•Gabrielle• the twins first birthday
it's been two months since christian proposed and it's been the best two months i've ever experienced in my life time. today is the twins first birthday. june 17th. anna , sabrina and dev were in charge of the planning and setting things up. we're doing it here at my house today but we're staying at sabs house so i don't see anything. the party starts at 12 and it's currently 10. we're packing things up to head over to our house now. we have cade with us too.
"come on cade!! we're gonna go see mommy!"
i was stressed out trying to get the babies changed , dressed and fed while christian packed up. cade wasn't wanting to listen to me because sabrina wasn't there.

and i got cade changed into this
"aunt gabby will get you chick fil a for lunch if you come downstairs and come to my house with me!!"
i yelled holding natalie in my arms
"okay!!" he screamed running down the steps. the little hooker was 2 years old and he was a pain man
christian laughed while taking nate outside
we put the twins in the front and i put cade in the backseat of my infiniti
it was a present from christian for my birthday
we headed down the road to grab chick fil a for the little monster in the back and then headed to my house. we got all the kiddos unbuckled and started inside. i walked in and my mouth just dropped
they had decorated half the house for natalie and half the house for nathan. they were truly the best aunts these babies could ever ask for
"sabrina!! omg!"
"mommy!!" cade ran to sabrina and she picked him
up
"anna omg" i was astonished
"so do you like it?" dev smiled
"i absolutely love it!"
nate wiggled from my arms and went running to the table to start playing
"and i think our little boy likes it too" i giggled
natalie ran to the table with the cookies and grabbed one and sat down on her chair
"thank you guys so much!" i hugged them
"ma and pa should be here any moment with cole, nicole , diego and sam" sab smiled
"okay!"
"and don't worry about clean up, the boys said they'd do it"
"okay!!"
"how was cade?" sabrina asked as we separated ourselves from everyone else for a minute
"he was a handful without you there. he kept saying i'm not leaving without my mommy. so i said aunt gabby would get him chick fil a if he would come with me"
"you are the best aunt there is!" she hugged me

"bae come here" cade grabbed my hand
he's called me every name there could be since he could talk. aunt gabby, auntie gab , and then bae. he's called me bae since he could talk
i went over to the table and then heard the door bell ring

i walked to the door and none the less. who was it?...
vinnie. motherfucking. hacker.
"what in the absolute fuck are you doing here!?" i tried to lower my voice so the kids and everyone didn't hear me
"it's my twins birthday. i figured i'd show up"
was he shitting me?....
"are you shitting me vincent??"
"no"
"i'll be right back". i shut the door and walked to find sabrina , christian and anna.
"hey babe"
"hey baby. how are you enjoying the party?"
"it's great , can you come w me?"
"sure?"
i pulled his hand and sabrinas and went over to anna
"wel guys. the day i've dreaded for a year has come. vincent hacker is at my door step and i need you two to come with me and i need you anna to watch the twins and cade especially. i know dev and the girls are here along with my family. just please watch my kids"
"and mine too" sabrina side smiled
"yes of course"
i took off towards the door and they followed behind me
i walked out and vinnie was on the sidewalk
"vinnie what are you doing here?" christian asked
"i wanna see my kids" he replied
"your kids!? are you fucking kidding me!?" i yelled
"gabbie..." sabrina reached for my hand
"no, i'm not gonna let him come up into my house with my kids. my family. and be a once a year father. do you see this man standing beside me? do you see him!?"
"yes" he looked down
"this man right here has been by my side since the day you walked out on me , natalie and nathan. he's changed every poopy diaper. cleaned up throw up off his own hair , and he's played with them day in and day out for the last 7 months while you were off partying and fucking everything that moves. don't think i didn't see the tabloids. your name and face was all over it this last week. you wanna see your kids. guess your gonna have to go through me or the court first"
"gabrielle is right vinnie , christian had a choice to leave and move on with his life. but he chose to stay and take care of gabby and the twins because his love for all three of them is unconditional and consistent not every once in a while. i had my part in raising those kids too. and gabrielle is a damn good mother. her kids don't deserve a part time father. they deserve someone who's gonna be there for them like christian is. they already are calling him dad and dada. how does that make you feel knowing your own kids are calling another man dad?"
there was silence for a few minutes
"answer my damn question vincent" sabrina yelled
"shitty okay, i know my excuses don't mean shit to any of you okay?... you don't know why i left okay. you still don't and i'm not even gonna tell you. gabrielle. you still have my number and whenever your ready to let me see natalie and nate. please just text me. i'm sorry for ruining your day. i'll leave now"
he walked off towards his truck and i took off upstairs to mine and christians bathroom and i locked the door behind me
"baby please let me in" christian beat on the door
"please just leave me be right now , i'm okay and i just need sabrina"
"okay my love , i'll go and get her"
it was about five minutes later that sabrina knocked on my door. the way i knew it was her was when we were little and ma and pa would fight. she had a special knock she'd do to let me know it was her
i leaned up for her to come in. i shut the door behind her. she sat criss cross infront of me and smiled
"what's going on in that cute little head of yours love" she held my hand
"what's going on is i want vinnie to see the twins. i want my babies to know who their father is. i also want christian to be there father because i know that he isn't ever walk out on them like vinnie did. i also don't want the twins to be mad at me once their older if they ever do find out that christian isn't their dad. i just would've done anything to keep vinnie in my life and the babies life. i loved him so much. i would've followed him anywhere. thru any dark road till i died. if he would've let me

"baby, your overthinking this. vinnie is young. don't forget that. but if he is going to sober up and wants to see the kids and wants to come and get them. give him the benifit of the doubt of the doubt one more time. kio did this. remember? he walked out on me and cade until he sobered up and realized the only thing keeping him away from cade was himself. him and cade have a wonderful relationship. it took a lot of talking it over with kio and cooper but i wanted the same thing. now my baby boy is loved by two amazing men who would give their life for him"
"you are right. i guess i just need to talk to over with christian tonight"
"you do! , now wipe your eyes" she handed me a tissue
"and let's go celebrate the fact you made it and entire year with your babies mama! you did it. just a couple more months and you will go from being a teen mom to a young mom"
she pulled me up off the floor and wiped my eyes. she kissed my forehead and walked with me downstairs to see my babies running up to me.
i don't know what i'd do without sabrina to be honest. she's my rock. my best friend and i couldn't make it in this crazy life without her by my side
i walked over to christian and hugged him
"i just want you to know baby , i'm not leaving. i'm saying right here with you and the twins. no matter what happens. i love you so much"
