Deja was staring at her phone, blankly. Of course this was going to start up again she thought as Mich walked in.
"Get yo ass up!!" She yelled and Deja throw the covers over her head
"I'm sick.. go without me." Deja said, trying make Mich go away so she doesn't see her cry.
"You never get sick.. like ever. Come on get yo big headed ass up!" She said pulling the covers off of her. Deja groaned
"Come on or you and I are gonna have to fight ." she said teasingly but Deja glared at her
"You would like that wouldn't you?" She hissed before walking in her bathroom and slamming the door.
"What was that about?" Mich asked herself and decided to keep a close eye on Deja today.

Deja and Mich didn't say one word to each other on the walk to school. Michelle was worried about her best friend who kept looking at her phone and sighing. They got to school and Deja left Mich and went to her locker before anyone could stop her.
"It's like we can never catch a break." Maya said as Mich came to them, saying that Deja was acting weird. Liam glared at her, making her be quiet. He doesn't play about Deja, doesn't matter who you are. Girlfriend or not.
"Maybe it's a New York thing." Zay said, coming back from Texas.
"Where is she?" Lucas asked
"She ran off before I could say or do anything." Mich told him
"Well come on, let's make sure she's alright." Riley said and they headed to Deja's locker where she was looking down at her phone, wiping her eyes.
"Precious.." Lucas called out to her and she looked up and quickly closed her phone. She smiled at him and gave him a kiss. Michelle and Liam noticed her hands were shaking and shared a look.
"Hey Dee.. you okay?" Riley asked and then her phone beeped, making her tense
"Uh Yea I'm okay. Hey Mich I'm sorry for this morning." She apologized and Michelle just hugged her
"It's okay Dej.. I'm here for you.. you know that right? We all are." She asked her and Deja hesitantly nodded
"Yea.. yea of course." She said, rubbing her arm and Lucas noticed a bruise on her knuckles. He softly grabbed her hand, making her flinch a bit
"Where did you get this bruise?" He asked and she pulled her away
"Oh I hit it while I was at home. You know I ran out of contacts and I had to find my glasses." She said lying and they knew she was lying because after she ran out during the debate, she bought a lot so she wouldn't run out for a while. The bell then rang.
"Oh the bell. I have choir, see you guys later." She said walking away quickly.
"You see what I was talking about?" Michelle asked them and they all nodded
"There's definitely something wrong with her. Where did she get that bruise from?" Farkle asked
Deja's POV
I ran to the bathroom and pulled out my phone. Come on Deja, you can do this. It's nothing new. I sent a message before running out of school.

Lucas' POV
We all walked into Mr. Matthews' class to see him and Shawn panicking.
"Shawn what are you doing?" Mich asked
"Have you guys seen Deja?" He asked
"Yea this morning before the bell rang.. why?" I asked
"She never went to her first class. And she's not in school. We tried calling her but she hasn't answered her phone." Shawn said making my heart drop
"She's been acting weird all morning. Do you think that's why she's not here in school?" Liam asked
"What do you mean weird?" Mr. Matthews asked
"Like constantly checking her phone and she had bruises in her knuckles. Her hands were shaking earlier." Liam explained.
"What's happening with her?" Shawn asked, overly worried.
"We don't know.. this morning she didn't want to get out of bed. And she just snapped at me but I didn't take it to heart because I had a feeling something was wrong." Mich told him.

Deja's POV
I leaned up against the wall, breathing heavily wiping the blood from my nose.
"Dude sure does know how to pack a punch..."I whispered to myself before
looking at the time.
"Shit.. I lost track of time." I mumbled to myself and noticed everyone was blowing up my phone. I straighten myself out to the best of my ability and started heading home. I went up the fire escape and stop once I heard the voice of my friends in my room.
"Where is she?" I heard Lucas and my heart broke at the worry in his voice.
"We've been calling her all day.." Farkle said
"It's my fault.. I knew something was wrong and I didn't do anything." I heard Mich say and sighed quietly before heading down the fire escape. I guess I'm gonna have to find somewhere to sleep tonight.
Lucas' POV
We all got quiet as we heard someone outside. I looked out the window and saw that no one was there.
"Do you think that was Deja?" Maya asked
"It had to be, no one uses the fire escape except for her.." I said.. it was quiet for while before my phone went off.
"Lucas what is it?"
"I know where Deja is."
Deja's POV
I called Thor and asked him if I could stay in the night. He said yea so I headed over there. But I knew all I could really do is shower over there. I knocked on the door and waited. He opened before looking at me shocked.
"What the hell happened Dee?" He asked and I just hugged him. He doesn't say anything and hugged me back.
"Can I please just shower?" I asked against his chest and I felt him nod
"Of course, you know where my room is.. you can grab anything you want to wear." He said
"Thank you." I headed upstairs to shower.. I knew how Thor was and I knew he was going to call Lucas so I had to be quick. I didn't waste no time and jumped in the shower, I winced when the water had hit some of my bruises. I washed my body and finished up my shower. I dried myself off before grabbing one of Thor's boxers and one of his jeans. I had a cropped tank-top in my bag so I put that on.
I rushed to put my clothes in my bag before the others get here but I heard Lucas' voice from downstairs.
"Fuck.."
Lucas' POV
I went to Thor's house with Liam and Shawn. The others were waiting at her house. We walked in
"She's in the shower, she came here with a black eye and dry blood under her nose. She wouldn't tell me what happened." Thor told us and I ran my fingers through my hair.
"Can you show where she is?" Shawn asked and Thor nodded but before any of us could move, we heard something break upstairs. We shared all a look before they ran upstairs. Something told me to run outside so I did and I bumped into someone.
"Lucas.." my eyes widen at the sight of my girlfriend.. my baby. With bruises on her face.
"Deja.. the hell is going on?" I demanded and her phone went off, making her tense up. She pulled out her phone but I grabbed it from her.
"Lucas give it to me." She said, reaching for it but I held it above my head.
"No, not until you tell me what's going on." I said sternly and she sighed
"Fine but not here." She said
"Let's go to my house."
Deja's POV
We got to Lucas' house and I kept hearing my phone going off in his pocket. He hadn't said anything to me the way over here. We sat on the couch in silent before he looked over at me. I took that as a sign to start talking.
"I've been getting these text messages.. threats talking about how they would hurt you or the others. And they wouldn't do anything if I would fight a group of people... it was like-" he cut me off
"Like what happened at your old school.." he finished for me.
"At first I wasn't going to do anything and I was so close to telling you what was going on but it was like they knew where I was 24/7 so I knew I couldn't risk it." I told him and he moved closer to me before pulling me into a hug.
"You should've told me anyways.. you didn't have go through this alone." He said
"I know.."
"How long..?" He asked and my breath hitched.
"How long Deja..?" He asked again
"A couple of weeks.. it was easy to manage since they were only at night but they started texting during the day.." I told him and his hold tightened around me.
"You have to tell the others.. you can't keep doing this. We can help you." He said and I nodded against his shoulder.
"Okay.." That's when Lucas called everyone and told them that I was with him at his house. Once they got here, my dad immediately pulled me into his embrace. He pulled away to hold my face and his thumb ran over my eye, making me wince in pain.
"I'm okay dad, just a couple of bruises." I told him and he shook his head.
"How did I not notice..? What kind of father am I to not notice his own daughter was going through something like this?" He said
"Dad.. it's not your fault. It's no one's fault.. but mine. I should've told you once I gotten the messages and I'm sorry." He just kissed my forehead, pulling me into another hug. Riley and Maya were next to hug me.
"You don't have to go through anything alone anymore Dee." Maya whispered to me
"We'll always be here.." Riley added. Farkle just hugged me tightly without saying a word and placed a kiss on my cheek. Liam flicked my forehead making me rub it.
"Next time, I'm kicking your ass Deja. Stop playing with me." He said making me laugh and I hugged him. I pulled away to see Mich standing by the door.
"You said it was us against the world.. you said we would kick ass together.. why didn't you tell me?" She asked with tears in her eyes.
"Because I didn't want you or anyone else to get hurt. As bad as it sounds, I'm use to this life Mich and if anyone would've hurt any of you, that would've been on me." I told her and I pulled her into a hug making her cry in my arms.
"I'm okay Mich.. I'm okay.." I told her softly and she held me tighter while nodding. We pulled away and I wiped her tears before she smacked me upside the head.
"Ow, I got hit there earlier. Watch it." I said and she gasped
"I'm so sorry! I didn't know-" I cut her off by laughing.
"I was kidding Mich." she glared at me
"You're an asshole." I shrugged
"I know." I looked to see Zay walking in with some food. Dude is always eating something.
"Oh did I miss the hug fest? Damn it." I laughed before opening my arms
"Bring it in dumbass." He hugged me
"I'm glad you're okay." He said
"Me too." We pulled away and I sat down on Lucas' lap.
"That's enough hugging for me, I know I'm gonna get more from Cory and Topanga later so let's make this quick."
"What's the plan?" Maya asked
"We need to make them leave Precious alone." Lucas said, wrapping his arms around my waist.
"I think I can help with that." We saw Cory and Topanga standing at the door.
"Damn it, I'm never gonna hear the end of this am I?" I groaned
"Nope."

I went to go meet up with the person at the park since it was late at night. What the person didn't know is that Topanga called some officers to hide all around the park. I saw someone with a hoodie on, sitting at the bench and went over.
"Alright, whatever this is I'm done with it." I said and they turned towards me.
"Missy?" She chuckled and I noticed her appearance.. she looked sick. Physically and definitely mentally.
"See here Deja, guess what? You're not done until I say you're done. You ruined my life! And you're going to pay. I tried ending your relationship with Lucas with that text but that didn't work so this is the next best thing." She said shocking me.
"That was you?!" I asked
"Of course it was but you guys just had to be the perfect couple and make up. So I did some digging and found out you have a history with fighting. What else would make you fight without anyone knowing? The safety of your friends and family." I looked at her in disbelief
"You're sick in the head." I told her and she shrugged.
"You might be right on that one. So I sent threats and found some people you could fight. Everytime, I gave you someone little bit hard but you just kept on winning. So I'll just have to take care of you myself." She said and before she could do anything, she was tackled by a police officer.
"W-what? Get off of me." She said before looking up at me so I lifted my hoodie to show her I was wearing a wire.
"You set me up." She sneered as they put cuffs on her.
"Missy, you're not okay and you need to get help." I told her as they dragged her away.
"ILL GET YOU FOR THIS DEJA! JUST YOU WAIT!" She yelled as they put her in the car and drove off. A hand softly touched my shoulder and I looked over to see Topanga.
"You okay?" She asked and I nodded.
"Yea, let's head home."

Everyone was shocked to found it that Missy was behind all of this. This whole thing made the news and Melody had contacted me, apologizing for what her sister did. Turns out Missy did have a problem and she was sick but decided to run away from home. Her family noticed that she had a weird vendetta against me and decided to get her some help. But Missy ended up missing a few weeks back, a few days before I started getting messages.
"Wow.. I hope she gets the proper help that she needs.." Mama friar said as we all sat in her living room.
"Me too.. while I was talking to her, I could tell she wasn't conscious.. it was like she wasn't all the way there.." I said leaning against Lucas.
"Im just glad this is all over and you're okay." Cory said and I smiled.
"Me too.."

"You know you can talk to me about anything right?" Lucas asked me as we cuddled in his bed.
"Yes Luke I know that, I trust you more than anything. I just didn't want to risk anything." I told him, looking up at him and he gently caressed my cheek.
"Don't ever scare me like that again Deja..." I placed my hand on his wrist and gave it a kiss.
"I promise I won't." He leaned in and placed his lips on mine.
"I love you, you know that right?" I smiled and nodded
"I know and I love you too Cowboy." He chuckled, pulling me into another kiss. I kissed him back before straddling his waist.
"How about I make it up to you Luke?" I whispered, placing kisses on his neck. He groaned softly, gripping my hips tightly.
"I- I think that would be great.." He sighed, giving me more access to his neck. I left a few light hickeys on his neck before sitting up. I removed the tank top I had on, leaving me in my bra. Lucas trailed his hands up my waist and stomach, looking at a bruise that I had on my side. He quickly flipped us over, taking me by surprise before kissing all over my body.
"Lucas..." my eyes closed as I got into the feeling of his lips on me. He kissed up to my collarbone and went to my neck, and finally made it back to my lips. I wrapped my arms and legs around him as we made out.
"REMEMBER I WANT A GRANDDAUGHTER FIRST!!" I pulled away and let out a laugh while Lucas groaned, dropping his head into ny neck.
"Seriously Mama?!" Lucas yelled out
"WHAT?? I ALREADY KNOW DEJA IS GOING TO BECOME A PART OF THE FAMILY! YOU GAVE ME A DAUGHTER, THE LEAST YOU COULD DO IS GIVE ME A GRANDDAUGHTER AS WELL!" I bit my lip, trying to hold back the laugh that was trying to escape my throat.
"Why does this happen all the time?" Lucas whined, clearly frustrated so I gently pushed him on back and went between his legs. I placed my hands on his belt buckle
"Can you be quiet for me?" I asked innocently and he nodded vigorously, making me smirk a bit.
"Good."
