- notes? i wasn't gonna shift today but i NATURALLY woke up at like 4am so i took it as a sign to attempt to shift. i stayed up for ~30 minutes but then tried to go back to sleep then i was hungry all of a sudden and felt no symptoms. i purposely gave up though, so i wouldn't overwork myself. will try again doing raven method with guided meditation on sunday night.

- notes? i'm not shifting tonight but i may have unintentionally shifted in my nap then woke up, i dont know. Idk if I FELT MY DOG ON ME, WHEN I KNEW HE WAS IN HIS PLAYPEN, or my blanket just felt funny but i jumped up so fast from my sleep it was weird.
