- notes? i took a longer break and i'm making less progress than before. i can't really stay still when i sleep on my back anymore. i can still visualize, but that's it. no symptoms, no dreams. i even had tea and did my affirmations and even put on a subliminal. i'm really losing motivation, and i've been meditating more, but i'm not sure where i go/went wrong.
- pt. 2? i probably forgot the breathing step, or i was "too awake" when i attempted to do so. but still, i'm trying despite not knowing what went wrong, but when i don't try as much, i get close to where i feel someone touching my body.
- pt. 3? it's now at the point that when i don't shift, i get angrier and angrier each morning.
