Personality
Izumi is a very sweet and kind girl when you first meet her. She loves nothing but tell jokes and bring the positive energy to make her friends and family smile so they wouldn't have to worry about the negative things in the world. Like Izuku, Izumi is a huge fan of All Might and would get completely embarrassed if someone mentions it. She gets easily angry when it comes to people picking on her twin brother and friends, which leads her to become extremely overprotective and defensive. She's also great with kids, so it makes her a big sister to them.

Quirk Description
•One For All is a transferable Quirk that can be passed on from one user to the next. Its name comes from its nature: being 'one' Quirk for 'all' people. For the Quirk to be transferred, the recipient must ingest a sample of the predecessor's DNA.
(Ex: a strand of hair or a drop of blood).
•One For All also allows the user to stockpile an enormous amount of raw power, allowing them to significantly enhance their physical abilities to a superhuman level, resulting in unbelievable strength, speed, agility, and durability.
•The user can focus the stockpiled power into a single body part or spread it evenly throughout their body, although focusing the energy puts a tremendous strain on the part of the body where the power is concentrated. The user can also control the percentage of the power they activate.
•One For All can even grant the user an exceptional strength boost to their given Quirk if they have one. The core of One For All has grown in strength from being passed from user to user, and the Quirk Factors of all of the previous users have merged into the core.
Quirk Drawbacks
•When One For All is transferred, the new user's body is not naturally suited to it as they usually would be with a Quirk they were born with.
(Ex: someone who breathes fire doesn't burn their mouth while using their ability)
•In addition, One For All is a lot to handle; if one's body can't take the power, then one's body could be blown apart. Because of this, the successor must undergo intense and rigorous physical training.
•After transferring One For All, the previous user is left with only residual power from the Quirk (or "leftover embers"). While they would still be able to utilize the ability to essentially the same degree as before, continuous usage will cause their power output to decrease until the wielder cannot make tangible use of the Quirk.
•Like with all Quirks, the ability to use One For All is strongly tied to the user's physical health and well-being. As such, they will find it harder to handle the Quirk's raw power should they face negative health issues, even if they were strong and physically conditioned enough to inherit it.

Backstory
Izumi was born the youngest daughter in the Midoriya Family. She and her older twin brother, Izuku, were inseparable growing up. The one thing that made their bond stronger is them being huge fans of the #1 hero/the symbol of peace, All Might. Because of it, they made a pinky promise to always stick together and become the greatest heroes just like him. Izumi was also childhood friends with Katsuki Bakugou since he was also a huge fan of All Might.
However, after turning 4 years old, it was the day that the three childhood friends will be receiving their quirks. However, Izumi's hopes and dreams were suddenly crushed when her mother, Inko, took her and Izuku to see the doctor when the twins didn't receive their quirks, thanks to their extra joints. Ever since, Bakugou had slowly bullied them throughout their years growing and always called them weak.
During Junior High, Izumi had always stood by Izuku and defended him against Bakugou's bullying, even if it means she had to take the hit instead of her brother. However, during some days, Izumi would always seen a redheaded girl defend Izuku from Bakugou's rude behavior, which resulted the green haired girl to give her respect since she's seen how the redhead was very kind and compassionate towards her brother despite both twins being quirkless. One day, her heart dropped when Bakugou took thinks too far after telling them to take a swan dive off the roof of the building.
After another day of junior high was over, the twins were on their way home when they came across a villain who tried taking over Izuku's body while Izumi tried desperately to find help, but before all was lost, a certain hero had came by and saved them from the danger. After meeting All Might and getting his autograph, Izumi and Izuku happened to witness the pro hero's true form after they found themselves on a rooftop with him, which had indeed confused mostly the green haired girl because she hasn't seen him like that before.
After All Might explaining to the twins about his condition and how he got it five years ago, Izumi grew sympathetic while Izuku was just shocked. When Izuku asked if it was possible to be a hero without any powers, All Might said that he doesn't think that anybody can be a hero without a quirk, which left both twins crushed. After their conversation, an accident happened somewhere in the city, revealing that it was the same villain that attacked Izuku. Upon seeing that Bakugou has been held hostage, Izuku did the unthinkable by running towards the scene to try and save him while Izumi tried to stop him from getting himself killed by the villain.
Once the fight was over by All Might stopping the same villain and saving both Izuku and Bakugou, the heroes collected the scattered mounts of sludge so the police can take the villain away. While the twins were on their way home, Bakugou stopped them and told them that he didn't need any help from weaklings like them. After Bakugou, Izumi couldn't help but feel doubtful about her own actions while Izuku continued to give up on his dreams, but that was until they ran into All Might again.
When the #1 Hero himself said that their actions today in the fight earlier inspired him to act as well, both Izuku and Izumi felt the rush of hope as he discussed it. When her finally given the right answer to Izuku's question that anyone, including the twins, can be a hero without quirks, they completely broke down into tears as those words were the only thing that they needed to hear, since Inko's words were different.
Until then, All Might had told them how the both of them acted like heroes, and then said that he was on the long hunt for a successor who can inherit his quirk. He offered both twins the spot to becoming his successors, only if they'd learn more about the mystery of the hero's quirk and how it was passed down from somebody else. It was a lot to process, but they'd accepted. Ever since, Izuku and Izumi spent 10 months training for the possibility to earn All Night's quirk before having a chance for getting into UA High.
After their training has been completed, All Might grew proud of their success and passed down his quirk to the twins, which meant given them a strand of hair to swallow. Izumi felt completely uncomfortable for having to eat a piece of hair for the quirk, but she didn't want her and Izuku to fail and have all their trainings go to waste. When the day of the Entrance Exams arrived, Izumi grew extremely nervous that she felt like puking, but thanks to Izuku reassuring her that they're going to make it, she then felt determined to make All Might and Inko proud.
During the exams, Izumi was having major difficulties with using her new powers alongside Izuku, but seeing a brown haired girl trapped underneath the rubble that was caused by a giant robot, both the twins rushed over to save her by using One for All together to destroy it, but the biggest downfall was them breaking their entire limbs; Izuku broke his right arm, Izumi broke her left arm, and they broke both of their legs to jump. It shocked everyone, even the same girl who talked to them before entering.
After the exams were completed, the twins had to wait for any signs that UA will be giving out the results. A week later, Inko quickly came home with the letter from UA and waited anxious for any sign of they got accepted into the school. Izuku and Izumi held hands tightly as they waited for All Might to say if they got accepted, but instead, they didn't. Just as their dreams were crushed once again, the same brown haired girl came and offered to share her points with them. After some convincing, the twins managed to be accepted by 28 rescue points, thanks for the help they've received. Ever since, the beginning of Izumi's dreams will be fulfilled, especially keeping the promise she made with Izuku when they were kids.
