"No your lying no" I shouted at the nurse as they gave me a look of sympathy , then I knew it was true
My husband of 3 years was taken away from me , my heart was broken . I was destroyed , "he can't leave me" I sobbed loudly into my twin sister tia's arms
"Tamera it's gonna be okay" she held me close to her , "y'all tryna tell me that this man passed away and saying it's gone be okay no I'm-not okay" I snatched away from her
"Calm down tamera ," she told me lowly, after days and days of not speaking about it

"Tamera how are you doing" my mom asked me with Tia sitting next to her , "mommy" I said before breaking down again
"I can't believe he's gone , he left me" I broke down in their arms . "I'm so sorry sissy" Tia got teary eyed looking at me
"I miss him everyday" I calmed my cry's down . But still held a shaky voice . " I just wanna hug him one more time , tell him I Love him , kiss him , I just don't know" I pouted
"You don't know what love" my mom rubbed my back , " I don't know if Ill ever love again" I told her
"It's no time to be thinking about that my love , just focus on getting yourself together" she hugged me
6 months later
"Hi my love" I hugged my sister before sitting down at the table , "hi Jerome" I smiled at him
"You look so pretty and heathy tamera" he told me , "I feel heathy" I told him . "Cory what you doing" Tia looked over at his phone
He moved it back , "boy" she snatched it looking at it , "oh" she handed it back "exactly I'm tryna work" he laughed
I looked over and saw he was reading a script "anyways how you doing hunny you about the situation " Tia asked me
"I'm okay" I looked at them for about 3 seconds before I began to cry , "sorry" I looked down , I looked over when Jerome tapped me
I grabbed the tissue he handed me . "You'll be okay tamera don't stress it" Cory told me and I smiled
"I just miss him everyday, I can't believe he walked out of my life , we never got to accomplish our dreams , have our kids , renew our vows it's just hard" I vented
"You'll find the one , one day" Jerome told me
1 year later
I frowned as I spoke with my therapist, "I want to be okay everyday but I can't because I'm not" I told her
"What do you feel when you see pictures of him" she asked me "I feel like my heart breaks every time I see his face" I told her
"so I want you to do something , I want you do slowly delete everything of him out of your life but not your heart" she said and I gave her a confused look
"Listen , when you ready you can but until now , just love yourself" she told me , I hugged her before leaving her office
