A/N Well that's how this ends Issei and Asia win the three legged race. Rossweisse has know become a teacher in Kuoh Academy and as for Ikki and Rias, there relationship has advanced tenfold and life has never been better.
3 days later it's now the weekend At the Kurogane house and Ikki is now cooking Lunch with Rossweisse it's almost like they're husband and wife

Ikki Issei Gasper and Kiba were the first ones to come out after getting changed and they were both wearing something similar to each other. They were both wearing a Black tux, however, the difference was Ikki and Kiba's was black with silver strips on the hems while Issei's was a dark colored red tux, he gathered it was because of the being the dragon currently inside of him
Issei:Man I hate this dumb suit
Kiba:Come on Iseei its not that bad
Just as Ikki was about to say something the door to the where the girls were getting changed opened and both Issei and Ikki's jaws dropped to the floor as they were shocked by what they were seeing.
Koneko was the first out and she was wearing a white dress which just ended below her knees, it had a little cat print on the bottom of it which did look cute especially to Ikki, Koneko was also wearing some white flats as she wasn't too keen on wearing heels even if it would make her a little taller.
Asia walked out and was wearing a pale white strapless dress that came down to her knees, her almost golden blonde hair was now up in a ponytail with a fringe that just seemed to stop just above her beautiful green eyes. Asia was also wearing some white socks with little frills at the top and a pair of yellow heels that were the same color as her hair.
Next was Akeno, she was wearing a similar dress to Asia, however, Akeno's was black and also thanks to her rather big assets there was a lot of cleavage on show, Akeno had her hair flowed down freely but had been straightened too. She also wore some knee high black boots which just seemed look perfect for Akeno.

Irina steps out of the dressing room wearing a light green dress held together with a cute yellow ribbon with a head crown of flowers.
Irina:Hey Ikki..do you think I look okay?

Irina blushes and then Xenovia steps out of the room she was wearing a short light blue dress with white stockings
Rossweisse steps out of the room wearing a longer version of Irina's dress with a yellow and orange ribbon and a flower crown

Ikki hears slow footsteps in the girls dressing room as Rias's silhouette came into view
Rias was wearing a white ball gown which just seemed to hug her eye-watering body, it had a slit down the left leg which showed her gorgeous legs which would make any man stare, Rias's hair was free flowing like Akeno's however it was all curly and just seemed to mesmerize Ikki's eyes. She was wearing some white heels that were tied up around her ankles which just seemed to fit the dress and her perfectly
Ikki:Wow Rias you look very beautiful

As the group made their way into the main hall, they were getting a lot of stares from all those that were invited to the party. Most of the male younger devils that were a part of prestigious devil family's were eyeing up Rias and Akeno, however, when they were just about to go and introduce themselves to the girls, both girls took a position on either side of Ikki which very quickly scared the devils away especially after seeing what the boy had done to someone as powerful as Riser and Kokabiel. Issei and Kiba were giggling like little school kids at how bright red Ikki's face had suddenly become because of the two girls now hugging an arm each, He may be able to scare some high-class devils but he will always be beaten by embarrassment... Issei kept laughing to himself until Asia suddenly grabbed his arm tightly then causing him to turn beet red as well.Everything was going well and then Sirzechs came and spoke to Ikki
Sirzechs:Ikki, I would like you to say a few words it just so these people can see what type of person you really are
Ikki:Well, I guess so but what am I going to talk about?" Oh wait, I know!
Sirzechs:Okay, good. Everyone, I have asked Ikki to say some words
Ikki walks up to and stood on the pedestal at the front of the main hall
Ikki:Hi everyone I am Ikki Kurogane, The Dark Dragon Emperor but I also want to say that I'm not evil or ruthless since I am The Dragon of Darkness but also there is something I would like to say to all of my friends in The Gremory Household starting with Asia.
Ikki:Asia, you are an amazing person. You may not be a fighter but you did what Rias needed you to do and that's been there ready to heal your King when needed so well done Asia
Asia was a bit embarassed to be called out with everyone staring at her but she was happy to hear what hear big brother Ikki said
Ikki:Koneko, I'm really proud of how far you have come, it was a shame you've had such a hard life. I would have liked to have seen what you had perfected in your training but when you were fighting alongside me I saw that you were calculated and calm in your situation.I am proud to fight along side you and call you my friend
Koneko was happy at the comments Ikki had made and would make sure to fall asleep on his lap later as she had missed doing so recently thanks to all the training recently.
Ikki:Kiba, well, I'm amazed at how far you have come in your hand to hand combat, the way you made that sword with such ease was amazing to watch and made me want to have a spar with you.
Kiba was inwardly beaming at the comments Ikki had made and was now desperate to get back and continue training.
Sirzechs who was now stood next to Grayfia was smiling at Ikki's comments and pondered what the young man was going to say about his sister. Sirzechs knew that they both had some feelings towards each other even if they tried to hide it, to him it was obvious especially with his sister.
Sirzechs:You are the only person I would willingly give my sister to Ikki...
Ikki:Xenovia, I'm not going to lie, you and I had a rough first approach but I'm glad that we've made up and are very close me . To me, You are the perfect example of a swordswoman and I happy I get the chance to fight along side each other
Xenovia blushed but she was happy with what Ikki said. Now she really wants to make a baby with him
Ikki:Irina, well, I don't know what to say. You've been a good person from the day we first met and I'm really glad we did meet. You're an amazing angel and you make Heaven proud
Irina blushes at what her crush just said about her. She really did like Ikki and now she really does
Ikki:Rossweisse, well, your an excellent woman and an excellent valkyire you know how to handle yourself in battle and always try your best and work your hardest and that on its own is admirable.
Rossweisse just stood and blushed in silence at what the boy she liked just said
Ikki:Gasper,at first you were a scared boy afraid of the outside world but now, your a strong devil who tries his best despite being scared. You should be proud and keep fighting the noblest of fights
Gasper:(Thank you Ikki and I will!!)
Ikki:Akeno, well you are incredible, I was proud to see that you have learned not to solely rely on your lightning magic and try some other methods, it was a shame when you were at your lowest but you came back at became the strong woman we all knew you could be
Akeno smiled and slightly bowed to Ikki. All Akeno wanted to do then and there was just rip Ikki's clothes off and try and dominate the young Blazer.
Ikki:Issei, for me and I'm sure to everyone in the Gremory family, you were the surprise package in every fight, you never gave up and fought through some tough opponents. I am personally so proud you because not to long ago you were the weakest member of this peerage but now you have proved just how powerful you are and this is only the beginning Issei, I've told you before that you have a huge potential especially thanks to your tenant and I will help you so that you can protect those you care most about. Let's both become the strongest Dragons we can be!
Issei at this point was trying his hardest to hold back the tears and just bowed to everyone in respect to them clapping him and then finally looked back at Ikki, Issei lifted his arm up and did a thumbs up to Ikki while copying Ikki's grin but with some tears streaming down his face. My hard work paid off...
Issei:Thank you Ddraig...and thank you...Ikki
Ikki:Last but least,..Rias, well I just want to say..Thank You...when I first met you I had my doubts but now, you've changed my life for the better, if not for you I would be your average run of the mill high school student but now I have friends,allies, and now......I have you, The one who I love with all of my heart and soul
Ikki:I love you Rias Gremory and I always will..Forever
Rias flew towards of the pedestal and was now feet away from a the one she wants to be with.Rias walks up to Ikki and puts her arms around him and buries her head into his chest seeking that warmth that she had grown accustomed to now, Ikki returns the hug as they both just stand still for what seemed like hours.
Ikki:I am Ikki Kurogane!! The Dark Dragon Emperor!! I am a Devil in the service of Rias Gremory!! and to anyone who dare to harm my friends, my family, or the peace of the 3 great powers. I will take them down with all of my strength!!
Issei,Akeno, Koneko, Kiba, Asia, Gasper, Xenovia, Irina, Rossweisse and nearly everyone else in the room began to clap to Ikki's little speech and after the party Team Gremory were on the way back to the human world with new hope in their hearts.
