It's been one month.
The hard work of Jungkook succeeded in making a place in Y/n's heart.
Though Jungkook knew Y/n will never forgive him, he himself cannot forgive himself so he can't expect it from Y/n.
But he promised that now he will do anything for her smile.
He will mend his mistakes and make Y/n feel the happiest girl.
He will try to make Y/n forget that sin he did.
He will only create beautiful memories in her life.
And about your feeling, you are relieved as he is not hurting you as he used to.
In fact, he was treating you like a baby.
He was showing you his love through his actions.
This won't change the fact you are still scared of him.
No matter how much he tries but that little fear of him hurting you will always arise whenever he glares at you as you don't take medicines.
You can see guilt in Jungkook's eyes whenever he gives you medicines.
Till now Jungkook never gave you a reason to feel that you did a mistake by giving him a chance.
He became a responsible and really caring husband.
You thought if you should try to forget everything and start a new beginning with him.
To the hell you came he really made it heaven now.
But again your fear, those memories held you back.
You were still cold to him.
He knows he deserves your cold behavior.
Right now you were in the kitchen cooking.
Just then Jungkook came and back hugged you.
You know it's him he does this often.
Jungkook : Baby girl why are you cooking? Where are the maids?
Y/n : One of them is out to buy groceries other is cleaning and one is on a leave. So I thought to cook today.
Jungkook made you stop cooking and turned to him.
Y/n : Jungkook please don't disturb me right now.
Jungkook : Leave it. Let me cook.
Jungkook started cooking and you were looking at him.
You can't believe he is the same man who hurt you before many times.
You don't know why are you still here.
But now you are happy.
The fear was also decreasing but an unknown feeling was taking over.
Y/n : Do you know how to cook?
JK : Yes. I used to cook when I lived alone.
You nodded.

JK : Baby it's done. Taste it.
Y/n : I don't want to get sick.
JK : You won't.
You ate and was surprised it was really good.
Y/n : I can't believe you cooked it. It tastes so good.
Jungkook smiled and sat beside you.

You were sitting in your room when Jungkook came.
JK : Babygirl come with me.
Y/n : Huh....where?
JK : I'll tell you first come.
Jungkook took you to the training base.
You saw people training doing the workout, boxing, and learning shooting.
Y/n : Why you bring me here Jungkook?
JK : To train you. You need to be trained for your safety. I will always be there for you but for my satisfaction I want you to be trained so you could protect yourself in time when needed.
You just nodded.
Then you heard a man shouting at a girl there.
Man : You need to train hard. So weak...do you think you'll stand any chance before the enemy...
Girl : I am training hard. You don't need to shout on me...
The man was scolding that girl.
You looked Jungkook who looked pissed.
Jungkook : What do you think you are doing Josh?
He asked that man.
The base became silent and all attention turned towards them.
Josh : S-Sir I was just telling her to work hard.
JK : And who gave you the right to boss around?
Josh : She looked weak. I don't think she is capable of carrying out missions that's why I told her to focus.
JK : Hmm you think she is weak...is it so? Rhea, what do you want to say?
Rhea : I am working hard sir. His rank is higher than mine that's why I was obeying him.
JK : Rank doesn't matter. So Josh you think Rhea is weak then let's see a face-off between you two.
Josh : But sir-
JK : I said what I said.
Jungkook took you and sat on the couch.

Rhea won against Josh though it was tough for her.
JK : So who is weak here Josh?
Josh : I am sorry sir.
JK : Rhea I want you to train him for a month. And if he disobeys you shoot him.
You looked at him shocked as he said so.
Jungkook turned to you.
JK : Babygirl your training will start from today. And I'll myself train you.
You just nodded.

You just sat there tired.
Jungkook did teach you many things today but because of his demonstrations on his men, many got injured.
You looked as everyone left the base, just you two were there.
Jungkook was still working out.
You won't lie he was looking hot.
His hair was wet with sweat and his abs were visible due to the wet t-shirt.
You were staring at him until he made eye contact with you.
You looked away and he chuckled.
JK : You can stare at me Y/n. I am all yours.
He said still doing push-ups.
Y/n : Who said I was staring? You don't even have a good body.
Jungkook stood up and looked at you.
He came near you and your heartbeat increased.
JK : Are you serious Y/n? This isn't good enough for you?
He lifted his shirt showing you his perfect abs.
Your heart skipped a beat and you looked away being all red.
Jungkook chuckled seeing your face.

Jungkook was feeding you though you refused still he was so stubborn to feed you.
Y/n : Jungkook I can eat myself.
JK : No I can see are tired just eat and go to sleep.
You let him feed you.
Y/n : Why are treating me like this now Jungkook? Showing me affection, caring about me?
JK : You deserve to be treated like this Y/n. I didn't realize my feelings before but now I won't do any mistakes.
Y/n : Jungkook why did you become a mafia?
Jungkook looked at you. He was not expecting this suddenly.
JK : You should sleep it's getting late.
He got up to go to his room but you held his wrist.
Y/n : Are you trying to avoid the question?
Of course, he was. He didn't want to tell you anything.
JK : It's not like that it's just that things are getting better between us I don't want to ruin it. Maybe your perspective would change about me and you'll hate me more...
Y/n : I won't Jungkook. But maybe knowing you more my feelings towards you change positively?
JK sighed and sat in front of you again.
JK : I never wanted to be a mafia willingly Y/n...It's just my fate that led me here...We were a happy family as any other family. My Dad was the CEO of Jeon Industries. My dad loved me and my mom a lot. But it didn't last long. I was sixteen when my dad was killed. His business partner killed him to get the Company. But there was no proof nor the police investigated the murder case. I felt so helpless that time. My uncle helped us we went to live with him. But then one day I found an injured man in an alley and that's when everything changed.
I helped him. He was a mafia leader he made me join his gang and I wanted to take revenge for my father's death. There I met my hyungs. They trained me. Mom was against it but I didn't listen to her. I killed the person who killed my father. My mom was upset with me so she went to the U.S., where you helped her. I was heartless after that and emotionless. But then you came you made me encounter so many emotions, I felt alive because of you. And am thankful to you for that. I took over my Dad's company again and name JK Industries. By the time I became the leader of my gang and eventually Mafia King.
You were listening to him attentively.
He took a deep breath as tears could be seen in his eyes and yours too.
You hugged him and he was shocked but hugged you back slowly.
Y/n : I am sorry I shouldn't have asked you to tell me all these.
JK : It's okay baby. Actually, I am feeling light-hearted after telling you all this.
Y/n : You wanted a normal life Jungkook so why are you still a mafia?
JK : It's not easy to give up on mafia life baby. I made so many enemies who are looking for a chance to kill me. I am so deep in this mess that I can't turn back now...I am sorry Y/n you also became a part of this mafia life because of me.
Y/n : But it doesn't affect me. I wanted a simple and peaceful life. That I am still having maybe because you try to keep it away from me as much as possible. So don't be sorry.
JK nodded but he was sad as you wanted a peaceful life where he bought you in his dark life.
JK : I will always keep you away Y/n. You are the only light of my dark life. So...did your feelings changed after knowing my past?
You looked at him. You didn't know if your feelings changed or not.
But it affected you. You felt relieved when he said he never wanted to be mafia willingly.
But you feel sad also because of what he has gone through at a young age.
Y/n : You told me because you wanted to change my feelings?
JK : Maybe.....
Y/n : I should sleep it's late.
JK chuckled and went to his room.
He knows he started to affect you.
