Lisa is currently a judge on Idol Producer Season 3 where she know for being very tough. Recently old vides of SHINee's Sian on Idol Producer Season 2 have to been resurfacing and many fans can differently be seen two are very similar when they were teaching. A lot of fans are saying Lisa and Sian are the toughest teachers they have seen so far.
Another viode that is being talked about was Sian called out former YG Trinne Park Seoyoung for beginning to overconfident. Sian made it a point to say that it does not matter if you come from a well know company or not what matters is if you have what it takes to win. Sian even called out now (G)I-DLE

Many fans are saying that Lisa and Sian's teaching is the same but also very different. Many claim Sian is scarier than Lisa

Same here. Park Seoyoung's face was so sacred.
I don't blame Sian for doing that because she was right Park Seoyoung did seem a little overconfident when I was watching the show. Keep in mind this is my opinion.
