Lia's POV
"Aaahhahaha!"
I wake up to screeching laughter that I know all too well.
It comes from the kitchen, so I quickly get out of bed and walk out towards the sound of people.
"Chenle?"
"Hi sis! I decided to come visit you today since I have my day off today."
"Well how nice. What was so funny before?" I ask curiously.
I walk towards the coffee maker in a way better mood than expected because of the surprise visit.
"It was just Hendery being silly." He explains, referring to my company of the day.
"Ah, makes sense. Have you eaten yet?"
"No. But don't worry about it, I'll just grab something on my way back."
"Don't be silly, me and Hendery still needs breakfast, so just join us. I mean unless you are not satisfied with scraps from last night's dinner." I say, taking my newly brewed coffee, putting it in a cup with hot water.
"Well ok. I also needed to talk to you anyway."
We sit down at the table, while Hendery is finding the food and placing it on three plates.
"Well sis. I just need to know if you remember anything now after some days?"
I gaze down to my dark, hot drink in my hands. My mood dropping a bit.
"No. I'm sorry to disappoint you, but I still do not remember anything. It's like all foggy when I try to concentrate on the memory."
My brother hesitantly puts a hand on my back.
"Don't worry at all about it. That was also what I had thought."
He rubs his fingers in comforting circles on my back.
"And just so you don't think you stand with this mystery all alone. I've personally tried to contact mnet about the possibility of getting access to the security cameras."
My head snaps up.
"And?"
Hendery comes over with our food, consisting of some plain noodles with some side veggies and a fried egg.
We thank him, before he sits down at the table himself.
Chenle continues.
"Well I couldn't get access for some reason. If it becomes a real case and we involve the police, we will very likely be able to get access to them tho. So I really think that's the way to go."
I think about it. I can see his point, but on the other hand I don't want to make a big fuss about it and honestly just move on from it all as fast as possible.
"And you're sure we can't do anything else?"
"I mean... I'm not gonna lie, I did try to bribe them a little bit, but money doesn't seem to interest them a whole lot for some reason." He explains while rolling his eyes in a sarcastic manner.
I just hit him slightly on the shoulder while smiling because of his silliness.
After a few seconds of silence, Hendery finally speaks up.
"Maybe Chenle is right though. It might be a clever choice to involve the police."
I look up at him. I've never heard him this serious before.
"I mean. It doesn't seem like you're gonna be able to remember it anytime soon, and this might be a serious crime." He says, looking down at his food.
I really do get their point, but then again, why can't we just quickly let all this go. It might just have been my own fault for some reason, and not a real crime.
"And Lia... It's not just us ok. The other members are agreeing to this as well."
This makes my head snap up and look at Hendery.
"You talk about this without me?"
"Mmh well yea. But it's just that we're all nervous that you might have someone, who doesn't want you the best, after you for some reason." He says and reaches out for my hand.
I take a deep breath.
"I understand. It's just that I really want to quickly move on from this experience. I think that I just need some time to think about it."
"Of course! Don't stress about it. We'll figure it out, take all your time to figure out how you want to handle it."
I smile at them both. Everybody has been so great and taking care of me.
"Well sis. I also need to get going. I promised mom and dad to come visit too today. But thank you guys for the breakfast."
My brother stands up and kisses me on the cheek and gives Hendery a quick hug, before leaving out the door.
(Later that night)
I go to me and Chitta's room to change my pajamas. Some of the members has come back from practice, but Chitta and Winwin still hasn't come back.
When I reach for the folded clothes in my drawer, my head starts spinning and it's getting harder for me to breathe.
Panicked, I quickly walk over to the bed to sit down.
I try to take deeper and quicker breaths, but it doesn't help I can't get enough air in.
Suddenly flashes starts to appear in my mind.
I see glimpses of myself looking into a bathroom mirror and a hand with a couple pills in them.
"Lia!"
The flashes stops and someone appears beside me.
"Lia! Take a deep breath. I'm here."
It's Chitta, he didn't even need to talk for me to recognize who's touch I feel on my shoulder.
I immediately embrace him while getting my breathing down to normal again.
"Are you okay? As soon as I got here I heard you screaming from in here. Were you having an anxiety attack?" He asks me with a calm, yet worried tone.
I didn't even know that I had screamed. Then suddenly I feel something wet on my cheek.
Was I crying?
"I'm ok... I uhm saw something."
"You saw something?"
"Yea I-I think I started to remember something."
"Well what did you see?"
"I was in the bathroom and someone offered me some pills..."
"And you took them?" He asks. I can hear he tries to not sound judgmental.
"I-I don't know, maybe, I don't remember more..."
"Hmm. Well did you see who offered you them?"
I try hardly to think of a face, but the only thing I see is a hand, a female hand I think.
"No. But I'm pretty sure it was a female."
I look up at him, and he's in deep thought.
"It's ok Lia. It's just a good thing. It means we're one step closer to solve this puzzle." He gives me a reassuring smile.
We stay like that for a moment until he reaches for my chin, making me look him in the eyes.
He wipes the tears off my cheeks before he looks down at my lips.
I don't even hesitate to lean in to close the remaining space between us.
The now familiar soft feeling is comforting and I feel as safe and happy as I've ever felt in a long time.
But this time we don't stop.
It suddenly becomes more aggressive, like we both need this and has wanted this for a long time.
I don't know what takes over me, but I put my knees on both sides of him, making me sit on his lap.
We continue for a bit and I suddenly feel him reaching for the hem of my shirt.
"Can I-" He starts asking, but I just interrupt him with a quick nod before he gets to finish his question.
He smirks in between the kisses before he moves my shirt over my head in one movement.

Guysss! It's my birthday today.
I'm getting very old tho😭(at least I think so, some people think I'm overreacting😒)
I don't know if I love or hate this day...
But Bts decided to drop a new mv. And yes, I very much believe this was an intentional birthday present just for me😌🎁
