Lost control.
Now I'm feeling not so smart, watching as my family falls apart.
Heart broke in two, I must have a screw loose, because my mom doesn't care what she puts me through.
Want to heal, really wish she knew how it feels...
Oh no, such a mistake that I made a big deal!
Now she is back, back for attack-
To point out all of the things that we lack
in a life full of slack.
Wounds hurt less than words,
My vision goes blurred while her words are slurred.
Please Mom, stop; I want you to quit.
Our apologies, I promise, are not counterfeit.
Throw a hissy 'fit cause your kids are hypocrites who just can't commit.
I'm sorry, we're trying, but you think we're lying
On the inside
do you know your kids are dying?
Make a fuss, so much, you pick a man over us.
The drinking's not quite right unless it brings on a cuss.

Hide behind tears...
Scarred from the years of blown out ears-
My worst fears have appeared!
Rageful, drunk, cranky; I've had enough, quite frankly.
