"You will come early na" giving him offering and putting tilak in forehead
"Yes I know today is teej and you can't stay hungry for long" he teased and she smacked him on arms
Kissing her forehead he went out. And smiling khushi put aarti plate on its place and she left from there for other works. And she didn't see the the aarti was blown off of dia and that is according to Indian believes a bad oman.

"Arnavvvv....."
Yet another night when Khushi wake up seeing nightmare. Yet another day she spend without her Arnie and yet another sleepless and painful memories of soulmate which didn't let her sleep. Seeing strong winds which was making sound scaring to the hell, seeing the darkness all around in her she got scared to the hell. She folded her legs near her chest surrounding her arms on knees she bend her head on it and started to cry bitterly feeling scared to this darkness more than that this Lonelyness was killing her. She slowly put her one hand on the side where he use to lie down. She wanted to feel that warmth but like him this bed also betray her and only coldness comes into her hand.
"Khushi"
That's when she heard her name in his voice and saw towards from where the voice has come. She stood up and went near the large french window and saw outside only heavy rainfall pouring down. Feeling frustrated and scared she shouted his name
"Arnav....arnav come back... Coma back... This is not funny. Arnav..." While shouting with crying she went out of the room. And she continued cry
"Arnav... Are you listening or not Arnav... See I will not trouble you now please come back. Whatever you will say I will do please babu.. please.." she continued
She reached the stairs and started to take hurried steps. There was darkness all around the house it was night and everyone were sleeping in their rooms. She took one more steps and her foot got disbalance. She was going to fall that's when some body. Hold onto her in time. She was scared to the hell and that's when somebody light out the house.
"Carefull happiness"
It was Akash who came on time before some misfortune would have happened. And khushi was seeing him with gratefulness that's when someone else too came on the other side of Khushi. She turn her attention towards the person and saw anjali there with concern eyes.
"Come" she said
And they both made her walk carefully towards living area. By now everybody has come.
"What happened...why khushi was shouting" Shyantani asked in worriedness and sat beside khushi wiping her all the sweat and tear from the face. Khushi hold her hand and then said while crying hard.
"Maa.. maa tell your chotte to come... I.. I promise not to trouble him any more.. just once please... Just once tell him to come..." She cried hard after completing
Shyantani and others on the other hand lost all the colours from their face. One by one tears left from their eyes in hearing the question. Shyantani condition was worse and why not she lost her one and only son. And that too in the age of 30s. When khushi asked her about arnav she wanted to shout that he will not come, he will never come because... Because he is no more but how could she do that. She is not in condition on saying anything and not the other family members. She saw upwards as if complaining to god that why this injustice he did with her, with them and mostly with khushi. This one thing she always remember and was enough change her believes in him. She will never forget this this bitter taste will be always there and that's why in these 6 months she never prayed. She never folded her hands. But seeing khushi condition she controlled putting stone on her heart.
"You know he will not come lado...he... He will not come... He.. he went far away from us, leaving you, leaving me, leaving this world..." And she wasn't able to continue seeing khushi stilled face which has pain, agony and what not... Shyantani started to cry bending her head. Akash left from there not able to see the condition of his aunty and his sister in law. Arvind just turned around, Mama and Mami were also shedding tears and Dadi was seeing her family breaking down crying in heart. Anjali was caressing khushi's head. After crying for 5 minutes Shyantani wiped her tears it's her family and in noway she will let them break down like this, and now when khushi is 5 months pregnant of arnav's child. Yes she is 5 months pregnant. They got this news after 2 months of death of arnav She palm khushi face again and said.
"Come let me take to your room, today I will stay with you" khushi nodded her head. Shyantani told everyone to leave and she took khushi by her shoulder and went to her room. She made her lie down on bed and after covering she was going to leave that's when khushi hold her hand. And sat on bed
"Will you stay with me please" she asked with tears in her eyes and then she continued seeing Shyantani face
"I don't won't to left alone" she completed. And a tear dropped from both of their eyes. After composing Shyantani replied
"Sure.. let me inform your father okay"
Khushi nodded her head. And Shyantani left to inform Arvind about it running while crying. She can't handle this anymore, she can't handle khushi conditions. Everyday she die thousands of death, everyday whenever she sees khushi she die. She was asking for some mercy but she knows nothing can be done. With these thought she left from there. Here Khushi was all continuously seeing out of the window where rain was pouring down having self talk in mind and that's words left her mouth
Uski yaadon me main raat bhar jalti rahi,
Benaam ye zindangi usme gum hoti rahi!
Hum jaagte rahe duniya soti rahi
Bas ek baarish hi thi jo humare saath roti rahi!!!!!
"I kept burning in his memories all night,
Unamed this life was lost in him!!
I kept awake, the world kept sleeping,
It was a rain that kept crying with me!!"
And while saying this she cried to her heart content and was stopped when she heard footsteps hurriedly lied down kn bed closing her eyes. Shyantani thought she was sleeping so she caressed her hair. And then she too lied down to have a sleep. All night khushi was unable to able to sleep. She saw towards her stomach where their 5 months baby new born was. Taking a breath inside her, she caressed it, promising to not to trouble him or her anymore. and when sleep took over her she don't know.

NEXT DAY
Khushi came down for having breakfast and when she was coming down she saw the decorations and then she remembered that today is the engagement ceremony of anjali with one of the business man Shyam Jha. They have met during on of the pooja in mandir and when that one meet turn into love they don't know. So here they are... But don't know why she never liked that shyam. Whenever he came she always has that negative feeling around him. She always found him fake and mysterious. She never like his looks which he gave to her. She comes near dinning area and that's when arvind helped her to sit
And ramu kaka server breakfast to her. All were eating in silent that's when dadi intrupted
"Manorama is everything arranged for engagement"
"Yes maa, everything is arranged the groom family will come at 6:30. The muhrat is of 7" she replied. Dadi nodded her head. And that's when khushi cleared her throat to get attention of everyone
"Umm... I am not feeling well so I will be at room taking rest." All saw towards her in shock. Anjali was going to say something but Manohar stopped her by eyes knowing on which condition khushi was neglecting to come. Khushi was done with breakfast and soon after taking her medicine she went to her room. Since arnav left she is like that. Not enjoying, not spending time with family. Only lost in herself. She only comes down to have food. It's only family members join her in her room so that she doesn't felt alone. When she reached in room she closed the door and then she came back and sat on recliner. She roamed her eyes in every corner of the room, and soon her eyes were filled with tears. Every nook of the room was reminding of him. There was no area left where she doesn't felt him. This bed, recliner,poolside everything. And soon she remembers the incident which took place before 6 month. She closed her eyes and her tears falls which she was trying to control. She soon remember why she took decision to be in room
FLASHBACK
It was Anjali Shagun day. Today the family was coming to do the rasam. The Jha family came with some of their relatives. Anjali was sitting in mid all ready in yellow pale silk saree. All the RAIZADA family were there including khushi. When Jha family came Shyam mother was going to put the red shawl on anjali head in starting that's when khushi and the Raizada hear the two women who came with Jha family talking in themselves but loud enough to hear
"Are they going to perform in front of a widow" one of them said
"It's seems like... But it's a bad oman don't they know" another replied
"Arey modern family they are... But in Becoming and showing themselves modern they are not realising that they are actually putting their daughter after coming life in risk" again first one continued
"You are right."....
All the RAIZADA family were so furious after hearing these words. Anjali tried to retort them but stopped after hearing khushi
"Maa... I am going to my room" and she went hurriedly without hearing them all the way crying. That day she felt so helpless. If arnav would have been there he would have burn those people who tried to berate her. But alas! Her Saviour is not with her. He promised to be with her but he is the only one who broke all his promises.
"Please come back arnav I can't live without you. You said you will be back if I.. if I call you by heart.. it's not only my heart babu but... But my whole body... Is asking for you please come back" and she cried her heart out.
Downstairs there was so much drama happened. All RAIZADA were disappointed by jha family and they even told them they asked forgiveness and they asked to continue with rituals as auspicious time was running. They did the ritual but none of the Raizada were happy with that. On that day khushi faint down with stress amd they come to know about her pregnancy.

At present
It was evening when all the guest have come in Raizada family. Jha were also there only khushi was not present there in the lounge area where engagement was taking place. She was in the room. Everybody were running here there.
Khushi was inside in her room caressing A photograph frame of arnav which they have took on their engagement day. They were so happy didn't they. So lost in themselves, unknown to the future, unknown to the happenings. And her fingers stopped on his eyes, which was shining like a star. Then it moved on his lips, he was smiling which was enough for brighten her day. A tear dropped on the photo frame.
And that's when she heard a knock. She wiped her tears and said the person to come in. It was Anjali who came there and then sat beside her. She saw the photo frame and took her in her hands giving a watery smile.
"These are beautiful memories isn't it" she said and after sometime she started to sniffed slowly and continued
"I am... I am sorry happiness..I am sorry... For your lost and.. and for those words which you heard on that day. I.. I know why you took this decision just.. just because of me.. but.. but believe I don't thought you to be bad oman to me... I never believed in these things please come" she cried hard holding her one hand and Khushi's eyes were also teared she instantly tighten her hold on her and said
"Please di... I know.. I know you.. please don't ask sorry for anything. It's not your fault... It's not anyone's fault. I am just not coming because... Because I don't want to. All these things just remind me of him.. it still fresh in my head I am not able to come out of it .. sorry I am saying these things to you on this special day of yours but please bare with it.." and both the friends cum sister hugged each other giving condolences to each other. Soon anjali was called and after get satisfied that khushi is okay right now she left down. Khushi closed the door and Locked it. She again came on bed and took that photo caressing Arnav pic
"I am tired Arnie.. I am so tired of faking all the happiness in front of me... I am tired of this life... I want to be happy for us, for our little one. But.. but nothing excite me baby... It's only your memories and our little one which kept me alive otherwise I was dead on the same day as you... You said you will be there whenever I will call you by my heart.. so here I am begging you please come back. I want to tell you that we are going to be parents. I need you baby we need you please come back."
And she again cried but soon she felt it. She felt the wind which always tell her about his presence. It can't be wrong. The rabba ve music on background.. all the sign which tell about his presence around her. Her heartbeat raised suddenly like always. She frowned saw towards the door.
Here a man entered in Raizada mansion when Shyam put ring on Anjali's fingers and every body started to clap around them. He slowly took a step in mid of the crowd and he also started to clap with them. He removed his goggles from his face and his eyes has fire to burn everything seeing the man in front of him (Shyam Jha). The man was wearing a Punjabi turban and his face was covered with heavy beared. He was wearing a office suit and was totally looking like a Sikh. He saw everybody giving wishes to the couple and he went slowly towards shyam and said
"Sir you need signature here" he said
"Sure Sukhbir" that's what shayam said.
When he was signing Sukhbir was seeing anjali with soft eyes seeing her smiling but soon when his gazed falls upon shyam the fury back in his eye. When Shyam was done he gave fake smile to him and went out in crowd again. But his eyes were searching for someone, someone who was not present there. Their was desperation to see that particular person and with that sneaking from everyone he moved towards the stairs.
