Chapter 18: Some people that you didn't expect to turn up in the story again.
Snap. They are here. I am anxious of what happens. I have no plan. My legs aren't still working from before, and Luke is in the same condition as me. The two cat people are still there in the trees but now pointing their weapons at the ship that now appeared above us.
"Haha. You must show yourself Avalon. I have something you might want."
I was alarmed, what was that he had that I wanted - The Newral? But that was impossible. If they would have found the Newral, they'll just leave us alone - I think. But I was sure they didn't want me or Luke then. But what would they have that I want?
"Avalon, I have what you must treasure in your personal life. I'll return it to you if you and Luke just step on my ship and we'll just throw you in a Black Hole. Nothing personal, just orders."
What a weird deal. "Why would we just step onto your ship, to just kill ourselves?"
"Got you."
What? I heard a loud crunch behind me and I turned around in a scare. It was the biggest claw that I had ever seen. It reached towards Luke and I and grabbed us. I let out a scream. I looked at the cat people, my eyes looking at them for help, but they stood motionless. They weren't helping. We're on our own.
It took us way up, all the way to the canopy of the huge forest. That was pretty far down, like a thousand feet?!?! Something recoiled, pulling me and Luke towards the ship. But suddenly there was a jerk, and we stopped coming towards it. I finally looked at our captor and saw someone I hadn't expected in my entire life enter this part of the galaxy, or to be more realistic, even to be further on to this story! Either she followed us through Washington D.C., or she was asked to go against us back in New York. I think most likely, she followed us.
Mackenzie.
She smirked at us with her red lips and had a 'stylish' suit of armor that had countless gizmo-thinga-ma -bobs around it on her. I had wondered why I had heard her voice as a man.
"You know, you lied about nothing personal." Luke seethed.
"I know Luke, but I lied. But why you heard me as a man voice you ask?"
I nodded, and said, "I thought you just had talked to us through her real voice, not her nasal - congested voice." I smirked.
Mackenzie blew air sharply through her nose. "Well who does have the power to realease both of you to your pitiful deaths?"
"You." I regretfully muttered.
"Well, back to my explanations. To keep all of your friends and you to not know about my identity, I went on a small disguise and got a plane ticket to D.C. with you guys."
"Stalker." I coughed.
She rolled her eyes, and her fingers moved dangerously closer to a big shiny, red button that, without any explantation, would sent us to our deaths sooner that we thought. I said, "Go on."
"Thank you Avalon, finally. But before I was rudely interrupted, I went to the Detah Hotel, which I later found out which was called Death Hotel, which had been a trap, which attempted to catch you and kill you."
Luke which was uncomfortably squeezed next to me shivered. I sighed. "Then I was confonted by a few gentlemen that had agreed with me about the views about you."
I froze, knowing it was Glellis. "But truthfully, I agreed to get revenge to you Avalon, not Luke."
I gasped. "What have I done to deserve this?"
"Well, to put it lightly, it was your attitude, and you had Luke."
Luke scoffed, but soon stopped, as I sent him a death glare. But suddenly I felt a rumble, and I saw the ship had another arm that beholded - Amelia and Privit. How did they get themselves into this mess? Then again, they would have wondered the same thing.
"Oh, you know them Luke and Avalon? I had found them wandering around the edge of the forest calling out your name."
I didn't know how to answer . "Well then. If you don't answer, I'll let them go to their deaths."
I grew more aggrivated at each second, "Mackenzie, why would you kill them? They had nothing to make you get revenge on them!" Luke said.
"It's revenge for Avalon." She simply replied.
I rolled my eyes. "Mackenzie. There is nothing that all of us deserve of what I had done. Just joking around doesn' t mean you could kill us. I bet Glellis just...."
An epiphany had just occured, and I knew it from what Privit had explained to me just a few hours ago, or maybe a day. I continued, "Took over your mind and told you to do these things to us."
I added, "Just because your mind is simple."
Her brown eyes flared, and said, "Enough! I have enough foolishness! I'll just let both of you guys die. To show my mind is not simple!"
Oh snap - big time.
She pushed the red button, and like at Tower of terror in Disneyland, waiting for the drop, but this was 1000000000000000x worse.
I began to feel weightless, and I fell, down, and waited for my body to splatter...
