World Martial Arts Tournament
3rd POV
It was late in the morning as Ketsu and Koneko decided to sleep in. Both were comfortable and were happy. One individual woke up from his sleep. The son of Ketsu and Koneko, Mirai. He is a half Saiyan and Nekoshou, with red hair of his father, and yellow eyes of his mother, he had Neko ears and a Saiyan Tail. Once he woke up, he tapped on his fathers head as he then woke.
Ketsu: .... Oh, good morning, Mirai.
Being a Hybrid, Mirai learns to develop some senses even at birth. It was about a few weeks since Mirai was born as he was still at his first age, but with a small sense of intellect.
Ketsu: I should wake up your mother... Koneko, wake up.
Koneko: Nya.... Morning~
She got up as she then held on to Mirai, giving him a hug. Ketsu joined in as he gave both of them a hug.
Ketsu: I already said it before... but he really has your eyes.
Koneko: And your red hair.
Ketsu: Hehehe... Right... We should get up.
Koneko: Already on it.
The three have gotten up as Ketsu and Koneko put on their clothes and their sons as well. Still not able to speak, but learn, Mirai sits on Ketsu's shoulders for being carried, since he hasn't learn to walk just yet. Mirai is smart, even at being one year old. During these months, Ketsu and Koneko were surprised at how he was learning fast and how patient he was. With all that said and done, Ketsu, Koneko, and Mirai walk out of their rooms to have breakfast with Rias and the others.
Ketsu POV
Issei: I can't believe this is happening! Mirai was born just a few weeks ago and already he's eating fast!
Rias: I know....
Koneko: Me and Ketsu were surprised as well. He really knows his manners, and in front of everyone as well. Our baby boy is really content and polite, and that makes me a happy mom.
Kuroka: Not to mention it makes me a happy aunt as well.
We were then finished eating as we both held our hands in a prayer stance.
Ketsu: Thank you for breakfast.
Mirai: Paaaaaahhh.
Ketsu: That's right, Mirai.
I then patted my sons head as he giggled.
Asia: I'm a bit curious, how did Mirai get so smart?
Ketsu: Well... I guess with the mix of my blood and Koneko's, his senses develop faster. He can pretty much learn to crawl up our shoulders, point out some things that are unordinary, and most of all, he's really content with his body.
Akeno: That's amazing. He's really smart.
Ketsu: I know, right son?
Mirai: Wah.
Ketsu: Hehe...
Rias: We did take the few weeks of school off for this... Now how are we going to sort this out?
Ketsu & Koneko: Uh...
Rossweisse: Can I babysit him while they are in school?
Ketsu: Huh? Rossweisse? How are you-
Issei: I thought the same thing, bro.
Xenovia: Apparently, Odin isn't really polite to Rossweisse, therefore he just left her.
Ketsu: Dark.
Rossweisse: Who cares about him anyway? I'm proud to be Rias's Rook.
Ketsu: Wha? Koneko, you know this?
Koneko: I do. I am a Rook after all, so I would know.
Ketsu: ... Wow.... Well, of course you can babysit Mirai, Rossweisse.
Koneko: I'll allow it.
Rossweisse: Thank you... I'll try my best.
Ketsu: Don't worry, he's really polite....
Issei: ... Can I say something?
Rias: Sure.
Issei then stood up.
Issei: We should all enter the World Martial Arts Tournament next week.
ORC: ....
Ketsu: ... *smiles* Down.
Koneko: Totes.
Rias: Wait, hang on! What?!
Akeno: You didn't know, Rias? There's a World Martial Arts Tournament coming up. I think Ketsu, Koneko, and Issei should enter. It would be fun.
Rias: But- What about?
Ketsu: It's on Sunday, so piece of cake.... Issei, will Goku and the others be there?
Issei: I believe so. I'm not sure. And besides, the school is going to the Tournament as well to watch. I heard that the Junior Division came around, I was watching it and saw that Trunks won against Goten.
Ketsu: Wow.
Rias: How do you know so much of the Tournament, Issei?
Issei: Me, Matsuda and Motohama would go from time to time to see the Tournament. Seeing as Ketsu would almost like win the Junior Division with no problem.
Ketsu: It's true too.
Koneko: It would make sense... Now that we're at age, we can enter in the real Tournament. So no Junior Division for me, Yay.
Rias; ... *sigh* Okay... You win... I'll tell my brother about this, maybe he can stop by.... Next week will be the World Martial Arts Tournament.
ORC: Yeah!
NEXT WEEK
We were now arriving at the as it was packed with a lot of people entering the Tournament.
Ketsu: Okay, that is a lot of people.
Mirai: Mhm.
Koneko: You said it.
Gohan: Ketsu!
I looked as I saw Gohan, Goku, and the others approaching.
Ketsu: Gohan! Goku!
Goku: Hey, you're entering the Tournament as well?
Ketsu: Mhm. Koneko is as well.
Issei: As will I.
Gohan: Nice.
I looked as I saw Shallot and 21 here as well as Krillin and 18. 17 was here too along with Bardock.
Ketsu: Wow, we have a lot of people.
Rias: Well, we should get the spectators seat.
Ketsu: Right.
I then handed Mirai to Kuroka so that she can look after him.
Ketsu: Now you be watching okay?
Mirai: Mhm.
Koneko: Good.
Rias: Good luck, everyone.
Sirzechs: We wish you the best of luck.
Serafall: Break a leg!.. Not really, though.
Azazel: Just go crazy is what she's saying.
Ketsu: We will.
We all waved as Rias and the others went to the spectators with now Me, Koneko, Issei, and the Z-Fighters entering the card draw. We were about to take our turns until I glance at a certain someone.
Ketsu: No way..
Issei: What?.... What?! Riser?!
Riser: Oh, you two? I guess your entering the Tournament as well.
Ketsu: Well, are you?
Riser: Of course I am.
He then glanced over to Gohan and the others.
Riser: Are these your friends?
Ketsu: Mhm, don't even say anything right now... Especially him. *points at Vegeta*
Riser: ... *shrugs* Sure.
We all then took our turns on the punching machine. It seems we missed Mr. Satan punching the machine, but we didn't bother diving deeper into it. So we all took our turns as we lightly tap the punching machine. We weren't the only ones to make it to the top as a hooded person made it to our record. He only looked at Shallot as we were confused. Vegeta went last and it didn't go well.
We decided not to question it as we then decided to head to the bracket board. We then drew our cards as we then got our results, with Piccolo going by Majunior so that his identity doesn't slip.

Issei: Finally, I guess we have a score to settle.
Riser: Don't get overconfident, Hyoudou.
Goku: I can't wait to see how you improved, Gohan.
Gohan: I won't let you down. Dad.
Koneko: ... 'Oh, great.' You may be powerful, but I won't lose easily.
Vegeta: Hmph.... Whatever, just fight with everything you got.
Piccolo: I'll go easy on you, but I won't as well.
Videl: I know I won't win... but I won't give up.
Bardock: So... I'm facing him?

Ketsu: Looks like we're fighting again, 17.
17: *smiles* Let's see how things play out differently.
I was a bit worried that Koneko was going up against Vegeta, but at least it's better then up against Riser, even though it would play out differently this time. We were now waiting in the lobby as Krillin and 18 were up first.
Ketsu: Good luck, Krillin.. You too, 18.
Krillin: Right... Uh.. Okay, later.
18: *smiles*
Announcer: For the first match! We have Krillin against 18! If you all remember, Krillin used to be in a Tournament back way years ago. And now he's back!
3rd POV
Krillin: Hey... they remember me.. hahahaha... *gets serious* Okay, 18. Ready?!
18: *smiles* That's the spirit.
The two then went into their fighting stances as the announcer called.
Announcer: It's all or nothing! Fight it out!
The two lunged at each other as they started to go all out. Everyone was surprised to see this fight go on as the Announcer was calling out how this was amazing and how a real tournament is. But during the match, Krillin was knocked back and out of the ring.
Krillin: .. I knew this was coming...
18: Don't whine over it... *smiles* you did good.
Krillin: Huh? ... Hehehehehe.
Announcer: Krillin was knocked out! 18 wins!
Krillin and 18 headed back to the lobby as everyone was happy to see what they just did.
Goku: You did good, Krillin.
Krillin: Thanks, Goku... 'Even though it was a wash for me... it was fun.'
Shallot: Well, I guess it's time for our match.
21: Yes.
Gohan: Good luck, you two.
Shallot and 21 walked to the ring as the Announcer called.
Announcer: For the next match, we have Shallot against Android 21!
Shallot: You know, you don't have to go easy.
21: I don't plan to go easy.
She then starts to charge up her Ki.
Shallot: Wait, wha?
The power then exploded again as she was now in her Majin Form, but different. Her black sclera and red eyes were not their, but her blue eyes were.
21 (Mastered Majin): *smiles* You should go all out too.
Shallot: *shocked* ...... *smiles* HAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Announcer: LET THE MATCH BEGIN!!!!!
The match began with Shallot and 21 clashing. The arena was shaking with anticipation, for Ketsu and everyone, even Rias and her club witness this. Seeing how 21 can now control her Majin Form with no backlash or evil malice intent, or hunger, really surprised them. Overall, Shallot was more versatile with dodging her attacks as she was throwing more punches to him. Shallot then back flipped as he then entered Super Saiyan 3 to get more serious. The fight kept going on for a long while until it came down to the wire. Both Shallot and 21 held out their hands as their prepared their attack.
Shallot (Super Saiyan 3) & 21 (Mastered Majin): WILD CANNON!!!!!!!!!!
Their Ki waves hit and was shaking the sky and arena with excitement. Most think it's a trick, but Ketsu and the others knew too well, and so does the Announcer as he's been around when Goku and Krillin were kids. The match came to close with 21 back to normal and out of the ring, with Shallot powering down to base form since Super Saiyan 3 is a real big drain of power.
Announcer: This match has concluded! Shallot is the winner!
Most of the crowd cheered.
Shallot: You did good, 21. I'm really impressed.
21: ... Thank you... Shallot.
Shallot then picked her up as they went back to the lobby. The Mysterious person was intrigued as he gave Shallot a peace sign and not saying a word. This was really concerning for Shallot and most of the others, who was he? Next match was about to start as Issei and Riser stared at each other. Both smiled as they started walking out, immediately catching Rias's attention.
Rias: WHAT?! RISER?!
Akeno; Ara Ara~ What a surprise?
Rias: *grips* Why is he entering the Tournament?... Is it to hurt my Issei in front of everyone?!
Kuroka: I think were past that vendetta, Rias.
Mirai: Mm.
Asia: Issei.... please be careful!
Sirzechs: I think he will. We are way past the Rating Game and they both know that.
Back at the lobby, Ketsu wished both Issei and Riser good luck. Seeing this, Goku and Vegeta finally figure out who Riser was and how he was a problem back then, but now changed. While Issei and Riser were facing off, he then noticed a few voices.
Matsuda: ISSEI!
Issei: Huh? Guys?
Motohama: I don't know how you're fighting, but kick his ass!
Matsuda: You can do it!
Matsuda & Motohama: YOU CAN WIN! YOU FEEL GREAT! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!!

TFS Piccolo: Ugh...

Issei: *sigh*... Some friends I have... *turns back to Riser* Let's show these people a good show.
Riser: I would say so myself, but it would be sad for everyone... since they'll think this match never existed.
Issei: Maybe... but... I think a few people can know my secret... and can keep it that way.
Issei then summons his Boosted Gear as it caught everyone's attention. He then shouted alongside Ddraig.
Issei & Ddraig: WELSH DRAGON!!! BALANCE BREAKER!!!!!
Riser: *smirks*
Riser then flared up his fiery wings, but dimming it to not burn the audience.
Announcer: Wow! This day just keeps getting better and better!
Rias: Well at least Riser is right about one thing, most people won't remember this fight or even the fights from this match.
Sirzechs: No worries, sis. We'll erase everyone's memories after the Tournament.
Rias: *nods*
In the Lobby, Goku was surprised to see Issei in armor just out of nowhere and with Riser on fire.
Goku: I didn't know Issei can do that.
Ketsu: You really should hang out with us more.
Vegeta: I feel it from here. I can already tell that bird won't win.
Koneko: You're right about that. I wish I could've fought him so I can get him back from what he did to me.
Ketsu: Yeah... Let's not talk about that.
Now the match was on.
Announcer: BEGIN!!!!
With the sound of the gong, Issei and Riser flew straight at each other as they then clash.
The two then back flipped back as they started throwing hands and kicks. Both were equal at fighting. They were fighting for not only they haven't finished their fight, but they weren't fighting for Rias anymore, they were fighting for the win. During the clasher, Riser landed a solid punch to Issei's helmet, shattering it so that everyone sees the fight to the fullest. Rias was surprised to see Issei keep up with Riser and manage to be on par with him, since in the past, Issei was inexperienced, now he is matured in battle and more powerful, on the level with Riser. This made Rias happy as she then looked on the other side of the spectators to see Ravel. She just waved at Rias as she didn't say anything, since Ravel has a crush on Issei and is happy to see her brother progress. Either way, she was happy to see them fight not as enemy's, but friends. During the fight, Riser grabbed Issei's hand as they stared at each other for a bit, with Riser now speaking.
Riser: You progressed. I'm surprised!
Issei (Balance Breaker): Believe me! You have no idea what I'm capable of!
Both were now screaming as their power rose.
They then started to lock hands as they kept shouting, rising their power to eventually cause the ground to rupture.

After their power exploded, they then clashed again, but at high speed.

The fight was now setting everyone on their feet as everyone was surprised. While fighting, Issei noticed that Riser can now use Ki. This now set Issei to act fast as he then head butted Riser back and to the edge of the ring. Issei then started to Boost as he then held up his hand above his head, which Ketsu, Gohan, and Piccolo instantly notice.
Ketsu: That's the Masenko!
Gohan: No way!
Piccolo: He's doing it!
Riser noticed that what Issei was going to do would be powerful, so he looked at his sister as she noticed too. Rias took notice as well as they had to time it right.
Issei (Balance Breaker): DRAGON MASENKO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(With Red and Green Aura mixed)
Issei then fired his Masenko at Riser as Ravel, Rias and the devils put up a barrier at the right time around the spectators, the lobby, and the announcer. The whole Tournament was covered in a light as when it dimmed, there was no damage. The Devils then lowered their barriers without anyone noticing. Once the smoke dimmed, Issei was out of his Balance Breaker and on his knees. He then noticed that Riser was out of the ring, a little scratched.
Announcer: That... That match.... That match was truly astonishing! Issei wins by knockout!
The whole crowed cheered, along with Rias and Asia as they were happy for Issei's victory against Riser. Issei had no words to say and neither did Riser, so they each gave a thumbs up out of respect. They then returned to the lobby as Goku and Gohan were next.

I changed the fighters since I really think that Raynare wouldn't fight too much, and Rossweisse just got settled in. So I added Riser as we haven't seen him in awhile. And who is this mysterious person, who can he be? I'll leave that up to you, cause I won't say it. And yes, I put a TFS joke in there. Also, for Mirai, I decided that he would be a smart baby and learn fast. He probably won't speak for a few chapters, but he'll learn to harness Ki.
No ending since this is like a Tournament Special. I'll put the ending at the end of the Tournament, cause this arc takes place between Battle of Gods and the Juggernaut Drive Arc. So be ready for that.
