After Tenma and the others left for France to mixi max with Jeanne d'Arc...
Kirara: "It's a shame we weren't picked to go."
Kirara, Miria, and Shirabe were walking down the road home together.
Miria: "It can't be helped, I'm sure everyone wanted you two to rest since you just recovered your memories."
Kirara: "But it's boring to wait..."
Miria: "Then we can practice later!"
Kirara: "Hm... fine."
Miria smiled while Kirara grumbled. Then Miria looked to Shirabe who was being quite quiet.
Miria: "Shirabe-chan? What's the matter... you're being awfully quiet."
Shirabe: "Hm? Oh... nothing. Practice tomorrow, right?"
Miria: "Yes but..."
Shirabe: "We'll be there."
Miria: "Okay..."
Shirabe smiled slightly to her before walking ahead. Kirara and Miria looked to each other.
Kirara: "Shirabe."
Shirabe stopped and turned to them.
Shirabe: "What is it?"
Kirara: "What is it? That's my line."
Miria: "Kirara-chan..."
Kirara: "If we don't poke at her, she'll just keep quiet forever."
Shirabe: "Huh?"
Kirara: "You've been acting weird since we left the Sengoku period. What happened?"
Shirabe paused and the three stood in silence.
Shirabe: "Okatsu-san..."
Miria: "Eh? Okatsu-san...?"
Kirara: "What about her?"
Shirabe: "... Okatsu-san loved Shindou."
Miria: "EH?!"
Kirara: "But..."
Shirabe: "Yeah... there's no way it would have worked out. That's why she didn't tell him her feelings."

Miria: "Kirara-chan..."
Kirara: "You've supported Shindou from the day you met! Even when we were enemies you supported him! In fact, you've done more for Shindou than he has for you!"
Kirara clenched her fists.
Kirara: "Are you doubting you feelings for Shindou?!"
A silence followed...
Kirara: "Are you?!"
Shirabe looked away.
Kirara: "If you are...! Then you're an idiot, Shirabe!"
Shirabe: ! "...Idiot? Who's the real idiot here?"
Miria: "Shirabe-chan...?"
Shirabe: "I thought you'd understand Kiri-chan."
Kirara: "Huh?"
Shirabe: "I thought you would understand how I feel because you feel the same way, don't you?"
Kirara: "What..."
Shirabe: "You doubt your feelings too. You feel like you don't deserve to be with Amemiya-san that's why you haven't told him your feelings either!"
Kirara: !
Miria: "What... don't deserve...?"
Kirara: "I..."
Everyone became quiet.
Miria: "T-The two of you please calm down..."
Shirabe and Kirara looked away from each other.
Miria: "I think you two-"
Shirabe: "Enough... I'm going home."
Miria: "Wha- wait! Shirabe-chan!"
Shirabe turned around and started running home. Kirara quietly left too.
Miria: "Kirara-chan..."
Miria stared back and forth at where the two of them left.
Miria: You two... I think you're thinking about this wrong... but how do I tell them that?
*Next Day*
Miria POV
*sigh* "What do I do? They're avoiding each other... and they avoid the topic every time I try to talk to them about it..."
They finally got their memories back and yet they're fighting...
*sigh*
???: "Miria-san?"
"Eh? Ah... Hisame-san!"
Hisame: "What's the matter? You seem blue..."
"Ah... well..."
Hisame: "... Let me guess. Shirabe-san and Kirara-san?"
"Yes... but how..."
Hisame: "Trust me, when I checked their class I could sense the tension."
*sigh* "I see."
Hisame: "So, what happened?"
After explaining what happened to Hisame she thought for a while.
Hisame: "Hm... I have plan but..."
Hisame gave me a comforting smile.
Hisame: "Are you up for it?"
"Yes! I'll do anything to get them to stop fighting!"
Hisame: "Even if it means fighting them?"
"...Eh?"

3rd POV
Kirara: "Hisa-chi, what did you call me for... ah."
Kirara locked eyes with Shirabe before she awkwardly turned away.
Kirara: "Hisa-chi... what is..."
Hisame: "You'll find out soon."
Hisame smiled. The three of them were in the practice field for the soccer club. Kirara and Shirabe were in their Raimon uniforms.
Hisame: "You guys said you would practice today, right? Miria-san told me."
Shirabe: "Yes well..."
Hisame: "So Miria-san and I came up with an interesting training exercise."
Kirara and Shirabe: "Huh?"
Miria: "That's right!"
Kirara and Shirabe turned to Miria who was standing behind them with her uniform on.
Kirara: "And this exercise is...?"
Hisame: "A 2 vs 1. Shirabe-san and Kirara-san vs Miria-san."
Kirara and Shirabe: "What?!"
Kirara: "It's that unfair?!"
Shirabe: "Kiri-chan and I both have avatars not to mention, we've both undergone Fifth Sector's training!"
Miria: "That's fine!"
Shirabe: "But..."
Miria: "I won't lose so easily!"
Kirara: ...I have a bad feeling about this.
Hisame: "Come on, let's begin!"
Kirara and Shirabe reluctantly got into position and Hisame blew the whistle.
Kirara: "At least we're on defense..."
Kirara said before preparing to stop Miria.
Kirara: "Hailing Icicle!"
Miria: "Ah!"
Miria was pushed back and the ball rolled to Kirara's foot.
Kirara: "...Is this really fair???"
Kirara said looking to Hisame who just smiled. While Kirara was looking at Hisame suddenly...
Kirara: "Ah!"
Miria stole the ball back.
Shirabe: ! "Kiri-chan focus!"
Kirara: "Ugh can you blame me?!"
Kirara started heading for Miria. But Miria dodged Kirara.
Kirara: "Tch!"
Miria: "The two of you!"
Kirara and Shirabe: ?
Miria: "The two of you are wrong!"
Kirara: "Huh?"
Miria: "Deserving someone... that kind of thinking is wrong!"
Kirara and Shirabe: !
Miria: "No one should deserve anyone. It's just..."
Miria looked at Shirabe and Kirara clearly.
Miria: "Just... if you just love someone, then that's the only reason you need to be with them!"
Kirara and Shirabe: !
Hisame smiled.
Shirabe: "If you just love someone..."
Kirara: "That's the only reason you need to be with them..."
Miria: "I know... you two love Shindou-senpai and Amemiya-san a lot. That's why you're scared! Scared of telling them how you really feel! But that's normal!"
Shirabe and Kirara looked at each other before they both melted into a smile.
Shirabe: "I see."
Kirara: "Guess we tend to overthink things huh?"
Kirara and Shirabe: "Thank you."
Miria smiled in relief.
Kirara: "But I'm still stealing that ball from you!"
Miria: "Eh? EH?! AH! Kirara-chan spare me!"
Hisame: "Ahaha."
*Later*
Shirabe and Kirara were walking near some shops.
Kirara: "Guess we're just two peas in a pod huh?"
Shirabe: "Yeah... I feel bad we made Hisame-san and Miria-chan worry though."
Kirara: "Was Hisa-chi really worried though? She was smiling the whole time."
Shirabe: "I think she was, in her own way."
Kirara shrugged.
Kirara: "Oh, hold up Shirabe, I want to check that shop over there real quick."
Shirabe: "Okay, I'll wait for you."
Kirara waved to her before heading into the shop. Shirabe smiled before taking something out from her pocket. She let it dangle as she stare at it.
Shirabe: "...I'm scared... but. I will keep my promise no matter how it turns out."
Shirabe smiled.
Shirabe: "Okatsu-san."
Shirabe said gently while smiling at the Omamori, Okatsu had given her.
