Horror is very physically affectionate towards anyone he trusts. He never shows it publicly.
Horror would happily give any member of the gang a hug, especially if someone is upset about anything. He won't care what is it the person, or people, is/are sad about, he'll just hug them.
He is one of the reasons why Error is almost 100% alright with the gang touching him, Horror was the first person Error allowed to touch him.
Horror is possibly one of the most sane people in the gang, alongside Cross and Nightmare, believe it or not. He is just seen as insane by most since he was forced to eat . . . You all know what . . . Back in his dreaded AU, and he still kinda' does, but not as bad anymore, its not a must-have on his plate at dinner.
