Jessie was being annoyed by a Lexi as she walked through the forest.
"Jeshieeeeee I want raspberries~~!!!!!" The exceed whined.
Jessie sighed and looked to her left.
"Look. A raspberry bush! Go nuts."
Lexi attacked the bush, her mouth watering.
"Don't eat them without washing them off first." Jessie warned just as the exceed was about to pop one in her mouth.
"Can you use your water magic to wash them?" Lexi asked without thinking.
Jessie stopped dead in her tracks and looked at the magenta exceed as if saying: 'I will cut you.'
"Sorry Jeshie..."
Jessie sighed and smiled. "We will find a stream to wash them in."
They walked a few more feet after Lexi put her raspberries up for later. Jessie stopped as her sensitive ears picked up the soft sound of a flute.
She knew that song.
A soft voice started singing along to the flute.

Jessie and Lexi came into a clearing where two girls were standing under a tree that held a beaten down tree house. One girl was playing a flute with her eyes closed, the other was singing softly and beautifully. The girl playing the flute was wearing a shirt that just covered her chest, and shorts. She had short brown hair. The girl singing was wearing a long black cloak with the hood down. She had long light blue hair.

Jessia and Lexi whooped and applauded the girls as the song came to a stop, startling the hooded girl so bad she squeaked and hid in her cloak.
The other girl was surrounded by a puff of magic smoke and was reverted to an exceed. She was still holding a flute, but now she had murder in her eyes.
"Wh-wh-wh-what d-d-d-did y-y-y-you h-h-h-hear..?" The girl who had been singing asked, her voice barley audible.
"Since you started singing. You have a beautiful voice." Lexi said.
"I'm sorry if we disturbed you." Jessie said. "I'm Jessie Celestia, this is Lexi. We are looking for a stream."
The exceed who looked like a minature tiger looked at the multi-mage and the magenta exceed for a long while before finally speaking.
"I am Cookie." She said at last.
"WAA!! You have a delicious name~~!!" Lexi said, earning a punch in the arm from Jessie.
"I-i-i-i'm D-d-d-d-d-d-Dove D-......" The hooded girl whimpered, her voice growing smaller with each word until Jessie could not hear her last name.
"Come again..?" She was trying to be polite.
"D-d-d-d-d-dDove D-Dragneel..." Dove whimpered, her cheeks a dark red.
"Dragneel. By any chance are you related to Natsu Dragneel?"
"He is my big brother~!" Dove said, removing her hood.
"Ah, Then I bet you are brighter than your dim-witted brother." Jessie smiled.
The tiny smile that had been playing on Dove's lips disappeared.
"He's not dumb... Just... Not ok in the head...." Dove said. Cookie snickered a little, telling the others it was fine to laugh to.
Dove pointed up. "You can come inside if you like. We have running water. You won't need the stream."
Jessie looked at the little shack in the tree. How could that little run-down, dying stack of planks and bark hold one person? Much less running water?
As if reading her thoughts, Dove spoke up. "Trust me. It's better on the inside. I'm better at interior decorating than exterior."
Cookie nodded in agreement.
Lexi and Jessie looked at each other for a moment before agreeing.
Dove took off her hood, revealing a purple jacket and jeans. Largish red and black wings emerged from her back.
"Can you fly Celestia-san?" Dove asked, her crystal blue eyes shimmering.
"I can~~!" Lexi chimed, using her by birth magic to grow angelic wings and fly up to Jessie's head.
"Can you get up there?" Dove pointed to the tree house again.
Jessie and Lexi nodded.
Cookie got her wings out as well, hers were HUGE! Each scaling about half the length of Dove's body length-wise.
"Come on, dragon." Cookie said to Dove.
Cookie flew up to the bottom of the tree house and pushed in. A square-shaped hole opened up and Cookie disappeared in it, somehow getting her wings in.
Dove stayed down and let her guests get up.
Jessie's eyes widened when she entered.
The place opened up. There was a large sitting room that led to a kitchen and a bar and a long hallway leading to multiple rooms. A high ceiling decorated with a hanging chandelier and paintings of dragons, and the flyers of missions she had went on from both Fairy Tail and Blue Pegasus. The walls were painted many different colors. Cookie was behind the bar pouring two matinees, a glass of milk, and a strong beer that Jessie recognized to be a mixture of Sake, Vodka, and Ale.
"Welcome to our humble abode." Cookie grumbled, grabbing a matinee and milk and walking over to the two guests.
Lexi took the matinee and Jessie took the milk. "Thank you." They said in unison.Dove entered and put her cloak on a hook.
"I made you your favorite." Cookie said to Dove.
Then Cookie walked over to Jessie and whispered something in her ear, Jessie nodded and told Lexi to drink up, earning a strange look from the exceed, but she drank anyway.
Jessie watched as Dove took off her purple jacket to reveal a blue one underneath, then took that off to reveal a beige one, then took that off the reveal a long sleeved shirt. Jessie sweat-dropped a little.
Cookie handed the blue haired girl the frothing mug of beer and sipped her own matinee.
"Thank you Cook." Dove downed the mug in 5 seconds flat.
"How old are you..?" Jessie asked worriedly.
"14 next month." Dove stated blankly.
Jessie spat her milk out and stared at the blue-haired girl. "WHAT??!!"
"Don't worry, she's been drinking since she was 3." Cookie said, cleaning up the spit milk.
"Sorry!" Jessie apologized to the cat.
'What happened to her to make her an alcoholic at such a young age? Did her parents not stop her? Was she taken away from her parents? That happened to me, but i never went to beer! Was she captured by dark mages? Was she forced to kill? Was she raised by people who just didn't care if she drank?' Jessie asked many questions in her head, yet none out loud.
"I was raped. Nope. Actually, my biological parents left. We are different people with different tastes. More like sexually deprived middle aged men. Yes. And Mary drunk with me. Did I answer all your questions?" Dove said.
"Dove. It's impolite to read people's minds. We have been over this." Cookie scolded the girl, smacking her so hard over the head that she fell over and broke her nose.
"S-sorry... She just seemed really interested. I couldn't help it..." Dove said, getting shakily to her knees holding her bloody nose.
"Wait... What kind of magic is that?" Lexi asked. "And why don't I even feel buzzed? Did you make that matinee right?"
"It was non-alcoholic. And it a different form of memory magic." Cookie explained. "Would you like some more?"
After a hard stare, the magenta exceed realized she could have the taste of martinee without the horrible hangover. "Yes please!!"
The four girls talked for some time.
Jessie felt she could open up to Dove, tell her what was on her mind, yet she felt that Dove was strongly holding back her emotions. She had only just met the girl so she couldn't really tell.
"You said something about needing a stream, right?" Dove said.
"YUSH!! I need to wash my raspberries~~~!! " Lexi said, producing the berries.
"Sink." Cookie said.
Dove went to sit on the couch and Cookie took this oppertuinity to sit in her dragon's lap.
"So, are you a dragon slayer?" Jessie asked, motioning twords Cookie.
"Are you a human slayer?!" Dove growled.
"That's a murderer." Jessie reasoned, felling a little hurt.
"Exactly! I will not murder my own kind." Dove huffed.
"Your own kind?" Lexi said, coming back from the kitchen.
"Yup. My baby is a dragon~!" Cookie said.

(Time skip to save room)
So the four girls made their way to the cherry blossom tree.
Dove climbed up in it for no particular reason.
Jessie was sitting under it, enjoying the quiet as the exceeds made flower crowns.
"Hey." Jessie looked up to see none other than Sting.
"Hi Sting, hi Rogue." Jessie sighed.
"Did you bring your exceeds?" Lexi asked.
Lector and Froche walked to join the exceeds in their flower crown making.
"Are you the emo dragon slayer?" Dove asked Rouge, popping out of the tree and landing beside him.
"What?!" Rouge asked while Sting and the others laughed.
"How does that work? Do you eat razors or emo people and cut your opponents to death?"
Sting fell over laughing while Rouge looked at her like she was stupid.
"I am a shadow dragon slayer. Where did you get emo dragon slayer from?"
Dove srugged.
"Your haircut?" Cookie chuckled.
"Its a fassion statement!" Rouge defended.
Everyone laughed.
