Peter was depressed over the next few weeks. He barely talked to anyone. When the new students came in Peter wasn't exactly very social. That is until he saw HER. Her burnette hair flying through the air. If Peter Parker could have an emoji on his face, it would be a smile face with hearts.
After school, Peter decided to say hi and walked up to her. "Hello," he said, "I'm Peter." She looked up at him with green eyes.
"I'm Maria." They smiled at one another. Sparks could've been flying.
"What do you know?" A voice behind them said, "Puny Parker's finally got a girlfriend."
The voice came from none other then Peter 's long time tormentor Eugene "Flash" Tompson. "The impossible has just become possible," Flash mocked and fist bumped one of his friends. "Want to meet me out back, Puny?" Peter said no.
"I guess we can do it here," Flash retorted. He went to punch Peter and prepared for pain. But Flash tripped and fell to the ground. Peter looked and saw Maria getting the guys away. She walked over to him.
"Walk me home?" she asked.
This would be the start of deadly love.
