There could be more than one of each restaurant and location
There could have been multiple Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria locations, multiple Fazbear's Frights locations, multiple Circus Baby's Pizza World locations, etc., scattered all over the continent, maybe even all over the world, with the same animatronics, but with different souls possessing them at every location.
Ok never mind, I'll explain it this way instead-
Let's say that there is one Baby's Pizza World in- idk- Britain? And let's say that there is another Baby's Pizza World in Peru. The location in Britain is where Elizabeth resides, so that means there could be a whole different crew of dead ppl possessing the animatronics in Peru. There could be multiple Circus Baby animatronics, all possessed by different people.
