due to tom buying us first class tickets, we had a great flight of leisure. wine being served once an hour to us, amazing food being held at the bar, and of course a movie screen in front of us for me and tom to watch out movies.
i had to admit that planes, trains, and automobiles was actually really good.
honestly, i was quite sad when the flight landed. that was the most luxury i have ever been in.
the moment me and tom stepped off of the plane, a swarm of paparazzi started pushing aside the security guards and coming over to us.
tom looked almost scared as he look at the paparazzi, and then looking over at me. he quickly grabbed the hood of my jacket, pulling it over my head to slightly cover my face.
that was the most relived i have ever felt.
the people with cameras were yelling questions at us, trying to figure out exactly who it was.
everything was perfectly fine until i heard one of them tell my name. i didn't look to see who it was, i just looked at tom to see him have a confused look on his face.
how do they know my name?
the paparazzi seemed to notice tom's change in attitude when my name was called out, so they all started saying my name.
at this point, tom intertwined his hand in mine as we started running through the airport. he was practically dragging me as we went to get our luggage.
me and tom impatiently waited for our luggage, seeing the paparazzi running over to us. lucky our luggage finally came before they got there.
a security guard walked up to us, standing behind me and tom to try to keep the paparazzi away as much as possible.
i hate this.
we finally made it to the rental car that was already at the airport for us, and got in.
"are you okay?" he asked me the moment he closed the door. i didn't respond at first, until i heard him sigh.
"don't worry about it," i lied as i looked out the window to see it has already started snowing. tom didn't respond with anything else as he started driving off.
the car ride was mostly an awkward silence. did i really want to be in a relationship with tom?
of course, he makes me so happy and i love him more than anything. but at what cost?
if me and him were to become a 'thing', this was going to be a normal part of our daily routine now. paparazzi following me around everywhere, everyone knowing my name, being known as "tom felton's girlfriend" instead of sage grove.
also, what would happen when tom would leave for work? acting isn't one of those jobs where you stay in one place. he would have to travel all around the world for months at a time without me.
i could go with tom, but that would mean i would have to quit my job. there was no way i would ever do that. what if me and tom ever broke up? i would have nowhere to go if i didn't keep my job.
if i didn't go with him, well that would be a whole different story. i have separation anxiety, and i have it badly. there's no way i would won't to spend months at a time without the person i love.
my train of thought was interrupted when the mountains came into view.
wow.
i scoot up in my seat, a smile forming on my face. they were absolutely beautiful.
i think tom noticed my excitement, cause he let out a small laugh as he intertwined his hand with me.
i was okay.
"now that we are here, i guess i should probably tell you the plan." tom broke the silence as he pulled out a list from his pocket.
i grabbed the paper as i read
TOM'S GUIDE TO COLORADO (in order)
• leave the airport and drive straight to the cabin.
•order our dinner and eat it while watching twilight.
•before going to bed, go play outside in the snow because why not?
•go to bed, maybe have a little fun before hand if you know what i mean.
•wake up the next morning, go to mike's cafe (i promise sage, it's absolutely amazing)
•head into town and get out snowboarding gear.
•drive the rest of the way to the ski resort. hit the slopes for a couple of hours.
•eat lunch and head back to the slopes for a little bit. once we get tired, head back to town.
•grab some dinner and go dancing, maybe some karaoke if we are up to it.
•head back to the cabin and go to bed.
•then wake up- you know what, let's play it by ear from here.
i had the biggest grin on my face as i finished reading the list. he really put in the effort.
"what do you think, darling?" tom smirked as he started driving through the forest now.
"i think," i started, "this is the best plan ever."
"good, i'm hoping the before bed one happens tonight-" he admitted as i let out a laugh.
"maybe if you get lucky."
oh trust me, he was getting lucky tonight.
driving through the forest was absolutely wonderful. seeing the tall trees hanging over our car with snow piled everywhere. i could get used to this.
after a 15 minute drive of scenery, we finally made it to the cabin. wow.
the cabin was adorable. it was quite small, but i think that is was made it perfect.
trees acted like a shade for the house. a large range of forest was surrounding the house. in the backyard, there was a hot tub. definitely put that to good use.
"do you like it?" tom questioned me as he hugged me from behind.
"i love it," i replied as i turned around and kissed him. he quickly kissed back, pulling me closer to him as he took one of his hands to grip my hair.
i felt tom grab my butt, slowing trailing his lips. i love this man.
"later-" i whispered in his ears as he stopped kissing my neck. he groaned as he kept his face tucked away in my neck.
tom finally pulled away from me as another car pulled up to the driveway.
"dinner is here." he whispered in my ear as he walked towards the other car.
while he was getting the food, i grabbed both of our suitcases out of the car as i walked inside the cabin. wow, it was even more beautiful inside.
the inside sort of reminded me of a cottage. pillows and blankets spread out on the floor, and plants were everywhere. there was a large bookcase that made me fall in love.
"make yourself at home sage." i heard tom say from behind me as i turned around to see him carrying 2 boxes of pizza.
"have you been here before?" i asked as i followed him into the kitchen.
"this is derek's family's cabin," tom explained, "me and him used to vacation here all the time in college."
my mouth opened on awe as i finally dropped mine and tom's bags.
"dinner-" tom started, "is served."
the rest of the night, me and tom had a great time. we indeed followed his list.
pizza was actually really good, honestly the best pizza i have ever had. we also watch the first 2 twilight movies, which were great as always.
before we went to bed, we had a snowball outside. i won, of course.
then when we went inside, we took a....shower together.
i was deeply in love with this man.
