Irene and Seulgi have breakfast together in Seulgi apartment before they are off to work. Today Irene cooked spaghetti for them. It is also Seulgi's favorite. He often request that menu for their breakfast
"Hyun, I think I can't have lunch together with you later" said Seulgi after finish his breakfast
"Why? Are you busy today?"
"Yes, I visited the site and had a meeting. I will see you this evening"
"Okay, don't forget your lunch. Drink a lot of water. I already prepare your water bottle beside your bag" said Irene
"Alright boss"
After Irene finishes cleaning, both of them go to the basement parking lot where Eunji is already waiting for Irene. Today Irene is in her bossy mode so she needs a driver. Usually, she will drive her own car then Seulgi follows behind her. Lately, she spends most of her time at the penthouse instead of at home. She wants to stay closer with Seulgi, eat dinner together and spend time with him. Until now, she never sleepovers at Seulgi's unit and Seulgi also only comes to her penthouse for dinner.
"Good morning" Eunji greet both of them
"Good morning noona"
"Do we take too long to come?"
"No, I just arrived few minutes ago"
Running footsteps come towards their direction. Everyone turns around to see the person who is running early in the morning. That is no other than Seungwan
"Seul!" Seungwan catching breath
"Yah, why do you run this early? We're not late though" Seulgi checking his smart watch
Seungwan stood up properly and said "I want to ride with you. I forgot to fill my car petrol"
Seulgi looking at Seungwan lazily "This kid"
"Seulgi~" Seungwan cling on Seulgi arm cutely
"Yah, don't do that. Noona are watching us" Seulgi quickly push Seungwan away from him
Seungwan didn't notice Irene and Eunji's presence earlier, that's why he behaved stupidly. When he look up, the girls are watching him with teasing smile "Eunji noona~, good morning"
"Morning Seungwan" Eunji entertain by Seungwan antic
"Aishh, stop moving like a squid" Seulgi smack Seungwan forehead
The poor guy rubbing his reddened forehead and whimpering "Irene noona, call police to arrest Seulgi. He is so violence" he showing puppy eyes to Irene
"Seul, don't hit him. Poor Seungwan" Irene scolding Seulgi
Meanwhile, Seungwan is currently receiving treatment from Eunji. The girl caressing his forehead softly while Seungwan pouting his lips
"Aigoo, it's not that hard. He used to receive harder smacks before and he took it well. Seungwan just exaggerate"
"Bad boy" Seungwan still sulking
"Squid" Seulgi laughing "Hey, we should go now before we stuck on traffic jam"
Seungwan suddenly gasped "Omo! I have a meeting this morning. Oh man!"
"Aren't your meetings postponed to tomorrow because Mr. Park has urgent business today?"
Seungwan feel relieve after Seulgi remind him his schedule "Yeah right, I forgot"
"Wait, where is Moonbyul? Usually he is around with you two" Irene asking when she noticed the 3rd members of Three Musketeer is absence
Seulgi and Seungwan giggle suddenly "Byul hyung have other agenda" Seulgi stated
"What does that mean?" Eunji curious
"He is currently busy chasing his future. He is working hard nowadays" Seungwan said casually
"True, hyung is desperate to get married because his mom threaten to disown him if he not introduce his future wife to them by end of this year" Seulgi added
"Poor Byul hyung...we feel greatly sympathy at him...please noona, find a nearby orphanage that want to accept someone as old as Byul hyung...he don't have anywhere to go~" Seulgi and Seungwan faking their cry
"Yah!" Eunji and Irene laughing heartily "Don't make fun of him. He will sulking if he know you two are doing this"
"Byul hyung will kill us for sure" Seungwan cackle
"Let's go now" everyone enter their cars and off to work

Nayeon strode through the hallway as she arrived at their department. She quickly went to their boss's office. She knocks on the door but no answer from inside. She approach her friend cubicle who sit near their boss office
"Jackson oppa, do you know where Suho oppa is going?"
"I heard he go upstairs to our boss office" Jackson said
"Hm, is it for an urgent meeting?"
"I don't think so. He doesn't have a meeting with boss today. Maybe just talk about project" said Jackson who also a secretary in their department
"Okay, thanks oppa"
"No problem"
Without wasting time, Nayeon takes the elevator to their boss's office. She asking Ms. Lee who working at the front desk of executive office, she said Suho is in CEO office and she allow to enter
She knocked on the door with manners. This is not the first time she has come to the CEO office so she is not nervous at all. After received permission, she quickly enter
"Good morning boss" Nayeon bow as soon as she enter the office
"Good morning Nayeon-ssi, why do you come here?" Irene asking
"Em, actually I need to talk with Manager Kim" Nayeon pointed her thumb to Suho
"Me?" the guy pointed as himself
"Yes boss"
"Is it urgent?"
Nayeon nods her head "Yes, this is about Kang Seulgi"
The mentioned Seulgi name immediately catches Irene's attention. She looking at Suho who stare at her at the same time then she nods her head
"Just say it here" said Suho
"Boss, I went to the HR department earlier then Jieun-ssi told me that she received an order to transfer Seulgi-ssi to our branch at Sejong city. She wonder why you not go to see her about the transfer because usually if our staff moving to another branch, the team manager will submit their form"
Irene and her friends are shocked to hear the news that Nayeon just told them "Who gave her order?" the CEO asking
"I don't know, ma'am. She doesn't mention it. She only said she was ordered to handle Seulgi-ssi transfer yesterday and his transfer will effective this Thursday"
"Did Seulgi receive the letter already?"
"No, he currently at site with Jeno-ssi, Wheein-ssi and Eunwoo-sii"
Irene nodded her head "Okay, you can go now. Thanks for the information" Nayeon bow her head then she leave the office
"Yah, who on earth is transferring Seulgi to another branch? I don't approve any letter regarding his transfer" Solar puzzled
"If you don't have idea, I also same" said Suho
Irene balled her fist "There must be someone behind this. Let's go" she stands up to get out of her room followed by Solar, Suho and Eunji. Jisoo is meeting with their staff at other department on behalf of Irene since the CEO have something to discuss with Suho and Solar

They are currently at the HR Department, talking to the staff named Lee Jieun. The other staff also focus on their conversation even though their eyes are on their work. They assume something is going on because their CEO rarely visits their department without urgent reason. Usually her secretary will come on her behalf. She only make surprise visit once in a while because she is busy person
"Jieun-ssi, I heard that Kang Seulgi will transfer to Sejeong branch" Irene speak coldly
"Yes ma'am"
"Who ordered you to write the letter?"
"I received an order from Mr. Kim Seokjin, our assistant manager. He told me yesterday that Kang Seulgi will transfer immediately and ask me to prepare his document. I wondering why I don't receive any document from Mr. Kim Suho because it's him who supposed to submit it to me"
"Are those documents approved already?" Solar asking
"Yes ma'am. Mr. Kim Seokjin said he will meet with you to approve it. This morning he give me the sealed envelope and ask me to hand it to Kang Seulgi"
Everyone is getting puzzled, especially Irene. Eunji can read Irene's reaction then she talks to Jieun "Where is Kim Seokjin now?"
"He have meeting with our staff" Jieun pointed her thumb at the meeting room at the right side of the office
"Give me the envelope" Jieun give the envelope to Eunji
Eunji quickly goes to the meeting room followed by her friends. She harshly opened the door shocking everyone in the meeting room. They quickly stand up and bow to their boss then Irene signal them to sit
"Kim Seokjin" Eunji calling his name sternly
The man that chair the meeting looking at them "Yes ma'am"
Eunji take out the paper from the envelope and show it to Seokjin "Explain this"
Seokjin's face slowly turned pale as he saw the familiar letter "Explain it Kim Seokjin!" Irene yell as she lost her patient
"That is letter for Kang Seulgi"
"Who gave you the order to transfer Kang Seulgi to another branch?"
Seokjin not yet answering. He did not dare to have eye contact with the CEO "Answer me Kim Seokjin!" Solar stands beside Irene caressing her back to calm her down. Irene is in hell mode now
"M...Mr. Bae" Seokjin stutter
"Mr. Bae Taeyeon?" Seokjin nods his head
Irene took the papers from Eunji then checked the signature. She groaned as she saw her father's signature on the last paper. She tossed the papers to Seokjin face "Listen Kim Seokjin, no one can sign this document besides me or Ms. Kim Yongsun. Mr. Bae doesn't have any right to approve any documents because he already stepped down from any position in this company. You know that he have is not the rightful figure but still you follow his order without refer to us first"
"But ma'am, he said I don't need to ask for your approval" Seokjin still act innocent
"Say who?!" Irene snapped "I am the CEO of this company. No one else can make a decision without discussing it with me. You are totally at fault in this case because you are making decisions without my approval and listening to an outsider. You also lie to your staff saying that you will get my signature. I don't even meet your shadow in my office. This is the last warning to you, if this happens again, I will kick you out of this company. I don't want to have toxic staff that can ruin my company image. From now on, you're demote from your current position" everyone freeze as Irene stated her last sentence
"You will never do a job that has something related to management. Go meet the head of the cleaner downstairs and ask her what you are supposed to do. Don't ever step your feet to the 2nd floor and above. Your demotion is effective right after I go out of this room. You allow to resign but I want 60 days' notice"
After talking to Seokjin, Irene turn to the other staff in the room "Please take note that whatever changes in staff and management structure must get my approval or if I not around, just refer to General Manager Kim Yongsun so she can verify it and discuss with me. I will not accept any excuse. No outsider can make decision for D'SIGN Group even if they are my parents. This could be small matter or negotiable to other people but I take this matter seriously. I don't want this issue to happen again. If I hear something unpleasant, I will make them end up like Kim Seokjin and not allow me to leave the company easily. No one can transfer to another branch without my consent. This is not apply to Kang Seulgi but to all of my staff, am I make myself clear?"
"Yes ma'am"
"Good, you all will get a new assistant manager when Manager Hwang comes back from her trip. You all can continue your meeting. Kim Seokjin, go pack your stuff and leave to your new work station"
"Okay" Seokjin bowed deeply then he went to his office to pack his stuff. Irene and her team also go back to their office

Seulgi arrived at the office after visiting their project site with her colleague. He quickly put his file and drawing on the table then he left again. He took the elevator to the CEO office. Soon as he finishes his work earlier, he checks his phone and receives a text from Suho saying that Irene's mood is broken. He asked him to comfort the CEO. Luckily he don't have other schedule after this so he have more time to spend with Irene
He quickly approach Jisoo soon as he get out of the elevator "Jisoo"
"Hey Seul" Jisoo feel relieve when she saw Seulgi because she waiting for Seulgi arrival since earlier. She know Seulgi presence is really needed right now so she and Eunji told Suho to inform Seulgi to come to see Irene after he arrive at office
"Where is Joohyun?"
Jisoo sighs "Unnie is inside. Seul, her mood is broken since morning so please comfort her"
"What happened?" then Jisoo tells the reason why Irene's mood changes and as expected, Seulgi is really shocked since it has something to do with him. He feel relieve because Irene discover is so fast so he not transfer to other branch
"I will do my best to comfort her. Thanks for take care of her for me"
"No problem"
"Can I use the pantry?"
"Sure"
Seulgi goes to the pantry that is located at the other side of the office. He saw Eunji in the pantry eating ramen while watching a movie. The pantry is bigger than the pantry in their department. They have a dining table, fridge, stove, and oven complete with basic kitchen utensils. This is not first time he come to this pantry since he often eat lunch together with Irene but he still ask permission
"Hi noona"
"Hey Seul, just arrived?"
"Yes, I come right away after read text from Suho hyung" Seulgi took the mug from cabinet then put a sachet of chocolate powder that he took from his table
"She really needs you now. She has been throwing tantrums since we came back from the HR department earlier. I only have my lunch now because I busy handling her"
"I already heard about what makes her mood broken from Jisoo. I'm sorry for not coming early noona"
"It's okay, you have work to do. She is not usually like this. I guess this is because it related to you that's why she behave that way"
"I will handle her later, noona. Got to go now"
"Alright, good luck"
"Thanks" Seulgi leaving the pantry with a mug of hot chocolate for Irene
He slowly entered the CEO office after receiving permission. Irene just leaned against her chair when Seulgi came with a mug of hot chocolate. She does not expect Seulgi will come. Seulgi put the mug on coffee table then walk to Irene table
"You okay?" he asked softly
Irene turns to Seulgi and hugs his waist since she's still sitting on her chair. Seulgi caressing her hair softly then Irene suddenly crying making Seulgi panic
"Hyun" Seulgi pulled away then bent down. He cupped Irene's face "Hey, look at me. What makes you cry?"
Irene still sobbing softly because of Seulgi affection "Seulgi~"
"Yes baby, tell me why you're crying?"
"Because...you doing this to me" Irene bawling like a kid "I never receive this kind of treatment whenever I'm angry~"
Seulgi released a heavy sigh "Shall I stop doing that so you will stop crying?"
"No!" Irene suddenly stop her teary drama
"Let sit on the couch. I made hot chocolate for you"
"Carry me" Irene said cutely then Seulgi carry her with bridal style
Irene takes a sip of hot chocolate and it helps a lot in comforting her. She already drinks a cup of tea that Eunji made earlier but it is not as relieving as hot chocolate that Seulgi made. She thought Seulgi cast some spell on her drink that it can softened her tense heart
"Feel better now?" Seulgi fixing Irene hair
"Yes" Irene resting her head on Seulgi chest "You know you're almost taken away from me earlier"
"I know, Jisoo told me already"
"That is my father's evil plan. I think that psycho told him about our dinner last time so he knows about you. Luckily Jieun told Nayeon then Nayeon informed us about that. If not, you really move to Sejeong this Thursday" Irene tighten her hug on Seulgi torso
"So what happened after that?"
"We go to see the assistant manager of HR since it's him who is asking Jieun to make the letter for you. He told me that daddy is the mastermind then I blew him up. I demote him immediately. Now he is a cleaner at the lobby"
"Oh, okay" Seulgi pecks Irene's head "Don't stress out anymore, okay? I'm still here with you"
"No one will take you away from me. You're mine"
Seulgi smiling happily as Irene said he is hers "I'm yours?"
"Yes, even we're not dating yet but you're mine, period" Irene stare at Seulgi eyes with love
"So...shall we be dating already?" Seulgi hold Irene chin then bring their face closer
"You're proposing to me?"
"Yes, do you want to be my girlfriend or shall I wait any longer?"
Irene blushing "You don't need to wait anymore"
With that, Seulgi remove the gap between them then kiss Irene lips softly "Now you're mine" he said as he rest their forehead together
"I'm yours...forever and always" Irene whisper
"I love you, Hyun"
"I love you too" Irene blushing as she said that to Seulgi then she hide her face on Seulgi neck "Seulgi, let's go home"
"It's not time to go home yet baby"
"This is my order. I want to go home. I'm sleepy and dizzy" Irene whining
"Okay, do you ride with me?"
"Yes, you parked your car in the basement parking, didn't you?"
"Yup"
"Good, no one will see us. We will use an executive elevator. Let's go"
Irene took her bag from the table then Seulgi offered to carry it for her. Without hesitation, Irene link her arm with Seulgi's and that scene shocking Jisoo and Eunji who are outside of her office
"Where are you two going?" Eunji asking
"We will go home now" Irene said happily
"Okay boss but what with those linked arms? Not scared if you get caught by a gossiper?" Jisoo pointed at their linked arms
"Nope, if they ask I will tell them that we will get married soon"
Eunji and Jisoo rolled their eyes "You two not even dating"
"We're dating" Irene stated
"Really?"
"Yup, we're officially dating just now" Seulgi stated
"After this we prepare for marriage" Irene added innocently
"Alright, congratulations to both of you. We're happy to hear that finally you two are in relationship" said Eunji and Jisoo sincerely
"Thanks noona and Jisoo"
"Have fun"
"Don't forget to make niece or nephew for us"
"Seulgi-ah, Irene unnie is very active and her stamina is very good. I hope you handle her well" Eunji act like she is whispering to Seulgi
"Yah!" Irene hit Eunji's head with a pen "Stop saying nonsense things to him. You two are polluting his mind"
"We are just telling the truth. Your stamina is good because you often exercise, don't you?" Jisoo wiggle her eyebrows
Eunji squinted her eyes "Unnie, what is in your mind? Do you think of something dirty right now?"
"Aishh, let's go Seulgi. Don't let them brainwash your innocent mind" Irene quickly drag Seulgi away from the mischievous duo and they laughing heartily as they have fun teasing Irene

The brand new couple are cuddling in Irene's bedroom. Irene takes painkillers as soon as she arrives at the penthouse since her head feels so heavy. Seulgi have to carry her to bedroom then tuck her on her bed
"Hyun, you sleep already?" Seulgi checking her girlfriend
"Nope," Irene answered weakly. Her eyes close but she's still awake
"You should sleep now before your headache getting bad"
"You sleep too. Don't leave"
"Okay, I'll be here when you wake up"
"Em" Irene nods her head then both of them sleep

Irene awakened from her deep sleep. She doesn't feel dizzy anymore. Suddenly, she noticed the other side was empty. She thought Seulgi was in the toilet but there was no sound from the toilet. After waiting a few minutes, she decided to go out. Before that, she wash her face first then tie her hair to messy bun
She found Seulgi at the balcony talking to someone on the phone. She hugged him from behind, shocking Seulgi. Few minutes later, Seulgi end his phone call
He turned around then pecked Irene's forehead "Feel better now?"
"Yes" Irene resting her head on Seulgi chest "You said you not leave me but I don't see you when I wake up"
"I'm sorry, I'm going out because appa called me. I don't want to disturb you sleeping"
"Okay, what appa said to you?"
"He said next month is Sooyoung graduation. He asked if I can go home to attend her event or not but I need to confirm it yet"
Irene look up to stare at Seulgi "We will go" she stated
"We go? I mean you and me?" Seulgi eyes turn wide
"Yes, we will go to attend Sooyoung graduation. You shouldn't miss her big day. She will be sad if you not coming"
"Okay but I will not tell them. Let give surprise"
"Sure, I'm in"
"Let's go inside" both of them sit on the couch "I want to go back to my unit. You stay here for a while, okay?"
"Are you coming again?"
"Yes, we haven't had dinner yet. I will cook for us tonight. Right now, I will wash up then come back"
"Alright" Irene took out something from the drawer then gave it to Seulgi "This is the entrance pass for my elevator so that you don't need to go to the lobby and ring the bell. Just come here from your unit floor with this. Scan as usual on my elevator, the door will open automatically. My door passcode is my car plate number"
"2991?"
"Yes!"
"Alright, see you later baby" Seulgi kiss Irene lips then he leave the penthouse
