Jongsoo entered her last class of the day, looking around for an empty seat. Her eyes fell on one of Jongho's friends from earlier. She saw that San and Yeosang were also in that class but they were both sitting together in front of the other boy. She moved her feet toward them and Yeosang gave a smile as she passed.
She sat down in the seat next to the boy she had spotted first. Setting her things down and pulling out a pen and notebook, she looked over at the boy, "Hello, Yunho."
He gave her a soft expression and a sweet smile, "Hey."
For Yunho, her sitting next to him brought imaginable joy and happiness. There had been other empty seats but she had chosen the one next to him. He watched as she started drawing sketches in her notebook. The first was a rose and then she drew a crescent moon with a small character sleeping on it.
Smiling, he rested his head on his palm, "Those are pretty."
Jongsoo looked up and blushed, she hadn't realized he had been watching the whole time. "Oh, thanks," she said quickly just as the teacher came in to start her lesson. Fortunately for her, she had just covered the topic the lesson was about at her other school so she already knew the information. She decided to just continue to doodle and draw in her notebook instead.
She looked around the room for something to draw. When she found it, she smiled to herself, looking back down to her notebook and starting to sketch. It was finished by the time class was over and before anyone could see what she had drawn, she closed the notebook and gathered her things.
She waited as Yunho, San, and Yeosang gathered their things as well. When they were finished, Yunho looked at Jongsoo who waited patiently. Gripping the straps to her bag, he could tell she was a bit uneasy and anxious. He placed a hand on her shoulder. That helped calm people, right?
He grinned when she looked up at him. "Do you want to go see where we have the dance club now?" he asked. She nodded so he beckoned for her to follow. He felt a sense of pride, being able to lead her through the school hallways. He was so giddy about her presence even if Jongho didn't want any of them to catch feelings in fear of hurting her. But he would never hurt her.

The two of them were sitting on the floor in the practice room. Jongsoo looked around in amazement, "This really is a lot bigger and nicer than the one at my other school."
Yunho beamed, "We do our best to keep it nice here. I'm glad you like it."
Her eyes wandered around the room until they landed on Yunho. He really did seem familiar but she wasn't sure where she had seen him before besides on his Instagram. He also seemed to know her or, sort of.
"What is it?" he asked.
She bit her lip, shrugging, "You're just familiar, that's all."
Chuckling, he teased her, "Well you did see me at lunch today."
She laughed softly, "Pfff, I know that. I mean before today, I feel like I've seen you before."
He sighed, tilting his head, "Maybe."
She rolled her eyes, shaking her head. Just then, Yeosang and Wooyoung entered with a few other students following behind them. She was quickly introduced to them.
"Hello, I'm Felix," said one of the boys.
"Hi, I'm Hyunjin," introduced a blonde.
"And I'm Mihi, nice to meet you," said a girl.
Jongsoo bowed, "I'm Jongsoo."
After several minutes of talking and hanging out, Wooyoung suggested that the members dance to what they've been practicing so Jongsoo could watch. No one expected her to dance on her first day there. Besides, she hadn't brought any extra clothes to change into instead of her uniform.
She waited until everyone else re-entered the practice room wearing sweatpants and t-shirts. Wooyoung enthusiastically grabbed her hands and led her to a chair to watch. They all got in their places and then the music began.
Jongsoo smiled as BTS' "Anpanman" came on the speakers and she watched happily as the group danced. They seemed so expressive and she loved it. They were all really talented dancers too. When the song was over and they were finished, she clapped enthusiastically.
"That was amazing!" she exclaimed, standing up.
"Thanks," replied Wooyoung. He seemed proud of the time they spent practicing and that someone enjoyed it.
They hung out and talked for a while afterwards, wanting to get to know Jongsoo better. Yunho noticed that she was still a bit shy, perhaps it was hard for her to open up. Thinking back to what Jongho had said earlier, it made sense why it would be.
It also made his heart ache that he would have to hide his feelings from her. He respected his younger friend and his wishes and didn't want to anger or upset anyone. He couldn't stop thinking about what the others had said earlier.
"Yunho, you better be joking," warned Seonghwa.
Yunho groaned, covering his face, "I'm not joking. She wasn't on the bus this morning because she transferred here."
The other boys let the information sink in, quite shocked by the coincidence but also a little worried how Jongho would react if he found out. He seemed very protective of his twin.
"What do I do?" he sighed.
"Do you...want to tell Jongho about it?" asked San, "He should trust us since we're his friends, right?"
Hongjoong seemed to be thinking hard about something. He had his arms crossed, tapping his chin, "Wait, I think Jongho had told me something about this before actually..."
All heads turned in his direction in unison.
"Hyung, what do you mean?" asked Mingi.
Hongjoong cleared his throat and shifted, sitting straighter, "I was talking with Jongho once and he mentioned having a very close friend at a different school. He said that they did everything together with a third friend. He also mentioned how the boy had misused their trust and friendship. I think whatever the friend did really hurt him."
Yeosang spoke up this time, "A third friend? You don't suppose that could have been Jongsoo, do you?"
Hongjoong shrugged, "It probably was. He only mentioned them once so it would make sense if it was her. He never told us he had a sister so it would make sense that he didn't say it was his sister."
"I feel like he was keeping her a secret from us for a reason," said Seonghwa, "I don't think it's that he doesn't trust us, it's just that he's afraid of someone hurting him and his sister again. Though, it seems that Jongsoo was the target in whatever happened in the past. Why else would he befriend all of us and never mention her? It's not like they hate each other or anything. They seem really close."
"Well, whatever the reason is," said Hongjoong, looking at Yunho, "You should keep your feelings to yourself. Stay friendly with her, but don't confess any feelings or anything of the sort. Avoid her if you have to. It would probably be best for all of us."
