Giving him a confused look as I feel his fingers brush by my side, only to see him smiling happily at me.
I felt my heart beat rise and skip a few beats.
Why does my heart start acting weird when I'm around him?
"Have you kissed anyone before?", He whispered softly in my ears before gently placing small kisses on my ear as I giggle at the ticklish feeling.
I kiss momma and daddy everyday. I even give goodnight kisses to my Mr bunny and other stuff plushies...so does that count?
I guess but why does Dami want to know??
Does Dami want kisses is that why he is asking me about all this?
"Um... Y-Yes", I reply and I feel his grip on my waist tighten a bit.
Looking up I see his sad expression, I guess no-one gives him kisses.
I felt myself frowning knowing that he was sad.
"If you want I can give you some kisses too" I said trying to make him happy again.
I see his eyes widened a bit before a cute smile form on his face.
I couldn't help but giggle a bit at his cute behavior before quickly kisses him on both his cheeks twice.
"You know it's not good to not return the favor back, right", he said evilly smirking before attacking my face with kisses, every where but my lips.
I bust of giggling at the tingling feeling on my face.
After a few more kisses, he finally stopped his cute attack.
I quickly hide my burning red face with hands embarrassed of how much I was blushing.
I heard him chuckle before I felt my self lifted in the air placed on the sofa.
"Sunshine come on show me your cute face again.", He said as I shake my head still covering my face.
"Baby", he warned me sternly, and I quickly uncover my face only to see him looking at me with an amused look.
"Now that's my Good girl", he praised me as he gently pulled me in his lap and wrapped his hands around me hugging me tightly.
I lay my head on his chest as he slowly began to rock me back and forth in his arms.
Slowly I felt my body relax, and I started recalling all the things that happened today.
To be honest, today was just not my day, first I got my periods, and then I didn't even get to meet Dimples and Mr Jones too.
I couldn't help but frown deeply at my thought.
Dada even gave me an extra lollipop, so I could give it to Dimples.
I still remember, when I told momma about how Dimples gave me his lollipop and how sweet he is.
Momma was so happy that she immediately wanted to meet Dimples.
Today was the day, I had to ask Dimples if he wanted to come to my house...
"Why are you frowning, sunshine", Dami's voice interrupts my thoughts and brings me back to the present.
"Just thinking about everything I had to do today but couldn't.", I said sadly.
"And what was that?", He asked looking at me with concern.
"I had to invite Dimples home for dinner this Sunday, and I was even going to ask him if he could stay the night too"
"Why? ", Dami asked suddenly very interested.
"Yesterday when I told my parents about Dimples. Momma liked him, so much that she wanted to even meet him so she invited him for dinner on Sunday, and I thought if we were having dinner and then it will be too late for him to go home so why not ask him to spend the night with me at my house only.", I said excitedly as taking another sip of my hot chocolate.
I couldn't wait to show Dimples all my stuff toys and specially the carrot plushie that I told my dada to buy for his bunny as a gift.
"No need, if you want I'll come and drop him home safely.", Dami offered but I declined it which to be honest Dami was not happy after hearing.
"Dimples is my first friend and
I really want to spend the night with Dimples like they show in the movies of how all friends come together, have a pillow fight then share secrets and have fun all night. Now that I finally have a friend, I really want to experience all of that.", I explained Dami not wanting him to make him mad at me.
"Ya, uh..... whatever. Why are even talking about that stupid nerd", he said with a scowl on his face.
"Nerd??", I asked a bit confused, unconsciously tilting my head slightly to the side waiting for him to explain.
"Lucas or how you call him Dimples.", he said with a very uninterested look on his face.
"Oh...but No, Dimples is not s-stu... that word. He is really smart. He even explains me about the universe also. And don't use that word again, it's a bad word.!", I defend Dimples as I turn my head away from him a bit sad at him for talking bad about my friend.
"I don't understand why you even like him, He was even writing with some stupid glitter pencil, such a nerd.", I heard him mutter under his breath
I gasp, I felt tears in my eyes.
Dami doesn't like my glitter pencil.
"That pencil I gave him.... It was my favorite pencil.", I muttered softly as a small sob escapes from my mouth.
"Oh.... the pencil was cute? I truly didn't know it was yours. I'm sorry, please don't be mad at me.", He said with his voice almost cracking in the end.
"You don't need to lie, I know my pencil is ugly just like me"
No wonder Dami doesn't want to be my friend.
"Shh baby, I really didn't mean that I was...... jealous? Yes super jealous of how he had that beautiful pencil..that's why I said that", he said with a sad look on his face.
"Really?", I asked as I still couldn't believe him.
"Of course, why would I lie you my sweet little sunshine.", He said as he kissed my tears away.
"If you want I can give you one of my extra pencil, so you don't have to get jealous anymore!", I said excitedly as I unconsciously was bouncing on his lap.
"All three of us could have the same pencil and then together we three will fight all the bad guys!", I said getting more excited with each passing second.
"We three should be best friend too, we could even have start our own business!!!"
"Okay baby, calm down. Now that's too much.", he said chuckling.
Before I could reply, his phone started ringing loudly.
He looked at the phone screen then back at me.
"I'm sorry but I have to take this", he said as he quickly got up and went to the other end of the room.
I sigh sadly before picking my abandon hot chocolate mug and taking a small sip.
I guess it's cold chocolate now...
"Hello", Dami answered the call.
"What problem Dad??"
"Now?, I'm kind of busy..."
"What they are ready to give me custody??" He asked way too excitedly and I unconsciously narrowed my eyes in suspicious.
I suddenly felt very interested in their conversation.
"Okay yes sure"
"Okay, I'll be right there"
"Yes,I'll be as soon as I can"
"Okay, bye Dad",he said as he ending the call smiling brightly.
What was he so happy about??
I quickly turned away trying to act busy and definitely not like I was hearing his call.
"La la la la", I sang wiping the wall.
"Um.. Sunshine?"
"Yes", I said finally looking up
"Why were you wiping..... the wall with the sofa cushion.?", He asked looking at me weirdly.
Don't be SuSpIciOuS, Don't act suspicious.
"Me? I don't know what your talking about.", I said as I quickly threw the pillow away and smiled widely at him trying my level best not to act suspicious .
"Okay, anyway I wanted to tell you that I really need to leave now. Mr Matthew- I mean my dad and I have some work to do so I have to leave.", He said softly.
I nodded my head in reply as I sadly looked down at my toes.
"Will you be fine here alone?", He asked his voice laced with concern.
"If I say No, will you stay?", I asked pouting sadly.
"I'm really sorry I have to go but I promise I'll make it up to u next time"
"But-but you promised not to leave me and now your going.", I muttered as my eyes filled with sad tears.
"Baby please don't cry, I'm really very sorry but this work is really very important to me and I'm definitely not leaving you.", He said as he kissed my forehead gently.
"Okay", I replied sadly.
"Good now take care of yourself and I wrote my number on this paper, call me whenever you want", he said smiling before handing me the paper and then left.
Little did he know that I didn't own a phone....!
