That same evening, class B decided to spend some time with class A at their dorms.
Mina had a very bright idea. The girls of class 1-A tightly tied Mineta to a chair and taped his eyelids open. They placed him in front of a TV and forced him to watch something. Nobody will know what it was, because they refused to tell, therefore it will not be mentioned unless permission was granted.
Hagakure, Ochaco, Tsu, Mina and Iris all sat cuddled up next to each other on the couch, occasionally making sure Mineta doesn't escape unless they were done with him. "Today was fun, wasn't it?" started Ochaco.
"You said it, ribbit."
"Ahh, I'm so tired though. My shoulders are killing me!"
"Try some tea from Momo, maybe that will help~"
"Maybe later, not thirsty."
"Hey Iris, I was meaning to ask you, how did you know what was gonna happen at the end of your match today, ribbit?"
"A gut feeling~"
"That's a huge risk, weren't you worried!?"
"Hmm, I don't think so~"
"Looks like your Night Hero thing paid off. What did you do there?"
"Can't tell, sorry girls~"
"Dammit! Oh my god, remember when we were talking about special privileges on the bus some time ago, did it happen?" Iris took a deep breath after hearing the word "privileges". Was it really so? She din't know what to think, she would just have to wait for the right moment.
"Fine, I'm gonna get it off my chest, but I won't explain. Yes, I did get something~"
"Ahh, Iris you're killing meee!"
"I'll tell you one day, Mina. Anyways, I'm bored. Where's Suki?~"
"Huh, I don't really know. Come to think of it, Deku is gone too."
"You think they're fighting again?"
"Nah, it looks like they made up of from last time."
In fact, Bakugou and Deku have been disappearing more frequently lately ever since their house arrest. Iris couldn't help but connect these events to her suspicions. She didn't want to be the overly nosey person but, just this once when the time was right, she would bust in on their conversation. Obviously, she would have to wait longer, which killed her.
Morningstar's purple orbs glimmered when she saw Katsuki sit down at a table with his dinner out of the corner of her eye. She sprang up from the couch, gave Mineta one last stare to make sure he was still watching, then walked over to him. "Hi Suki, where have you been~" She sat down on one of the chairs in front of him, laying her chin on her arms that were on the table.
"Extra training."
"Shit, aren't you tired?"
"Nah, I'm fine."
"I see~"
"..."
"..."
"Oi, what's wrong?"
"What do you mean?~"
"You're not as talkative to me."
"Someone wants attention~"
"That's not what I meant, dumbass. What's on your mind?"
"Who knows? Might be many things, or nothing at all~"
"Pick one and tell me."
"Maybe another time. I feel like it wouldn't be right to tell you now~"
"Alright, then. Keep your secrets."
"Is that a Lord of the Rings reference?~"
"No it wasn't, nerd."
"Did you watch the movies just so you could understand what I say?~"
"...no."
"Oh my god, yes you did! All three?~"
"One."
"Progress! Are you done eating?~"
"Yeah, wh-oi, hey, hold up, what are you pulling me for!?"
"We're going to watch the rest, and you have no say in the matter~"
"Both of them!? But they're both like, 3 hours each, even more!"
"Fine, we'll watch one, for the sake of your remedial classes tomorrow. Boo~"
"Oi, it's not my fault."
"I know, now put away your bowl and let's go already~"
"Shit, slow down, fine, I'm coming!"
The couple spent the rest of the evening watching The Two Towers on Iris' bed. Bakugou had the idea to project the movie onto the ceiling so that they could just relax and look up. Iris laid her back on his chest with her head under his chin. Katsuki placed one of his hands on hers, the other supporting the back of his neck. They shared laughs and comments through the entire thing, living in this nice moment where for now, everything was okay and everyone was happy.
The movie had ended at around Bakugou's usual bedtime. He had planned on sleeping a but earlier, but he didn't mind. His girlfriend was happy, so chose to be with her for as long as possible. The credits were rolling as he lightly nudged her side in attempt for her to move, but she didn't. "Shit, she's sleeping." he cursed under his breath. The last thing he wanted was to wake her up because he knew she needed the sleep. Little by little, he gently moved her body and successfully slid out from under her. After wiping the sweat on his forehead, he picked her up and put her under the covers, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. He smirked and got closer to when he saw her peaceful form. "Idiot, I bet you'll be upset when you find out you slept through some of the movie-"
"Leaving so soon?~" Iris let out a tired groan with her eyes still closed.
"You're not disappointed about the film?"
"Of course I am, but I don't have the energy to do anything about it right now~"
"Okay then, night. Get a good sleep, you need it. Don't go on your computer dumbass."
"Or what, you'll punish me?~"
"You're giving me ideas. If I don't see you tomorrow morning, I'll text you. Now, goodnight." He gave her a soft peck on the forehead and left the room, turning off all the lights before shutting the door behind him.

"It's snowing!"
That's right, it was snowing the next December morning. Momo was handing tea to the students who stayed inside as the rest rushed out the doors. Kirishima ran outside with no jacket in an attempt at being manly.
"Mind over matter! This dry cloth is all I need to stay warm!"
"Be careful not to slip!"
"Close the door, Tsu is going into hibernation!"
"Sorry about that!"
"Hey, don't you wanna come outside?
"There is barely anything outside. I can see, like what, 5 snowflakes?~" stated Iris in her silk pyjamas. He sat next to Tsu on the couch with a cup of tea from Momo. Iris noticed that her frog friend was still shivering from the winter air, so she kindly brought her a blanket over.
"Thanks Iris, ribbit."
"No problem, but that's not just any blanket~"
"Ooh, what does it do?" asked Ochaco
"It's a heating blanket with a remote control~" She turned a wheel on the remote and it began to heat Asui up nicely. "I use it back in Canada when the nights got really cold. It's very useful~" Hagakure and Ochaco loved it, so much so, that they couldn't help but wrap themselves along with Tsu, seeing that it was large enough to fit all of them.
"It's so warm!"
"Ahhh, I wanna stay here forever!"
"If you like warmth, I think you'll like my hot chocolate~"
"Sounds delicious, I can't wait!"
"Okay, one day when Momo doesn't make tea, I'll share it with the class~"
"Yay!"
Class 1-A got into the winter spirit for the rest of the day as it quickly passed on. Iris was eagerly waiting on Katsuki's arrival. Today was supposed to be the last remedial hero license class, which means he would have officially caught up to Iris.
30 minutes before Todoroki and Bakugou's was supposed to be back at the dorms, Iris scrolled through social media to see if there was something going on. Everything was normal, or as she would say, nothing she had never seen before, until she came across a thread of comments on a random video about heroes.
Paranormal...Liberation Front?
She searched through other posts, and they all had the same subject. Apparently, it was a movement that was being made popular by some of the public. This immediately caught Iris' attention. What did it talk about? Did other people know about this? Who was it from?
Is it dangerous?
Iris wanted to see if Hawks knew anything about it, since the topic seemed to involve hero society, so she decided to give him a little call after knowing that he was not busy when she texted him. "Hello Hawks~"
"Hey Kid, whats up? You okay?"
"Yes everything is fine, I was just wondering, have you heard about the Paranormal Liberation Front?"
"Oh yeah! It's pretty cool! What about it? Want a copy?"
"There's a book?"
"Yup! I'll send one over as soon as possible!"
"Are you sure that's okay? I don't wanna be a hassle~"
"It's no problem at all. I have dozens of copies ready to go."
"Thanks a lot, I owe you one~"
"Also, did you hear what happened today?"
"Ooh, what?~"
"Those classmates of yours, your boyfriend and Endeavour's son, they had their first fight as heroes apparently."
"Did they now?~"
"Yeah, I heard that they weren't bad, from a friend. They took the guys down pretty well."
"Nothing less from Katsuki and Todoroki~"
"Yeah they sound like great kids. Listen, I gotta go now, got some final work to do. Just wanna tell ya, expect lots of media attention for the next few days, like, a lot. Talk to you next time Kid, bye!"
"Bye~" She dropped her phone to her side and stared at the ceiling.
Hawks sounded...happy to share the propaganda, almost as if he's part of it, weird. Can't wait to find out what the book is really about~
A knock came at her door. It was a distinct pattern, one that she would recognize. As soon as the door closed back, Iris jumped on him and peppered little kisses all over his face, regardless if he liked it or not. "Suki, I'm so happy to see you, congratulations~"
"Oi oi oi, you can let me go now, hey uh, god dammit."
"Why~"
"You know what!" He suddenly picked her up by the thighs and harshly pressed her back to the wall. She let out a stunned gasp and Katsuki took the chance to press his lips against hers for a few passionate kisses. As usual, it left Iris blushing and breathless, which pleased Bakugou. He loved every second of seeing her like this. "What, cat got your tongue? Oh wait, that was me, Haha!"
"Suki..."
"Something to say?"
"We can finally go on missions together, that way you can see how cool I am~"
"Fucking finally, but I'm still gonna be the best."
"Not if I beat you to it~"
"We'll see about that when I top you!"
"But you're already a top~"
"What"
"What"
"Nah, repeat that, Iris."
"I didn't say anything~"
"Yes you fucking did."
"No~"
"God dammit, fine. You'll spill it out one day."
"A little birdie told me that you fought today~"
"Is that little birdie supposed to be Hawks?"
"Bingo, how did it go?~"
"Meh, stupid soda guy and his idiots stole wallets from people, so we blasted them."
"Nice, now get ready for the media~"
"Fuck no, they need to get the hell out of my way."
"Suki, I understand that they can be a pain in the ass most of the time, but you still need to know how to talk to them. They can ruin everything about you if you don't pick the right words. You're smart, you're able to~"
"Yeah, yeah, whatever. You don't like the media?"
"Nope. They manipulate everything and nobody gets the truth."
"You tell me. Oi, wanna finish The Lord of the Rings?"
"I thought you'd never ask~"

Iris was playing a horror multiplayer on her computer when Mina burst into her room. She shrieked and ripped her headphones off of her head. "Shit, Mina don't scare me like that!"
"Sorry bestie!" Mina moved out of the way, revealing Ochaco and Jirou behind her. "Seems that everyone ran out of snacks so we're going to the local supermarket, wanna come?"
"Hell yeah, I need a restock too. Who else is coming?~"
"Pretty much everyone was convinced to come, even Bakugou."
"Sounds good to me. When are we leaving?~"
"When everyone is dressed and ready to go, we'll all walk together."
"Okay, see you soon~" The girls skipped out of her room and left their friend some privacy. Iris locked the door behind then and picked out something to wear. Since it was getting chilly, she decided to change up her style for a more winter-like look: baggy black dress pants with a tight shirt of the same colour, topped with a plaid beige cardigan that was tucked into her pants. She finished it off a light purse and some special white shoes that she recently got. All she needed to do was push a button on the back of each shoe and four wheels would pop out, transforming them into roller skates. They were pricey, but she thought they were damn well worth it. Plus, there was no snow on the ground, it melted due to it being so little, so the roads were supposed to be safe.
When she made her way to the elevator, she bumped into Katsuki. They both entered it and pushed the button that lead to the main floor. "Huh, you have good taste."
"You like what I'm wearing?~"
"Yes, idiot, why would I tell you that then?"
"Just making sure. Look forward to it, I'm gonna wear this kind of stuff more often~"
"They're gonna be a bit harder to take off of you, but I'll manage."
"Shit, slow down horny boy. You need something from the store?~"
"Way to change the subject. Shitty hair and tape man nagged me nonstop. I ran out of spicy ramen anyways." The elevator chimes rang as the pair joined the rest of their classmates near the entrance door. They waited a few more minutes for everyone else to arrive, then they took their leave. The class president took it as a duty to lead his friends to the store, and so he did. Iris and Katsuki walked in the back. She looped one of her arms through his as he walked and held it tightly.
"Oi, why do you like to walk in the back?"
"Don't you?~"
"Yeah, I just don't wanna talk to people, wasn't expecting you to do the same. You like talking to others most of the time."
"You're right, but the why is a bit of a secret. I'll share it with you though."
"Fire away."
"You see, even if it's not the most obvious thing in the world, I care a lot about my friends. I stay behind as a precaution because it keeps everyone in my line of sight just in case something goes wrong. I'm not saying the people at the front are weak, I just don't want anyone hurt. If something creeps up, I could easily sense it with my quirk, I'm not sure if they could do the same. I don't know if I'm underestimating my classmates, but I feel like I have to do this."
"It's fine. It's a hero's job to protect and save, you're not doing anything wrong."
"You've changed a lot, Suki~"
"What? I've always been like this!"
"Okay~"He let go of Iris' arm and pulled her closer by the waist, avoiding eye contact in case he should blush. "Hey, Suki, watch this~" She reached down to press on the small buttons behind one of her shoes then used her heel to press the other. Morningstar found her balance and rolled by Katsuki's side, his grip still there. "Like them?~"
"HaHa, that's not bad!"
Class arrived at the store after taking a shortcut through a nearby park. The excited ones ran directly into the store and began their shopping. Iris sadly had to put away her roller skates because it was not allowed inside. "Suki, I'm gonna head over to the snacks isle. How about you?"
"I have a list. Meet me at the ramen isle before we leave, we're gonna buy a shitload of it!"
"Okay, see you~" Iris joined the girls in the snacks section, where the food took not one, but two full isles. They all gave each other suggestions on different items, especially for Iris since she had not been living in Japan as long as they have. The girls filled their baskets to the brim with many sweet and salty things, spending all their time in that specific area. When they were done, they split up to go pay, leaving Morningstar to meet her boyfriend in the desired spot. "Hi Suki~"
"Hey, you don- what the fuck!?"
"Huh, what's wrong?~"
"Why is everything you're planning to buy pink!? I literally don't see any other colour!"
"Leave me and my cute shit alone, and you can't say anything!"
"What do you mean!?"
"I saw you inspecting bottles of fucking alcohol looking like you wanted to burn someone's house down with it~"
"And what if I did?"
"...need help?" The couple burst out laughing like maniacs, earning a few stares and whispers from the other shoppers. As they calmed down, their eyes met and their gazes softened. It was clear that they were enjoying each other's company and to prove that, large smiles appeared on both their faces. He was happy to see her laughing and so was she. Iris let out a chuckle as she ran her hand through her hair and cleared her throat.
"So...what flavour ramen do you wanna get?~"
"Anything spicy."
"Hmm, how about this one?"
"Did you pick it just because it's pink?"
"No! I've tried this one before, it's good, but the colour may have played a part..."
"Sure, whatever. Just pick a shit ton, we're gonna eat them all anyways!"
"Okay~" As they had claimed, they picked out a shit ton of ramen and finished paying for all their stuff at the counter.
Before class A headed back to the dorms, they stopped by the park they had walked through earlier to relax and play some games. Iris had brought a book with her, just in case, and sat down underneath a tree with some good shade. Katsuki came to sit next to her, his reason being "Not in the mood for stupid games", and wrapped his arm around her shoulders, leaning into the tree trunk. Morningstar shared one of her earbuds with him and put on some relaxing music.
"Did you finish rereading that book?"
"Which one?~"
"The one at the training camp."
"A long time ago Suki~"
"What's this one called then?"
"Coraline~"
"Isn't that a movie?"
"It was a book first, Neil Gaiman, love his work. Since when are you interested in books?~"
"Shut up, it's not like I don't read. I don't mind talking to you either, because you're not annoying.
"What am I then?~"
"...you already know the answer."
"No I don't~"
"Yes you do dumbass!"
"Is someone shy~"
"Hell no! Just...continue reading."
