Naruto has become the hokage early, and he's around 23. Hinata and Naruto are married, both supporting their young toddler, Boruto. Hinata wants to have another child, preferably a girl this time.
Sakura Haruno has married Rock Lee and just gave birth to a baby girl named Toshiko. She oversees the hospitals and orphanages of Konaha.
Sasuke visits Konaha seldom. He hasn't married anyone and doesn't plan to. He has a close relationship with Sakura and admires her. His relationship with Naruto is... complicated, to say the least. He's around 24.
