I don't think I'm doing so well

I don't think I'm doing so well. I can't really describe it, I'm just not myself. I'm no longer happy about the things I should be happy about and I'm not grieving about the things I should be grieving about. To be honest, I can't even say why or wherefore. I don't know the reason and that makes it all the worse. It's like life is just passing me by. As if I'm not in the middle of it, but just along for the ride.
