Harper and Kelly the pop the balloon and pink confetti flies about everywhere
"It's a girl!!" Harper says jumping up and down
"Yes!! My little niece is on the way!" Dawson says
"Our little firefighter!" Kelly says putting his hand on Harper's stomach
"Or paramedic!" Harper says enthusiastically
Everyone walks up to them and congratulates them, Harper then sits down a bit overwhelmed at what's just happened. Kelly comes and sits down next to her
"I guess we have a lot do now like planning out the nursery, buying baby clothes and picking out her name!" Kelly says
"What names do you like?" Harper says with a hand on her belly
"I like the names Adelyn or Aria" Kelly says
"I love the name Aria and Brooklyn" Harper says
"Aria seems to be the winning option here" Kelly says laughing
"We still have a few months to pick out the name don't worry" Harper says
It's a few weeks later and Harper is now 25 weeks pregnant and has a fully showing bump! She is printing out some papers for the firehouse but she notices that she has printed the wrong ones
"Shoot! Connie is gonna kill me!" Harper whispers to her self as Connie appears next to her
"These aren't the papers I asked for!" Connie says as Harper runs away
She spots Kelly sitting at the squad table and climbs under it.
"What are you doing?" Kelly asks
"If Connie comes tell her you haven't seen me!" Harper says
"Severide!" Connie shouts
"What can I do for your Connie?" Kelly asks
"Do you know where your wife went?" Connie says
"No why?" Kelly asks
"She printed out the wrong thing and waisted a bunch of paper!" Connie says
"Right I'll let her know your looking for her when I see her!" Kelly says as Connie walks away
Just then Casey and Dawson walk out
"Why is Harper under the table?" Casey asks
"She's hiding from Connie" Kelly says laughing as Harper gets out
"She's scarier than Kelly and Matt put together and their pretty scary!" Harper says
"Hey! I'm not that scary!" Casey says
"I'm sorry do we want to cast our minds back to when you had a candidate quit because you shouted at him?" Harper says
"He was soft!" Casey says
"I'm not that scary!" Kelly says
"They stopped trusting you with candidates as you had 2 quit on you in the space of a week!" Harper says laughing
"Mrs Severide!" Connie says from across the apparatus floor
"I'm dead, she is literally gonna kill me!" Harper says to Kelly and Casey and Dawson
"Let's hope not!" Dawson says before walking away with Matt
"Good luck" Kelly says kissing her forehead
"So you guys are just gonna leave, your the Luitenents in this place!" Harper shouts
"Go and print out the new sheets and you can buy a new pack of paper got it?" Connie asks giving Harper a death stare
"Loud and clear Connie" Harper says sarcastically as she walks away
It's a few days later and Dawson and Harper are out nursery shopping. They pick out a beautiful white crib along with some white rugs. They pick out some pictures with some cute bunnies on them. They also pick out a white rocking chair and a white changing table. They pick out some moon themed thing to put on the wall and pick up some toys for Harper's baby girl. They go home and start to put the nursery together with the help of Matt and Kelly. After a couple of hours the nursery is finally finished. Harper snaps a quick picture and uploads it to Instagram.
"It's looks so cute!" Dawson says
"Thanks for all the help guys I couldn't have done it without you!" Harper says
"I'm happy to help anytime!" Casey says
"Have you guys picked out a name yet?" Dawson asks
"We're between 2" Kelly replies
"Can we hear them?" Matt asks
"Okay but you can't tell anyone!" Harper says
"Our lips are sealed!" Dawson says
"So the first one is Aria Leslie Severide!" Harper says
"And the second one is Madelyn Leslie Severide!" Kelly says
"I love them both!" Dawson says
"So do I but I think I like Aria more!" Casey says
"What about you guys if you ever had kids what would you call them?" Harper asks
"I've always loved the name Maria for a girl!" Dawson says
"I've always loved the name Noah for a boy!" Casey says
"There lovely names!" Harper says
Harper is now at 29 weeks and they have decided on a name. Harper and Kelly decide that it's time to tell the firehouse their little girls name.
"Guys!! We have an announcement!" Kelly says as everyone looks at them
"We have picked out our baby girls name!" Harper says
"Let's hear it then!" Herrmann says
"Yeah tell us!" Cruz says
"We're gonna play a game!" Harper says as she gets a board out
"So you all know how to play hangman right?" Kelly asks
"Obviously!" Dawson says
"Okay so her last name is obviously Severide but you all can guess her first and middle name!" Kelly says
"Just shout out letters!" Harper says
"L" Cruz shouts out as Harper fills in all the Ls
"A!" Casey shouts and Harper follis in all the As
"R" Dawson shouts out as Harper refills in all the Rs
"I" Boden shouts as Harper fills in all the Is
"E" Herrmann shouts out as Harper fills them in
"S" Mouch shouts as Harper fills them in. Then they calm out the rest of the letters until there baby girls name is on the board
