"Are you sure?"
Tau sat beside Jasiri with a nervous expression, "Mzingo told me himself, and we both know he'd not make a claim like that if it weren't serious." Tau informed.
The two sat in silence as they'd taken in this news, if what was mentioned in accurate as Tau believed and they may not have any prior knowledge of such thing, they could be looking at the destruction of the Pridelands.
Jasiri watches as Tau steps around in circles, contemplating, it felt like there was trouble happening at every turn. "What are your thoughts?" she asked, curious as to what Tau may had come up with.
Tau opened his mouth, ready to say something, only to close it. Shaking his head, he resumed his pacing in circle, "Seriously? Nothing?" she groaned in annoyance.
She was not able to prove any better in this instance, since neither of them had the knowledge of toxic mushrooms, the only ones who had any knowledge of this stuff were, Them. Looking over to where the Elephant's Graveyard is.
"Maybe we won't have to worry, I mean, they do have a Mjuzi." Tau said, clearly grasping at straws, "They can handle this." He shrug it off with a wave of a paw.
Jasiri looked at him unconvinced, if he were not worried, they wouldn't had been here thinking about this situation in the first place. She gave a heavy sigh, "It could be possible, why don't we go on over and see how they are handling things." She gave a reassurance.
The idea was better than either of them were currently coming up with, Tau gave a nod.
With the two agreeing and quickly making a race on towards the Pridelands, hoping that either they weren't too late, or they had the means to handle this problem. The two unaware of the pair of violet eyes staring from above.
The figure gave a sinister smirk watching them leave, "Mother is going to want to hear about this." The voice spoke before disappearing from where they had been moment ago.
** The Outlands (Zira's Pride) **
"You're sure?!" Zira asked with a hint of amusement in her tone, having been informed of what the Pridelanders had unearthed.
"Affirmative."
The news was a peak of interest to their leopard guest, who laid in a corner with anticipation to what he had just heard. "Interesting, and you are sure Tau was assertive in assisting with this matter?" he asked, no doubt questioning the genuine of this, but he wanted to be sure.
The lioness glared at the leopard with venom in her eyes, "You dare question me?" she asked with no hesitant in ready to attack at any given moment.
"My dear Vitani, you, along with the rest of your mother's pride," he stopped when he heard Zira give a growl, "haven't had the pleasure of facing against 'The Outlander's Protector'." His voice when speaking that was filled with sarcasm.
"He'd faced against some of the Outland's fierce beasts, endured harsh environments, and even so much as foiled a plan of mine," running a single claw under the lioness' chin so he could bring her to eye level, "and the one thing that EVERY creature around him knows, is that he hates the Pridelanders with a burning passion."
Zira wanted to make a jab against the leopard, Makucha, for the way he was acting towards both herself and to her daughter, but the mention of this information had also got her attention, 'This Tau hates the Pridelander with a passion and yet he is willing to save them? Why?'
"What of it? I doubt the boy can be that much of a threat, my lionesses are fiercer and more agile then this male lion." Zira's tone was dry, as if mocking Tau's strength as if she had already won.
Makucha gave an annoyance grunt to the lioness' overconfidence, that was the very same thing that led him to the situation he'd found himself long ago. "You are missing the point," he grumbled, rubbing a paw over his face, "If we are to succeed, we have to make sure there is no allegiance between his pack and the Pridelanders."
Pack, that word rang weirdly in both the lionesses' ears, a lion who chose to live among with hyenas as one of them was an insult to lion kind. One that Zira found a disdain for, especially after what those back-stabbing hyenas did to Scar.
"Follow after them, remind the Pridelanders why they should never trust Outlanders." Those words implied a smile on the lioness as she left, heading on towards where the Outlander duos had went.
** Pride Rock **
Simba and the royal family looked on in the Pridelands with concern and fear, for what they saw was one disaster after the next.
Animals were at each other's throat, the friends and family were letting even the smallest of things fuel them into an all out argument, a zebra had snapped at a monkey for scratching its' butt, a flamingo had flared her wings at a meerkat for scurrying pass her, even two of Kiara's friends were glaring hatefully at one another.
"Girls, what's gotten into the both of you?" Kiara asked, separating Tiifu and Zuri, both turning their back on the other while crossing their paws with a humph.
"She started it!" Zuri said, rolling her eyes without either of the two seeing the motion she gave.
"You are such a drama queen!" Tiifu snapped back, turning from her pout and getting on up in Zuri's space.
Zuri gasped, "Drama Queen?! How dare you!"
"'Ouchy, my paw!'" Tiifu mimicked Zuri's tone in a mockery, Kiara groaned in annoyance at how her two friends were acting.
"Alright, that's enough you two!"
"Who put you in charge?!" Tiifu asked.
"Yeah, who died and made you the leader?" Zuri followed up.
The two (ex-?)friends were now focused on Kiara, who was pinned in the middle of their stares. Thankfully so that the Queen was around to intervene, "That's enough you two!" Nala spoke with a harsh tone to the two girls.
They gave one glance at the queen before shrugging her off and walking away in either direction, not caring in the least.
"What happened to them? They're never like this." Kiara asked her mother, who looked at the departed lionesses with concern.
"I wish I knew," looking back on at the scene of constant bickering and arguing among the animals, feeling dread at the mere sight, "for all our sakes."

Salutations, I know it is of rare occurrence I may speak with all of you; I not being one of interest in communicating. Though it is with a heavy heart that we will be delaying a bit with the story.
Our reasons being as followed,
{*} FireKilledMe ('FKM') had gone spreading his schedule thin, leaving him lack of sleep and resorting to larger consumption of caffeine. Seriously dude, get some rest!
{*} With the lack of sleep, also came lack of inspiration and focus. He had been struggling to come up with anything without going off the deep end.
{*} I had my Computer rebooted and with it, large quantities of files are scattered along with the loss of MANY software I use. Now, I will admit that that is not a dilemma as it may seem, I need time to unpack and clean up my computer's mess.
{*} I'm needing to retrieve "every" chapters in this story so we can get ready for the reediting of the thing.

I know the story is slagging, and I don't like how that is becoming a regular thing as this point. Outlanders Siblings will be seeing a few changes as I am sure my editor had mentioned. I just need a few days to get everything shorted out and corrected. See you all soon, and thanks again.
