Skullgirl.
Skullgirl: .....Ready for Round 2?
All of them flinched from the as they could still remember how badly they were defeated by her but it's been a few weeks now and during that time, they trained and trained hard for the next fight.
Steeling their resolve, they look at her straight in the eyes as the Skullgirl seeing this manifested her Scythe once again.
Skullgirl: Knowing how you all lost horribly to me last time. I'll make it easier for you...
With a swish of her hand, the Dragon Skulls around her disappeared shocking them.
She was gonna fight them at her lowest! And that ticked them off.
Valentine: Oh you will regret doing that!
Both sides did a standoff, waiting for one of them to move.
A few seconds go by..
Before it turns into a minute.
Seeing no one is gonna make a move. The Skullgirl quickly charges at them as then Easter, the large nurse uses the Bodybag she's holding as a shield and surprisingly withstood the Scythe.
Patty then drops down from the Skullgirl's back, holding an IV stand with sharp tips as a spear, she goes for a pierce but she easily dodges it.
Suddenly the Skullgirl's back burst into flames as it then took shape into an extra skeleton arm, bigger than her main ones shocking them all as Patty immediately jumps away to avoid being squashed but got quickly grabbed by her leg.
Easter: Patty!
She charges at them to help her but Patty was thrown at her, she was able to catch her but they went flying away from the force.
Hallow, the nurse with bandage hands full of syringes goes for a close combat attack with it but the Skullgirl easily dodges it all before doing a low sweep as Hallow backflips, switching with Valentine who threw scalpels at her.
Easily melting the scalpels away, the Skullgirl slammed her huge extra arm on the ground, creating shockwaves that blew the two away as Easter came back, slamming the Bodybag onto her as she got sent back a bit,
Valentine, wielding her Weapon a Bonesaw, she engaes with the Skullgirl in a fight between blades as she swung her Scythe at the nurse who easily slips through and manages to slash the Skullgirl's mask before she then switswitches with Christmas, who wields a Scalpel shaped Sword who dealt another blow on her.
The Skullgirl quickly jumps back and touches her chest where the slashed was, blood drips from Christmas sword which was proof that she managed to wound the Skullgirl.
Seeing this, the Skullgirl's mask crack on the left socket as more power explodes from her making them wide eyed.
Skullgirl: I commend you for managing to make a scratch on me, but sadly it's not enough.
The flames around her body grew more fiercer as then, she appears right in front of Christmas in a blur kicking her away.
Valentine: Christmas!
Seeing this, Valentine charges at the Skullgirl for another round of blades.
Their blades keeps meeting in a clash as they move around the are, going back and forth between slash after slash.
But then the Skullgirl threw her Scythe as it spins in the air as Valentine quickly jumps to dodge it and she quickly sees an opportunity.
Valentine: (An opening!)
Once she landed back on the ground, she immediately bolted right at the Skullgirl with her Bonesaw.
Christmas: Wait! Valentine don't!
However it was too late, as Valentine swung her Weapon at her....
*SLASH!*
*Spurt!!*
Blood spurts out from her right eye, but it wasn't the Skullgirl who got hit, it was Valentine, getting wounded by the Skullgirl's Scythe, that unexpectedly came floating back to her.
All: VALENTINE!
Her teammates screamed out to her in horror as she screams out in pain, holding her eye, before she got kicked in the side, crashing into a pile of rubble.
Both Patty and Easter went to her while Hallow and Christmas stood guard in front of them, all now looking nervous as the Skullgirl looks at them, menacingly.
Skullgirl: ..... Pathetic..
Manifesting another Scythe as she twirls both weapons around before she appears right in front of Christmas.
Christmas was able to block her Scythe but couldn't with the other as Hallow had to help her.
The Skullgirl jumps away to dodge her, throwing fireballs at them which they moved?
Hallow threw some of her syringes at her but the Skullgirl easily turn them into ashes before she appeared right behind her, kicking her as Hallow went tumbling on the ground like some ragdoll before getting grabbed by the neck.
Christmas: Hallow!!
She then charges in, swinging her sword, aiming for her head but the Skullgirl easily gets down to dodge it before spinning around, throwing Hallow into Christmas, sending both flying away.
Suddenly she brought her Scythes on both of her sides, with the extra Skeleton arm on her back to block 3 attacks at once that came from Valentine, Patty and Easter.
Seeing Valentine attacking, the Skullgirl chuckles deeply, sending shivers to all.
Skullgirl: Persistent. All of you.... Even without my Blasters, all you are too weak to stop me.
Valentine: Shut up!!
She puts more strength into her Weapon, gritting her teeth from the pain of her now non-existent eye.
The Skullgirl was unfazed by their pushing, but then she looks up to see a shadow overlapping her as then, she immediately twirls around, throwing all three nurses away as they went crashing to various areas a the Skullgirl brought her Scythes to block an attack.
Sharp blades found its way on her as she was pushed back a bit from it before she pushes her attacker back.
The Skullgirl looks to see a new figure as it revealed to be an ASG agent, a woman based from the figure but...
The girl was wearing old ragged clothes, her body looking a bit pale and veins visible around her and wears a mask, but the most noticing part of her was the blades attached on her back that beard the resemblance of a Shuriken.
Seeing her, the Skullgirl grew wary, especially when she sense something on her.
Skullgirl: You... There's a Skullgirl's blood inside of you..
The newcomer hearing this, growls before letting out a roar as she lunges at her for a kick which she blocks but nails suddenly protruded from her legs, as the Skullgirl immediately jumps back.
The ASG agent growled more as she charges again with her blades on her back that started spinning.
Seeing this, the Skullgirl immediately crossed her Scythes to block but got surprised when hwe Scythes got cut in half from the sheer power of the blades a she had to jump away but went shocked when she was grabbed in the face and slammed down to the ground.
???: RAAAAAHH!!!!
She continues to slammed the Skullgirl's head on the ground, destroying it, all while the Skullgirl takes it in.
Hit after hit.
Slam after slam.
The Agent grew tired of that before she pulls her up before throwing her away as she went tumbling and crashing into few rubbles,blood dripping out of her into the water.
The ASG Agent heave a heavy breath before roaring again as she goes for an attack with her blades.
The Skullgirl slowly got back up as the Agent was getting closer but she didn't bother to move as her mind was on one thing.
Skullgirl: ..... It can't be..... Carol?
???: !?
The ASG fighter immediately jumps back, not landing her blades on her as she had gasped in surprised.
Carol?: W-Wha...!? H-How do you? How do you know my name!?
She asked, sounding shock as the Skullgirl looks at her, her Scythes slowly turning into dust.
Skullgirl: ...... So it is you,.. what have they done to you?
Carol: Hey, answer me!? Do I know you!?
The Skullgirl kept silent, looking as if she was thinking and before she could answer.
Reinforcement had came as the Egrets showed up along with Big Band and two girls who look identical to each other.
Seeing this the Skullgirl turn back to her,
Skullgirl: ... Perhaps...
And with that, she burst into flames followed by a bright flash of light as everyone in the vicinity covered their eyes from the blinding sight.
Once the light subsided, the Skullgirl was gone.
Carol: Huh!? Where did she go!? COME BACK HERE!!
She goes over to the spot where the Skullgirl was as she looks around, yelling out for her to come back and answer her.
Big Band seeing the Skullgirl retreating curses inside for not making it in time as he immediately orders some of the Egrets to look around for injured civilians.
Last Hope, who all were beaten once again to the ground, groggily got up as they helped one another.
But then, Christmas heard someone groaning as she looks to see...
Christmas: Huh?! Fortune!
Both she and Easter went to help her, as Nadia was buried in some rubble with Cerebella but the Feral quickly stood up, pushing them away as she tried to walk.
Nadia: Y-Y/n....
Nadia looks around, struggling to stay awake but once she found him, her eyes went wide as she tries to reach out for him but she couldn't hold on longer as she was too weak to move before collapsing as Easter quickly caught her.
Easter: I got ya!
Christmas: What happened to her? Did the Skullgirl do this?
Christmas wondered before looking to where she was walking too and there she saw the boy Nadia was reaching out for as he was surrounded in water in the color of red as she grew shocked.
Christmas: Has he been always there!?
She quickly went to him and instantly went wide eyed when she saw the hole on his stomach.
Christmas: Oh Goddess!
She immediately check for a pulse and she sighs a bit in relief as there was one.
Christmas: (He's still alive but barely hanging on! I need to close his wound quick!)
She immediately goes to work before she shouted.
Christmas: Quickly! I need help over here! We have three more injured people! With one of them suffering fatal wound! We need to get him back to the lab as quickly as possible!!
She shouted out to all as Egret Soldiers came running in with a stretcher.
Christmas looks to her teammates and see that Easter and Hallow were helping Nadia but the latter of the two was looking at another girl which was Cerebella and lastly Valentine who's eye was now being patched up by Patty.
Seeing the state of her team, Christmas couldn't help but frown at their failure and another lost from the Skullgirl.
Looking at the damage that the Skullgirl left behind, one could say it all in one word.
Chaos.

This is my longest chapter of this book yet.
I think this was a bit rushed but it's still good enough! I think?
I would have split this one into two but the title of the chapter kinda suits it in one chapter,
For important information, I think it will be awhile before I update this book.
