"Mommy! Mommy! Don' leave!"
Camila was crying in Normani's arms, snot and tears dribbling down her cheek. Ally had to go for 3 days because of a family emergency, and Camila couldn't come. Camila was a little, Ally being the favorite mommy between the 4 girls. They had finished touring a week ago, and Camila had been in headspace the entire time.
"Baby, mommy's gonna be home in 3 days. Be good for Lolo, Mani, and DJ, okay? I love you, baby."
Ally kissed the top of Camila's head and left the house with her suitcase in tow. Camila began to bawl even more, wriggling in Normani's arms, trying to get to her mommy. Camila saw her mommy get into the 5h van, and her heart felt like it had broken in two.
Normani passed Camila to Dinah, who took her upstairs to take a nap. Camila was kicking and screaming, but Dinah held on tight. She bent over and got a pacifier out of a drawer. Firmly pushing it into the little girl's mouth, Dinah began to rock her in her arms.
