So today is the day I'm taking my driving test, I guess you could say I'm nervous
"Gabby are you ok? You're shaking" my dad asks
"Yeah I'm fine, I just want to pass so bad" I reply as I wipe my sweating hands on my black ripped jeans
"Gabby Grier?" The middle aged woman walks into the waiting room
"That's me" I attempt a smile

"I passed!" I run towards my dad and he hugs me
"Well done honey"
"Let's go drive my new car, shall we?" I smirk at my dad.

"Gabby, Casey is here to see you" my dad shouts as I get out of the shower and wrap a towel around my body
I curse to myself at how late I am.
"Gabby?" Casey questions
"I'm in the bathroom" I reply as I dry my body and put on my underwear
"Ok, don't kill me" I say as I open the door with the towel still wrapped around my body
"Gabby!! We've got an hour and you're not even nearly ready" she rushes towards my wardrobe to pick an outfit out
"I know I know, I had a nap but didn't wake up in time" I say as I get all my makeup out and start applying it
"Here wear this" she hands me a black bralette, dark purple skirt and over the knee black socks.
She knows me so well, I never like overdressing for parties.
"Here, I'll do your makeup for you" she takes the makeup off of me
Well someone wants to get there on time.
She decides on black eyeliner with a slight wing and neutral lips with little amount of foundation.
"Wow I look good" I say as I look in the mirror
"Oh my gosh, your hair!" She notices that my hair is still in a bun
"Don't worry" I say as I take the bobble out of my hair and shake my head a little to separate my curls.
"Perfect" she winks

I hate parties, the only reason I came was because Casey practically dragged me
"Soooo Gabby"Luke appears out of nowhere
"Yes, Luke?" I reply with more of a question
"What brought you here this fine evening? Oh and have I said how fine you look tonight" he winks
"Well I'm here because me and Emily have been friends since primary school and yes, you have already said how fine I look, this is the 10th time tonight" I reply annoyed at his presence
"Feisty, I like it" his words cause me to roll my eyes
"What are you doing here anyway? Oh yeah that's right, you're trying to get in Mia's pants. Isn't she in the mathletes? That's new for you" my words cause him to take the hint and leave me alone
I sigh and take a sip of my drink whilst sitting down on the nearest couch.
Did I say how much I hate parties?
They're just full of drunk people sucking each other's faces off...
I feel someone sit on my jacket which causes me to look in their direction
"Oh, I'm sorry" the boy apologises as he moves off of my jacket
"Don't worry about it" I smile at him
He's very good looking. He has light blond hair and piercing green eyes.
"What's your name?" The mystery boy asks
"Gabby, and you?" My heart beats fast
"Troye, with an e" he smiles
"So eroy?" I try to make a joke and end up being the only one laughing
"Ignore what I say, I'm weird" I kick myself
"No, you're funny" he grins
"So where do you go?" He asks
"St Mary's, what about you?"
"St Paul's" he replies
"Isn't that an only boys school?" I remember Casey telling me about how all the hot boys around here go there
"Yes, yes it is" he chuckles
"Hey Gabby, I wondered where you got off to" Casey appears
"Oh sorry, am I interrupting anything here?" She raises an eyebrow
