Chapter 50- The PIC

It's the next shift and Harper is taking over Dawson in the PIC job. She walks in with Kelly as they have made up.
"Are you sure your not gonna miss me?"Harper says laughing
"Maybe a little bit" Kelly says putting his arm around Harper
They walk in and get changed. Harper has decided to put everything behind her and move on. She sits down then spots someone familiar at the door.
"Hey 51! Miss me yet?" Lopez says
"No not today!" Harper says getting up and walking out. She marches into Bodens office followed by Matt and Casey
"What the hell is she doing here?" Harper shouts
"It's out of my hands" Boden says
"I'm sorry can we cast our minds back to all the things that she has done to me!" Harper says
"She's got a point chief" Casey says
"Well I didn't ask you to take on the roll of PIC did I?" Boden shouts
Harper, Kelly and Casey stand there confused until Harper walks out. She walks to Kelly's quarters. Kelly then appears at the door
"What have I done now?" Harper asks
"I spoke to Boden and Lopez is the chief commissioners niece" Kelly says
"So I'm not getting rid of her?" Harper asks
"Nope!" Kelly says with a sigh
"Great!" Harper says putting her hands over her face
Just then there's a knock at the door.
"Luitenent!" Lopez says as she answers
"What is it Lopez" Harper says
"I need to do inventory" Lopez says
"You can do that yourself?" Harper says confused
"It's just in my other houses we done it together" Lopez says
"Well your on ambo 61 now! So do it yourself!" Harper says
"Ugh! Fine!" Lopez says walking away
"Can I shoot her?" Harper asks
"Just not on shift!" Kelly says laughing
"Your meant to be a Luitenent and your telling me I can shoot people, real mature!" Harper says smiling
"I didn't tell you to shoot her, I just gave you some advice" Kelly says
"We all know you want her dead as much  as I do!" Harper says
"But be nice, the chief commissioner can literally ruin your career!" Kelly says
"I know! But she's just a pain!" Harper says
"Maybe we will only get like 2 calls today and I can hide out in here!" Harper says
"Who said you could hang out in here?" Kelly asks
"You're loving wife!" Harper says with a cheesy grin on her face
"Okay but I have paperwork to do!" Kelly says
"And I have..." Harper says looking for something to do
"This! To read" Harper says picking up the first thing that she sees
"A car magazine?" Kelly asks
"Yeah! I need to know all about Umm...Engines!" Harper says pretending to be interested
"Ambulance 61, man down, 89th street" the intercom says
"Nooo!" Harper says getting up
"Good luck!" Kelly shouts
