Joshua/Hong Jisoo ff
12:09 P.M. is what your phone read. You stood on his doorstep and stared at the doorbell and back at the door. Your first thought was to run, but you gulped and rang the doorbell. You immediately regretted it. You slowly made your way for your car, but you heard the door open before you could leave his doorstep. You looked up at him and he greeted you with a smile. It was a very soft smile, something you weren't expecting.
Joshua: You must be Y/N ...
Y/N: Y-yeah *chuckles nervously* That's me.
Joshua: Nice to meet you! Please come in.
You walk inside his house and you couldn't help but fall in love with it's beauty. His house seemed so organized and the designs were beautiful. A very earthly home. You eyes wandered around the house and they landed on Joshua.
Joshua Hong. You needed a tutor for math and history, so your teacher recommended him. Since he knew your name, the teacher must've told him about you. This was your first time meeting him, so you thought he was going to have blonde hair, blue eyes, a stuck up/preppy personality that probably didn't want to waste time with you. But when he opened the door, you focused solely on him. His platinum blonde hair, his beautiful brown eyes, and his soft smile, which made you melt inside. Your eyes moved to his body and you were mesmerized by how fit he looked. You felt your body heat up and you were getting flustered.
Joshua: Would you like anything to eat? Drink?
Y/N: Uhm- just a water please. If you don't mind.
Joshua: Sure! *grabs a water* Are you sure you don't want food? I'm making popcorn.
Y/N: Hm.. popcorn sounds nice actually.
Joshua: Coming right up.
He quickly made the popcorn and handed you a bottle of water.
Joshua: We can study in my room, it's big enough. I have a table and some chairs.
Y/N: Okay..
You both walked upstairs to his bedroom and he was right, there was enough space for you two to study together and for him to tutor you. You put your stuff on the table and he walks behind you and pulls out your chair so you could sit in it. You smiled at him being a gentleman. He sits in front of you and grabs some of your books.
Joshua: So what do you need help with ?
Y/N: Math and History.
Joshua: Those are always the subjects that trip up other people.
Y/N: It's not that I don't get it, it's just- *sigh* it's complicated.
Joshua: *smiles* Don't worry, I'll help you. Let's get started!
A couple of hours passed and you checked your phone again. It was 4:37 P.M. Joshua told you to take a few practice quizzes for math and a few free response questions for history while he studied for Biology. You fiddled with your pencil trying not to make any noise. Silence filled the room and it made you feel uneasy. There wasn't a single noise in the room. Nothing but the sound of pencils scraping the lines of your notebook paper and the faint breaths coming from one another. It was so quiet that you could almost feel Joshua's heart beating. You secretly lifted your head a bit and glanced at him as he was still sitting across from you. You watched as his shoulders lifted up when he inhaled and softly put them back down as he exhaled. Instead of studying your subjects, you just studied him. You could see his long eyelashes as he blinked slowly while reading his Biology textbook and you watched him write in his notebook. Your heart started beating fast and you tried to concentrate, but you just wanted to look at him. He looked so dreamy in front of you, and you blushed just thinking about him.
As he was writing, he stopped and softly chuckled to himself.
Joshua: You know staring is rude right?
He looks up at you and puts his pencil down. You were startled and starting fidgeting with your pencil again, trying to make up an accuse or a response.
Y/N: I-I'm so sorry...
Joshua: It's okay. You need help?
Y/N: Uhm- yeah I do.
He gets up from his chair and goes behind you. He scans your work and he softly smiles to himself.
Joshua: You got it! Question is, do you understand it? And how you got it?
Y/N: *sigh* No. That's why I need help. I can do it just fine, it's just the comprehending part.
Joshua: Alright.
Next thing you know, he's hovering over you. He places both his arms on each side of you while you could feel his chin resting on your forehead. He was speaking to you, trying to help you explain, but you couldn't help but look at his hands and feel his soft breathing down your spine. You wanted to touch his hand and hold it. Sounds very cliche, but you somehow longed for his touch. You blinked to come back to reality and repeated everything he said to do. He asked you to complete a few more assignments and you began writing again. He left from your space and sat back in front of you and continued studying.
You finally finished your math and history assignments and it was 6:26 P.M. You put down your pencil and let out a huge sigh. Joshua looked up at you, since that caught his attention.
Joshua: You done?
Y/N: Yeah... I think so.
Joshua: Can I see?
You hand him your work and he looks it over. He softly smiles to himself and looks at you.
Joshua: You did great!
Y/N: Heh- thanks. *smiles*
Joshua: I'm a great tutor. *chuckles*
Y/N: You definitely are.
You got up from the table and started packing your textbooks and gathering your things together. You suddenly felt him grab your hand and you look at him confused.
Joshua: Where are you going?
Y/N: Uhm- I'm leaving Joshua.
Joshua: So soon? *pouts*
Y/N: It's almost 7 P.M.
Joshua: Oh, you're right.
Y/N: So, how much do you charge? Would $60 be okay?
Joshua: *chuckles and stands up* No, money isn't necessary.
Y/N: Then... how am I supposed to repay you?
Joshua: *walks closer to you and holds your hands* Stay.
You felt his soft hands hold yours and he was staring into your eyes. You could see tiny sparkles form in his eyes as he looked at you and he was practically pleading for you to stay with him. Your heart started beating faster as there was barely any space left between you two. You gulped and didn't realize you were holding his hands tighter.
Y/N: B-but you have to study. I don't want to intrude.
Joshua: *smirks* I'd rather study you instead.
Y/N: Wait wh-
Joshua interrupts you and kisses you softly. You didn't know what to do, but you kissed him back. He pulled you closer to his body and you couldn't help but smile into the kiss. Joshua pulls away and guides you to his big bean bag chair and he sits in it. He motions you to come sit with him and you sit on top of his lap and wrap your arms around his neck. He kisses you again, but more deeply. You run your fingers through his soft hair and sit more into his lap. He parts and leaves trails of tiny kisses down your neck and you lightly tug his hair and moan softly. He smirks on your neck and holds your waist.
Joshua: *smirks* I think that's enough studying for today.
Y/N: No I want more. *pouts*
Joshua: But you don't need me anymore. You only needed me today.
Y/N: Can I come over tomorrow? I need to study.
Joshua: Math or History?
Y/N: You. *smirks*
Joshua: I'd like that. *smiles and blushes*
Joshua walks you outside to your car and he helps you in. You start the car and roll down your window.
Y/N: Thank you for today. I appreciate it.
Joshua: You're welcome. I'll see you tomorrow love.
Y/N: See ya!
He kisses you again and you smile at him. He waves at you as you pull out of his driveway and he blushes at the thought of seeing you tomorrow. You also squeal to yourself knowing you'll see him again, your heart races at the thought. Joshua was nothing that you expected, but you liked it and couldn't wait to see him again.
