Hello everyone. Now before we get into this chapter, keep in mind that I'm writing this based off what I currently know about the manga. So if something in this chapter messes with up something in the manga I will be sure to either edit it, or try to play around it. Anyways, I hope you enjoy this chapter (:

Ryuji POV
After a few hours of work, I look at what time it is. I then check on the news to see that Izuku has beaten Muscular once again.
"Alright Arvin, have the Might-Buster on standby. Izuku has officially committed his first act of vigilantism. Which means it's time to go and arrest him" I say
"Understood, sir. The Might-Buster, along with as many suits as you'll need, will be ready to be deployed at any moment" he says
"Don't take this personally Izuku, but I won't be holding back" I say
I make my final preparations and fly out of my sunroof and make my way to Izuku's location.
Izuku POV
I stand straight up and turn to look back at the now defeated Muscular.
"I wish there was a way to talk him out of fighting..." I think
There's then a crashing sound behind me.
"Well well well. If it isn't the one and only Izuku Midoriya. The man who abandoned everything he loved all because he doesn't think we can't handle ourselves" a familiar voice says
I turn to see Ryuji standing across from me.
Ryuji POV
"I should've known you'd come here" he says
"I see that you've adopted that ridiculous looking mask again along with that new yellow scarf or whatever it is. You've also got a jetpack as well? I wonder who went and made changes to my precious suit design" I say
"Is it just you here? Or are some of the others heading here as well?" He asks
"Oh it's just me. Everyone back at U.A is too busy sulking around. Granted I guess I can't say much, but I will say that I've got a new agenda. One that will benefit the whole world" I say
"Ryuji, you know that I had to leave. I didn't want you all to be in danger" he says
"Oh you must think that you're doing the right thing by leaving U.A so that All For One and Shigaraki don't go after us. That you're some kind of protector of us. Let me bring you back to reality for a second, we don't need your damn protection! We're all training to be heroes for a reason! If we couldn't handle ourselves, I can guarantee that our class would be a whole lot smaller and there'd be a lot more familiar gravestones" I say
"I would think that you'd understand that All For One and Shigaraki aren't just some random villains that could easily be beaten. They are extremely dangerous and I'm the only one that can take them down" he says
"Oh bullshit! Quit it with your new hero complex already. Just because you hold the power of One For All doesn't mean that you're some kind of chosen hero. This isn't one of Kaminari's fantasy games, you're just another human. One that used to be quirkless at that" I say
"Ryuji, I'm asking you to please understand my decision" he says
"You know, you're starting to piss me off, you know that? I feel as though you're letting your newfound powers get to your head. But just because you've got like what, 4 quirks now? Doesn't make you any more powerful than someone like me. And we'll prove that right here and now" I say
I fully power up my suit and get ready for a fight.
"Ryuji please, I don't want to fight you" he says
"Well you don't really have a choice. I'm gonna kick your ass and take you to jail. Then maybe we'll see who's strong enough to fight All For One" I say
"I suppose I don't have a choice then..." he says
He powers up and smoke starts coming out of his body.
"Arvin, you know what to do" I say
"Right away, sir" he says
I scan around in the smoke in search of Izuku. When I don't find him anywhere in front of me, I quickly fly upwards and I look back and see that I managed to dodge an attack from behind me.
"Wow Izuku, I see how you operate now" I say
I start firing repulsor shots at him but he's able to dodge them and uses the jetpack to fly up to me.
"That jetpack is gonna be a problem" I think
He wraps his Black Whip around the leg of my suit and makes me off balance. He then kicks me in the back and I get sent flying into the ground.
"God you fight dirty nowadays. Alright then, I can fight dirty as well" I say while standing up
I send a few micro homing missiles at his jetpack. They connect and he starts to come crashing down. But he then starts to just float and is able to successfully recover.
"Dammit I forgot about that one" I say to myself
I fly up to him and try to bait him with a missile. It works and as he's dodging the missile, I'm able to hit him with a repulsor blast right in the chest. He goes crashing into a building and I hover over to him.
"Come on Izuku, you know that you'll have to go all out against me" I say
"So be it then..." he says
I smirk and I see him power up fully.
"Alright Arvin, bring in the Might-Buster" I say
"It's on its way, sir" he says
Izuku pushes off of the building and comes crashing into my chest. The two of us go spiraling around in the sky as I try to get him off me.
"Come on man, stop being so clingy!" I exclaim
I power up my chest beam a bit and blast Midoriya off of me.
"Did you know that I came up with a new name for my super chest blast move? Figured I should tell you before I use it on you" I say
"It won't come to that. This'll be over soon" he says
He sends his black whips at me and I fly around to dodge them.
"Arvin, where's that Might-Buster?" I ask
"I apologize, sir. It'll be here in a few seconds" he says
"It's fine, just make sure to keep that perimeter up" I say
Izuku manages to grab my arm and pulls me towards him where he punches my helmet. This time I'm the one who's sent crashing face first into a building,
"Yup, that's definitely power that's equivalent to All Might. Though Toru's slaps hurt more both physically and emotionally" I groan
Izuku gives me no breathing room and he comes charging at me.
"Oh screw it, fire off of the Unibeam" I say
(A.N. I've finally done it everyone, I renamed Ryuji's ultimate move from his sucky old one, to the one and only Unibeam)
I power up my chest repulsor and fire it at him on full blast. The blast pushes him back and eventually breaks his block and he gets sent flying a far distance away from me. I then see my Might-Buster suit come flying in out of the corner of my eye.
"Perfect timing" I say as my suit powers down
The Might-Buster connects itself onto my suit and powers on once it's finished.
"Alright Izuku, let's finish this" I say
Izuku stands up and shakes his head.
"I agree, this fight has dragged on long enough" he says
He quickly comes charging at me and goes to kick me. But I'm able to grab his leg and slam him into the ground. But he quickly recovers and lets out a bunch of smoke. As I'm searching for him, I suddenly trip and fall onto my face. I quickly look behind me and see Izuku going for a punch at my back.
"I will not be hit in the back while in this suit again" I say
I activate my thrusters and shoot forward. I then hover onto my feet and fire off a laser shot at him. He's able to dodge and when he lands back onto the ground, we look at each other for a moment.
"Sir, the police have gone through the perimeter" Arvin says
"Got it. Guess it's time for phase two" I say
I look at the news helicopter that's flying around us and filming our fight.
"The police are on their way Izuku. Soon this'll all be over " I say
He gets the message and nods. He then lets out a huge amount of smoke that's able to cover both me and him.
"Can't believe that I have to pretend that I lost" I think
I then start to destroy parts of my suit as Izuku sneaks away. Before the smoke clears, I collapse to the ground among all my broken parts. Eventually the police arrive and quickly rush over to me.
"Are you okay?! Are you hurt in any way?" An officer asks
"I'm fine. But that damned traitor got away" I say
I exit my Might-Buster and then my normal suit. I then show my license to the police so that I don't get arrested.
"Young man, do you think you could some with us and answer some questions?" An officer asks
"That I can. I suppose you all need answers as to why I'm fighting my classmate" I say
I'm then taken to a police department and led to an interrogation room.
"Alright then, Ryuji Takashi. Let us start with why you were fighting with Izuku Midoriya" the interrogation officer says
"Well ma'am, as you know, I've recently returned from New York. You know, big alien fight, I almost died...again" I say
"I know that. The news was quite popular at that time" she says
"When I got back to Japan, I was greeted with a letter, from Izuku Midoriya himself" I say
"May I ask what the letter said?" She asks
"Basically he said that he was leaving U.A and pursuing after the recent escapees from Tartarus" I say
"Do you still have the letter? Did anyone else in your school receive a letter as well?" She asks
"I don't have the letter, I was filled with so much anger towards him that I kinda burnt it. As for if anyone has a letter, I can promise you that I was the only one he gave a letter too. And that's only because both he and I were extremely close and he felt like he owed it to me" I say
After a while of being interrogated and asked questions, I'm eventually able to leave the police station.
"Finally, now then, time to head to phase 3" I say to myself
I make my way to an old and abandoned apartment building while making sure that I'm not followed. Once I get there, I make my way to one of the rooms and knock on the door.
"Phase 3" I say
The door opens and I'm greeted with a very tired looking Izuku. I enter the apartment building and plop down on his old, and kind of gross, couch.
"Did phase 2 work?" He asks
"It did. I managed to throw the police off your trail and somehow convince them that I wasn't fighting you and instead that I was fighting some villain that got away. Heh, it's funny because I'm even helping in the investigation" I say
"That's good. I wouldn't want you to get in major trouble all because of me" he says
"You know, I meant what I said before we fought. We don't need your protection, we're all perfectly capable of handling ourselves" I say
"I know you all are. But I just can't risk it" he says
"Sigh...Whatever. Let me hurry up and repair the damages I caused to your gear. I've got my own set of problems and things I need to be doing" I say
As I head to my work station, I look back at Izuku.
"And just for the record, I definitely would have kicked your ass if that was a real fight" I say
I see what seems like a small smile appear on his face.
"I don't know, I think I would've won" he says
"No way! Even with your multiple quirks, which are a major pain in the ass to deal with by the way, I still would win. I'm just that good" I say
We both share a small laugh before I get to work on his repairs. Once I'm finished, I start heading for the door.
"I'll be back tomorrow night, and the nights following that. Try to to get yourself killed" I say
I don't get a response so I look back to see Izuku fast asleep on the couch.
"Heh...have a good night" I say
I leave the building and start making my way back to U.A...
