I woke up in the box. It was travelling fast. It was dark and cold and bloody scary. I didn't know where I was. I crawled to the corner of the box avoiding the metal and wooden boxes and huddled up in the foetal position. After about 30 minutes the box stopped and I saw a light. Then I heard the sound of metal against metal and the light suddenly intensified. I had to hold my arm in front of my face and wait for my eyes to adjust to the light.
A tall, dark skinned boy jumped down into the box and offered me his hand. I took it gratefully and was pulled out of the box. It was only him.
"Hi. I'm Alby and I'm the leader. "
"Um...hi. I don't actually know what my name is. I don't remember anything actually. Where am I?"
"Woaah calm down, calm down. First let's address the name issue. It should come back to you in a couple of days. But I think I'll call you.... Greenie. Yeah I like that like the grass."
I thought to myself that this guy was off his rocker.
"Welcome to the glade greenie. It's just us for now. We might get someone else in another month. I'll show you where to sleep and give you the tour tomorrow. But it's getting late so you better get some shut eye."
I thought I was dreaming and stared around the place like it was some mystical planet. Somewhere full of wonder and mystery. Alby woke me from my daze.
"Well are you coming greenie or do you want to sleep in the cold. "
I followed Alby and he lead me to some hammocks in a forest.
"Choose any one and get some rest. See ya tomorrow greenie. "
I climed into the hammock and didn't realise how tired I was until I layed down. Sleep hit me instantly.
